Company Owner Medical Devices Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Product Review of the Vision6 Campaign Software" July 13, 2026 5.0 My experience with Vision6 has been excellent and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of its capabilities yet. I had a lot of experience with MailChimp prior to moving to Vision6 so the transfer to Vision6 was seamless. Pros The first thing that struck me when logging into Vision6 was how uncluttered everything felt. The main sections such as campaigns, contacts, reports, templates, are laid out clearly and it's obvious immediately where you need to go to do what you want. That clarity carries through to the whole platform with logically grouped menus and functions. The Vision6 platform has a powerful drag-and-drop editor that is genuinely intuitive. You can add text blocks, images, buttons, links and dividers just by dragging them into place. Rearranging sections is as simple as clicking on them and moving them around. I knew the first time that I contacted Customer Service that I’d made the right decision with Vision6. The phone was answered in just a few minutes, and my questions were answered fully by a highly knowledgeable Customer Service representative. The Help button in the platform takes you to contact information and support, access to Power Sessions, and a Help Centre that will tell you everything you need to know about this powerful system. Cons I've found very little in my use of Vision6 to complain about. I would like there to be more platforms to integrate with. The Google Analytics integration is really helpful but I'd like to see the capability to integrate with LinkedIn which we use extensively for our business promotions. Review Source DD Desiree D. Quickly make appealing newsletters. Very affordable compared to others on the market. Good statistics to see who clicked on you newsletter, and links they visited. Pros Making an appealing newsletter doesn't take long to make. The simple drag and drop system makes it easy to use and customise. The image library is handy as I can quickly retrieve images I have already used, rather then having to re-upload. The CRM system is a good system; can put a lot of details for each customer, including writing notes which is helpful for sales staff, to keep track of customer conversations. Price is very reasonable, including Australian support as well as regular webinars, to ensure you get the most out of the platform. Segmentation feature is great to be able to target specific customers / industries. Cons Would like some more fonts, and ability to customise text a bit more. Some sale staff have done follow ups when customers have clicked on the link and the customer said they didn't, either they forgot or it's been incorrectly counted. I trained multiple people in how to use it and spent three years building bimonthly newsletters. We moved to marketto last year to send out emails and it's been even worse. I no longer do this in my job role but we have changed to a Microsoft product to send out our newsletters. Pros We used the email send out app between 2011 to 2017 • easy to use • logical layout • good price point Cons • needed a better metric system • system was a bit clunky in what we could do with templates • WYSIWYG did not always worked. • questions when i hit troubles took a long time to solve or didn't come back with a response. Pros Vision6 are locally based on Australian shores. My clients require their sample, data, etc. to be local to satisfy ISO standards. The Vision6 software / platform is safe and secure. For campaign sending, it has all the features and information one needs. Their reports provide detailed insights in to the campaign performance. And when you are not using your Vision6 account, you can pause it. Their customer support people are also helpful and friendly. Cons When the sample record counts get high, the prices go up considerably. I have used other campaign sending software and the costs are far lower. Alternatives considered [Synoptive](https://www.capterra.com/p/146556/Synoptive/) Reason for choosing Vision6 The features that Vision6 contained and the pricing options available at the time. Switched from [Campaign Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/81350/Campaign-Enterprise/) I had to use a product that was locally based in Australia and did not store sample / data overseas. Vision 6 is by far the best because it runs smoothly, the support is fantastic, and the cost is very reasonable - three things that several other platforms definitely are not! Pros I like how Vision 6 has so many useful features, it runs fast and smoothly (no glitches etc), the support team is always so helpful, and the monthly cost is relatively small considering what we get and compared to other online platforms I use. Cons It can be tricky ensuring the email messaging design and layout in Vision 6 translates exactly into Microsoft Outlook but I've managed to mostly overcome this through some trial and error over the years. Because it has many features, it also takes time and commitment to learn how get the most out of Vision 6 but it's truly worth the effort. Reason for choosing Vision6 At one stage, we did consider shifting to MailChimp but on further investigation, we realised that Vision 6 was already capable of doing everything we needed, we just needed to spend time getting more familiar with its features. To have a phone number that you can phone and actually have a conversation with the support team is a massive help for a novice in this area!! Currently i am dealing with a CRM company, i have had 2 zoom.us sessions and i have signed up. When i sent them a email because there on line help / support didn't answer my question, i received a email to say bluntly we are sales people, we don't supply help, support or training. You need to go to this link and have a good read basically!!! Pros It ticks all the boxes from a marketing to current clients and prospects point of view. Its a Australian Company with a local support team, massive plus. Pricing is very reasonable given the upside for the client using there to product. Cons I would like to see on line help to reflect the "Kiss Principal,Keep It Simple Stupid" Step 1 you do this, Step 2 you do this etc. It may not look fancy on screen from a display point of view , but the average person using your system is flying blind when they first sign up, pressure is on to present to management/boss. Some videos to back this up will definitely help. Don't let the builders of the software have total say on how the help /support/training should look and feel, the support people are the best, because they actually use the software on a daily basis and interact with the users, not the builders. Cons Sometimes the editor produces weird results particularly when text is pasted into it. It would seem that the extra HTML buried in Word text isn't filtered out when pasted. The reporting on multiple factors, opens, bounces and unsubscribes has been invaluable as well as their ability to analyze performance metrics and manage the overall process. I've used it for years and I can't recommend it enough. Pros Vision6 has am easy to use drop and drag user interface, which allows for seamless creation of Newsletters. It's easy to understand and powerful enough to create immersive designs. Cons HTML and text can be a bit clunky when trying to work with text boxes, but other than it's great.
