We have not needed any technical support but were glad that there were some tutorials available to quickly learn the system. Pros We love that it has a free option for small businesses with only one screen. It was very easy to set-up and connect to our screen. Easy to use with multiple users on a team. Scheduling is a breeze. Cons The actual design portal feels very outdated with features but we can easily bring in designs from Canva or other high quality design software. Using it for internal signage in our office for displaying sales metrics and marketing displays. Pros Easy to use, reasonable pricing, good platform support. Supports static and dynamic content well. Low cost endpoints make it a very affordable solution. Cons nothing of note, ran into a few issues configuring endpoints that were resolved quickly with the help of support. There has been slight issues with the mini pc we have, but I think that is the mini pc issue and nothing to do with the platform. Pros Great platform easy to set up! The web interface is simple and intuitive. Support is quick and very helpful. Overall a great product. Pros Play signage has an incredibly easy user interface. I was able to set up an account and configure a Brightsign player within minutes. Cons One feature that Play does not have that I have seen yet is the ability to schedule specific assets for a time period. Some other software had this option and is beneficial for assets that are date or time limited. About the "scheduling specific assets", our software doesn't work with specific assets, but with slides instead. I could not get the Yodeck to work, but Play Digital worked within minutes of installing it. Pros The system is intuitive and easy to use. It does not require any additional equipment to run. When you make changes to your screen, updates are fast. Cons There isn't really much I don't like about the system.
