We used to create content with canvas.com, create clips there and then transfer clips over to signage software. Now, this part has gone, we can do everything in playsignage user interface. Huge savings on the side of effort. And the user interface is something that you would demo for your customers as a ​reseller and not feel bad about it. Pros The user interface. It is so easy as it feels almost embarrassing. It gives you the feeling that it is not for professional usage, as you have used to the fact that professional software are not easy to use. Cons maybe the fact that I​ cannot fine-tune and set boxes sizes in pixels. Pros Easy to use. Learning curve is not that bad. You can control the content from anywhere. Cons when the PC that is running crashes or Windows Update forces the computer to reboot every few months, I wish Play Digital Signage would send me an alert that it is offline so I can instruct someone from my staff to go run the Play software again. If you have a FireTV Stick that turns of or reboots frequently it's because the FireTV Stick is overloaded. Meaning the content is simply too heavy. You can either upgrade the player or lean out the content. I don't think the review is very fair as this is not related to our product. If you want to spend a couple of minutes with me on the Live Chat I'm sure we can fix it together, or at least I can tell you what content is too advanced or heavy for the FireTV Stick. Regards Lars. Very easy and fast to make changes, if there are need. Changes appear instantly after publishing. Using with Amazon Fire TV stick. Using different playlists with scheduler. Pros Super easy to use. Reliable, no down times and problems. Support is great, had some ideas and they are now all implemented. And it's free for one screen! Cons Don't have nothing to complain. It works. It has made MY client very happy with the ease of use and flexibility available to make quick changes. Pros Once I got the hang of importing art into my assets, then making and scheduling playlists was SO easy! Cons I missed the payment details and didn't realize I hadn't paid for the subscription I'd been using for weeks! July 26, 2019 5.0 I belong to a small catholic parish and I have been searching for a way of communicating key messages. We have had a bulletin board for years that nobody looks at but people are drawn to the digital signage. We are able to communicate key messages in our church hall and people pay attention. Pros The software is extremely user friendly and I was able to get up and running quickly. I like the fact that it is advertised as free for one screen and it is! All the features of the paid version are available for free when using a single screen. I have tried many other solutions, both paid and free, and this one is the best one I have found.
