Overall my experience with Play Digital Signage has been extremely positive. The platform is simple to use yet still has a ton of features and the customer support is responsive and helpful.

Pros

The integration with Canva is top notch, I have not found another digital signage program that properly follows the smart embed link that keeps the transitions and animations intact when displaying to a kiosk.

Cons

I haven't been using the application long, and most of the overall experience has been positive. I haven't run into many bugs or issues yet.

Play Digital Signane has been a smooth transition for us, and it's been a user-friendly and reliable platform.

Pros

I really like that Play Digital Signage is very easy to learn and manage. The live chat support is a great feature as well as the video tutorials, providing quick help whenever you need it. Their team was also kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our transition process, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Cons

There are no cons to report at this time as our experience has been a very smooth, stress-free, and positive experience.

Very positive. It took no time to figure out Play Digital Signage and get up and going. We were able to get our sign up and running with ease.

Pros

Play Digital Signage is super easy to use. There are lots of good tutorial videos available for any questions or issues.

Cons

So far my experience with Play Digital Signage has been positive. Initially it was a little bit hard to get to the playlist setup, but only a minor thing.

And it's capability is particularly valuable for enhancing communication during meetings, webinars, and sales presentations, as well as for displaying dynamic information like live streams.

Also, Managing the content across numerous screens from a single interface, reducing the complexity and cost associated with traditional display methods. lastly, Their good customer support is an added advantage.

Front setup to deploy the overall process was straightforward and simple. Install was simple one install and then the ability to invite and add users to our workflow made this a seamless transition to playsinage. Only needing one sign and the ability to manage it was perfect.

Pros

The Setup was simple and the user interface is amazing, for your 3 people who need to make content. Having them be able to set up and account create content for different months of the year with all of the robust tools built right in is perfect. Watching the security factor was a big thing with deployment, I did not see any vulnerabilities we had to worry about.

Cons

I can't think of anything I really don't like. Having the ability to send off line would be nice. Just in case there is an internet outage and we need to update the sign with emergency information.

I've used it before in another setting, so a bit familiar with it. My overall experience is great, easy to use and when needed the support people are very helpful.

Pros

The ease of use - getting started from scratch to having a display running is so intuitive and quick. Most people should be able to figure it out quickly, if not, the quick start videos are really helpful. Professional signage in a flash !

Cons

It would be nicer to have more plug-ins available, and the ones available can be a challenge to get going.

Fantastic. Highly recommended. This was easy as 1, 2, 3 . . . Create your display, click to upload, and then forget about it!

Pros

The system is very easy to use - intuitive, fast, clear. With a small budget and few outlets to plug in things, I needed an easy way to transform a television into a digital signboard. This did the job! Creating and displaying slides was just the click of a button. When my television unexpectedly wouldn't accomodate vertical displays, Play Digital had a solution - alllowing me to automatically rotate content to accomodate the orientation! I wanted something low maintenance. This was easy as 1, 2, 3 . . . Create, click, and forget about it!

Cons

I can't think fo anything I didn't like about it. It is very intuitive and simple to use. I'm not very tech savvy. So, it was nice to set this up in a matter of minutes.

experience with Play Digital Signage has been very positive. The platform is reliable, easy to set up, and simplifies the management of digital displays across multiple locations

Pros

Play Digital Signage is its user-friendly interface and straightforward setup process. Content scheduling and playlist management are simple, making it easy to manage displays remotely

Cons

Play Digital Signage is easy to use, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, and there is a learning curve when configuring more complex deployments. Additionally, I would like to see more built-in customization options for layouts and reporting, as well as faster support response times for technical issues.
