We had our first screen up and running within a short time, even without much technical knowledge. Adding and changing content is simple and works reliably. Cons The user interface looks a bit outdated and is not always intuitive. Some settings are hard to find at first. A more modern and cleaner design would make daily work easier. Setup took very little time, and day-to-day playlist updates are quick to roll out. While the built-in layout editor takes a brief adjustment period to master, its cross-platform hardware support and consistent playback make it an excellent tool for small to medium setups. Pros The setup was straightforward, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Even team members without design or technical backgrounds were able to start creating slides and scheduling content within minutes. Cons While the editor has plenty of features, it can feel a bit cluttered or non-intuitive at first. Fine-tuning multi-zone layouts and aligning elements takes some getting used to compared to dedicated design tools like Canva. The platform offers useful features and remote screen management. The initial configuration took some time, but the system has good potential for business advertising. I would appreciate a simpler interface and clearer instructions for new users. Pros Play Digital Signage is a useful solution for managing advertising screens remotely. Uploading videos and managing content through the web interface is convenient. I also like that it supports Android devices and allows content to be updated without physically accessing the screen. Cons The initial setup can be confusing, especially when creating playlists, assigning screens to groups and configuring video playback. Some settings are difficult to find. I also experienced an issue where the welcome screen appeared after the video finished playing. Being able to update promotional campaigns, product visuals, and advertising materials across different locations from a single platform is particularly valuable. Overall, it is an excellent solution for businesses looking to modernize their in-store communication without investing in overly complicated systems. Pros Play Digital Signage is incredibly easy to use, even without extensive technical knowledge.
