The software is super user friendly and extremely customize-able. Support from the staff is extraordinary!

Cons

It doesn't matter how long I've had the software, I still can't remember how to pronounce the name.

Pros

The Ecesis Suite of applications provides us with the functionality, documentation/ records retention, and compliance tracking we need; all at a reasonable initial and ongoing cost. The team at Aquionix is always available and ready to help if the need arises.

Cons

While the application functionality is not always entirely intuitive, customer service is always available to provide assistance.
