Tithe.ly provided wonderful materials to help me convince my governing board that we needed online giving, and that Tithe.ly could provide that solution in a secure and cost-effective way. Pros I liked that Tithe.ly had reasonable fees, a clean interface, and ways to give on desktop, mobile, and via text. The option for people to use a bank account was also very important for my demographic. Cons Some of the options to customize the look and feel of the software are lacking (e.g. logos don't always render correctly against a white background). Some of the back-end features (like logging multiple gifts) were not intuitive at first, but got easer with practice. I can not cancel a payment. Also, there is no customer support. Pros Once set up it worked. That is it. The web site was not down when I went to it. That is a plus. That is it. Cons I am a donor, and tried to cancel my reoccurring payment. Support from Tithe.ly is non-existent. There is no Customer support number, and when I opened a chat, I waited 2 hours and when no one came to help me I gave up. The site looks beautiful, the process to create it was easier than expected and the support team was great. And I'm glad we can connect Tithe.ly with our Breeze account and have everything in one place. Pros I use Tithe.ly mostly for the website creation - and it was a smooth process! The steps are intuitive so I was able to put a great website together easier than I thought. I also love the support team - I've used both the chat feature and the ticket system and received great customer service both ways. Cons I wish the site I created was more mobile friendly. I did reach out to support and changed the size of the photos, etc. but it still doesn't display properly on cell phones. To be fair, I did get a response from the support team that they will be looking into the issue. Great customer service, easy-to-use design, helpful tutorials and training videos, even the digital agent has been of good use. Pros Tithe.ly has made my life and ministry much easier. I switched to their website because of the cost, hard to beat $19/m. However, the integration of the online giving and the website is awesome. Any interaction I have had with customer service has been fantastic. Cons I wish there were a few more features available for the entry-level tier of the website. The current value is great; however, some of the extra tools are really neat, but my church doesn't have the budget for that. Some things are a little limited, but for my purpose, with a small church, it is truly hard to complain. Truly there is no match when it comes to the value for the money. Any time that I have an issue or need help understanding something, the customer support has been excellent. I know this application is ever evolving and I cannot wait to see what happens next. Pros I like how everything is here in one application and the payment processing and donor management is easy to understand. The membership management is also very nice in how everyone has a profile where we can add notes such as allergies or whatever. The new check-in and forms features of Breeze has been phenomenal. Cons While I love everything is here in one application, the navigation can be tough to understand and train people on who are not actively using the software on a daily basis. I know we are about to upgrade to the new Lithely 3.0 which has a new user interface and from images and videos it looks like that will be much easier to understand. The time it saves me when Tithe.ly sends out the tax donation statements. Cons I have not found anything that I don't like about Tithe.ly. Pros The $19 cost per month to build a church website with the requirement to be part of the GIVE program is absolutely fantastic. The website tools are easy to use and there are many more programs available for church to add on and increase utility. The customer service level is the best I've ever experience with quick responses, well thought out answers and clear article references specific to your question. Cons In competition with giving, Tithely requires a charge for processing any giving amount from website, app. or QR code giving compare to our PayPal account that is also an option for our congregation. It's fairly easy to design a website, and having an app for our church is awesome!
