Easy to use with nice features. We will continue to use Play Digital Signage. Pros Value for the money and customer support. Customer support is fast and efficient and the cost meets our needs. Video and image uploads are intuitive and it was easy to learn. Got up to speed in a few days and became really comfortable with software. There are some really cool features like live stream and tagging. Cons There are few minor things, for instance the pixels size did not match exact to my screens. Needed a solution to run video displays in a high-end retail store and found it with Play. Accomplished my goals out of box and was straightforward to learn and understand. Pros Simple and flexible, and it was able to deliver my goal experience out of box, and was relatively straight-forward to figure out as a first time user with experience with other signage management platforms. Cons So far, no true cons. Occasionally, when switching content, it required rebooting. But this might have been a limitation on the TV's memory.
