Also it has many widgets that you can use. Cons The pricing. If you already pay for a cloud hosted service, it's not fair to pay so much money for an extra screen. Critical for us, is the ease of use. We don't have a lot of extra technical staff the manage. This product can be easily administrated by our administrative stafe. Helps with quality control across all of our different locations! We are also using it for our employee break room screens so that we can keep our employees up to date on the latest things going on and keep them posted on need to knows real time which has been a more helpful communication tool than hundreds of emails that get ignored. Also like the cost savings features if you pay annually and have multiple screens. Cons N/A There is currently nothing we would note as a con with the software. Pros This software was able to turn my digital TV with a Firestick into a digital sign and it was really easy to do and very cheap compared to the alternatives on the market. With regards of the "application closes unexpectedly" keep in mind entry-level players have limited resources. If the content uses zones, animations, ticker, transition, hi-res video etc., that might overload the player and crash the app. This is not something we would be able to fix as it's related to the content. Your SmartTV is not supposed to turn black while running a video and I can assure you it's not related to your content, more likely the TV itself as it is running FireOS. There can be several reasons for this odd behavior. The Autostart is not for when you turn the TV on and off on the remote. Autostart is for when you have a power outage and generally unplug the TV and plug it back on.
