Pros

Provides a quick access to all client's essential information.

Cons

Certain functions are quite complex and not user friendly. Capability to track connections between clients and products (may be this is a very specific requirement in my type of business)

Pros

I love the ability to put in notes for clients. I also like being able to update information using the UDF's.

Cons

Nothing. It works really well for updating client information and keeping it secure.

Don't buy Maximizer products unless you have an IT department internally that is at your beck and call. I am/was a 20 year user at multiple small companies only to be left paying fees every time a Windows operating system change or upgrade was made. Good from afar, but far from good! I will summarize my experience as a "Classic Bait & Switch" business model. Beware.

Pros

Good looking GUI, after you train yourself thoroughly it becomes a decent contact database, and they have a really convincing sales pitch.

Cons

After the sale, the glow fades quickly. Any support is costly in either your time, loss of functionality, or the fees and charges needed to solve issues. You need to expect to explain your issues repeatedly and pay out of pocket for any help. Software regularly has failures that cannot be corrected by the average user.

We use it as a CRM for clients accessing a service - so not a sales function

Pros

Can access online (if using the right browsers) - so don't have to have it installed on your device. Fairly easy to navigate as a user.

Cons

Doesn't work in Safari? Formatting of emails often goes wrong Very clunky looking I only have experience of it as a user though

Ability to save outlook emails into this system for future reference. Ability to add different fields. Ie meeting schedule preference.. Accountant info.

Cons

Adding fields is a bit complicated.. So many steps can't recall it.

Overall experience has been excellent. I can't imagine doing business without it.

Pros

I really like the client data base features. It allows easy access to all our client information. The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through maximizer which is very easy to do.

Cons

The only struggle I've had is reading the manual when trying to trouble shoot as it doesn't always list the steps as clearly as I would like. For instance when adding a field. I do finally get there and when I've run into problems the support team have been excellent.

I believe our company has risen greatly because of Maximizer CRM, most of the clients information we use is from this software, and our marketing was taken to a better level because of this software.

Pros

Suitable for any business size, meaning small companies can get to grow and still be using it when they are big. Your entire business performance and history can be found on one platform. Its compatible with smartphones, meaning one is not limited to work on the computer CRM allows for sharing of data, hence promoting workplace efficiency

Cons

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track

### "Going to get left behind by CRMs that integrate better with Mobile Users"

Not very happy with experience so far, the product is decent but missing a lot more that I would expect from a CRM company in 2018. No mobile application is the biggest thing. They will say it's not needed cause when are you without a mobile connection... but it has happened more times than they think. Also this whole issue of people not syncing their mobile applications to the server is a weak response. All you have to do is set up backup times which every mobile device does when people get home and connect to wifi.

Pros

Most of the backend stuff is taken care of for Financial advisors.

Cons

The user interface is horrible, doesn't integrate well with anything. It's not mobile friendly. They need an application that is fast and that integrates seamlessly with Google. It should not have to use trujay to link to google.

I enjoy how it is easy to use and navigate. You are able to specify and tailor everything to your customized needs. You are able to select what you want viable and what you want to be implemented. There is also easy to use the filing system that allows the reduction of paper files. There is a learning curve involved when you first start using it but once you work past that it is easy to use and figure out new features. I would recommend this product for small to medium size companies. They also have great customer support if you ever have any problems or questions, they will also assist you in tailoring the program to your company's needs. There are training videos available to assist in the learning process that I found extremely helpful when starting to use Maximizer CRM live.

Having used Maximizer for over 25 years I am always disappointed that with each new version it gets worse. Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now unstable that will make you regret your purchase and be on the look for a replacement. Please go back to Version 3. It was the best!

Pros

I can't find another product that comes close to the feature set.

Cons

Updates lack integration. Promised features don't work properly. Failure to integrate well with Microsoft updates. Complex SQL setup. Expensive support. Users constantly on guard against the company extorting them into more expensive upgrades.
