The support is really good and the price is brilliant compared to others. There's also a good range of services at the lower price points too. Pros The system is easy to use and allows for different content to be pushed to different screens. Multiple users is also beneficial. It's also a very cost effective solution. Cons The inbuilt design software isn't great, but the ability to import from Canva helps mitigate that to some extent. It would have been nicer to have an enhanced design element inbuilt though. A lot of possibilities with the software Pros I really like that you can be very creative with the design of the slides. Also that you don't need any hardware players anymore with Play Digital. So the costs reduce considerable for my customers! Cons I can't tell because it's my first time with Play Digital. Cons My least liked feature is that only one screen is free. Once you need multiple screens, the cost adds up quickly, which can be limiting for small businesses or users just getting started. Able to support displaying Google Slides without issues. Handles power state of the TV automatically and haven't had any issues in the few weeks it has been running. Pros It was easy to setup and just works. No issues. We have it connected to a Samsung commercial display with power cycling handled in Play Signage. Found some instructions from Play for configuring a Google Slide to display and has been working great. No issues. Cons Pricing can be a bit confusing. I was not able to configure the Google Slide to refresh at the end of the slide. When it was set to refresh, it would flash the screen and it was jarring. If changes are made, we reboot the TV and it updates. The team functionality is great, because I can have my colleagues manage the content while I manage the technical side. And the product support chat team is also very quick and helpful!
