### "Easy to use!"

We have used Paypal and quit using it shortly after we started using Tithe.ly. For us Paypal was not user friendly and hard to contact people to help with problems. That is not a problem with Tithe.ly. The system is simple to use, and we've been able to get help easily in the infrequent times that we need it.

Pros

The overall ease to use. The time it saves me when Tithe.ly sends out the tax donation statements.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like about Tithe.ly.

Frustration with difficulty dealing with Paypal when we had any difficulties. More expensive costs to donors and us.

Pros

A quality program that gives her exactly what I need

Pros

I have used Tithe.ly for over 3 years. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the information I need. It's easy to switch between monthly and weekly deposits depending on the time of the year. The few times I have had issues, the staff is very responsive and gets back to me within hours. Their answers are always concise and thoughtful

Cons

I wish I could specify the format of the CSV downloaded file associated with deposits. There's too much data that I don't need.

We use tithe.ly for online giving as well as website/church app. Setting up the apps were easy and tech support is top notch! I would highly recommend tithe.ly to anyone looking for a user friendly giving platform and website/app needs.

Pros

The ease of setting up various products, use of the online giving platform. Tithe.ly well exceeds our expectations!

Cons

There is nothing negative about this platform or its products!

Overall, we're happy we chose Tithe.ly because of its reasonable price and ease of use. We just wish Tithe.ly's developers spent more energy on making the modules work together, instead of spending so much energy on marketing additional options!

Pros

The software is specifically designed for churches, and easily accommodates sub-groups like choirs or youth groups. It's fairly easy to design a website, and having an app for our church is awesome!

Cons

Tithe.ly's modules need to be more integrated, so that they work seamlessly with one another and so that data doesn't have to be re-entered multiple times.

Overall, this is a great product with great options. And I really appreciate how some products are either free or very affordable, especially for what you get from them.

Pros

It's easy for people to use and the website design product they offer for churches is very sharp looking and easy to use. We have a great website now.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a challenge to properly manage updates and changes with some of the behind-the-scene details of accepting donations.

It has been excellent for our giving campaigns, and it is very simple for donors to give. Customer service is excellent.

Pros

It's very easy for donors and administrators alike to use. It's much easier than other giving platforms we've used in the past.

Cons

Wish giving forms could be customized more

We've used Tithe.ly for 3-4 years, and neither I nor the co-administrator have had any complaints. We've had to coach a few folks on changing the amount of their donation, but that was no problem.

Pros

The ease of its use, for the administrator (me) and for congregants who use it (including me)

Well, . . . Actually, nothing comes to mind.

I love that all of the information needed is literally on 1 screen. We don't have to go digging for information. We can point and click and of course print the needed information.

Pros

I love the ease of Tithe.ly. It gives the congregation peace of mind that their information is safe.

Cons

There is NOTHING that I like least about Tithe.ly. Literally. They are a 10 out of 10 hands down. We have NO issues with the system.

Great! When I had concerns or difficulty the Tithe.ly crew does respond and the ability to have the transactions handled for our ministry, in a secure manner, has been incredible.

Pros

A reliable and efficient way to allow online transactions for my church and ministry. The way it opens up opportunities for giving to be utilized anywhere, is Wonderful!

Cons

I find the navigation in the App to be a bit difficult (eg. switching between locations and finding the link/QR for donations to share)

Overall I would recommend it to other churches due to the ease of use and how quickly the funds are transferred to our checking w.

Pros

Very easy to use and update. Deposits are sent routinely.

Cons

The fees are fair but it would be nice if there was a volume discount or a sliding scale for smaller churches.

Our experience has been very positive and was supper easy to set up and switch banks when we needed to and the deposits come in quickly.

Pros

I love that tithe.ly has made it easy for so many of our members to give more consistently.

Cons

We had a few of our folks have small issues with being able to login but its only been 1 or 2 times. Not to bad.

I like Tithe.ly because many in our congregation prefer to give online. The reporting part is something I have to learn more about but there are tutorials I can use that are supplied for that plus they have support I can get in touch with.

Pros

I like that when we needed to change when deposits were made to our bank account Tithe.ly was able to make that happen.

Cons

I have trouble running reports or getting the information I need to see amounts given to specific things our church supports.

It is easy to navigate for our people inside the church as well as for those who are not part of our church but they want to give. Other resources available to our church too.

Probably the fee schedule sometimes it can be tough

I like that this is a no-set-up fee way to process credit cards for donations at our church

Cons

Tithe.ly can only process credit cards, debit cards (in Canada) are not accepted.

Loe it! Easy to use. Easy to get reports. Non computer savvy people can pay to it, setup auto payments, and admin can access it easily.

Pros

It easy to use. I recommend Tith.ly to many churches getting started. Many church programs are cumbersome, this one gets it right. It's user friendly, and requires minimal time.

Cons

It could be more attractive. Really don't have many problems with it. Have had no issues in the past.
