Very user -friendly and great tech support. Pros The tech support was fantastic. Live chat was definitely live and immediate answers provided. From a very non-tech person, they were super helpful in getting us started. Cons I would like a little more granular control over presenting PowerBI dashboards. YoDeck allows me to link directly to different pages of the same dashboard on different slides so that I do not have to manually navigate through with the remote.
