December 15, 2021 5.0 Super great. Really love the product and I'm looking forward to using it even more in 2022. I think if you max out the usage of its features you can run almost all your entire business from one place. While this does increase risk (due to the outages that sometimes occur) it is something that a newer entrepreneur can use to get up and running quickly and easily. Pros I really love Kajabi and endorse the product. But, since the price tag is on the high side, I recommend you use it if you are going to make the most of all the features. This includes using it as an LMS, a website and/or funnel builder, and a marketing management system. The email and CMS features are great and they have recently introduced a coaching and podcast platform as well. Super excited to use these features! Cons It is pricey if you are not going to use all the features. It also is software that takes a little while to learn if you are a newbie. Review Source Osama K. The mobile app and marketing pages make it well rounded solution to teach online. It is an impressive all-in-one platform. Pros We wanted to offer online classes. Kajabi has a lot of features that add to the online classes like marketing and payment. Our main concern was giving the students the content. We easily added audio and video to the course. Payments worked smoothly with Stripe and has many options to customize the price and discounts. It keeps track of the students in an easy way. The best part of Kajabi is the helpful and welcoming support. They really go the extra mile and are patient. Their caring attitude helped me setup the custom domain. Customer support makes Kajabi one of the best choices. Cons It does not have an attendance system. Even though it does have quizzes/surveys, tracking attendance will require extra manual work. The price is high (about $120/month) but if you have a hundred students every month, then price is not an issue. You can customize the look and use the templates. Review Source R Reviewer Owner Used the software for: 3-5 years ### "Too many limitations and very difficult to get support" September 15, 2022 2.0 See above Pros At this point the problems overshadow the benefits Cons The cost for this learning management system is higher than its competitors but given the limitations we’ve experienced, with no support, I wish that we had chosen a different LMS option. For example, our students need to write a quiz and achieve a minimum of 80% before the next lesson is unlocked. If a student achieves under 80% there is no way to indicate what questions they got wrong so they are working blind and become very frustrated. The only work around is to show all of the answers - the correct and incorrect answers which defeats the purpose of having them write a quiz. I have asked a number of times for support and get passed around from person to person. This reflects poorly on our company. If I had to do it over I would choose another LMS. Unfortunately I didn’t know what I didn’t know. If you are considering Kajabi, try to find find people/companies using Kajabi and ask what they don’t like about the it. See if this is a dealbreaker for you. The inclusion of so many other tools such as Zoom, videos and more, it's perfect! Having your website entire migrated over to kajabi would allow everything to be in one space. Pros I love the versatility of the software to create my course and coaching offerings while maintaining brand cohesiveness. The integrations also are super so that I am able to keep everything organized in one space without needing separate video hosting, etc. For my courses and coaching. Cons I find the price is quite high and with the advent of member spaces through squarespace, I can't necessarily justify the additional cost. The first month, I did not notice it on my credit card. When I saw it in the second month, I called and complained, and they said it was beyond their 30-day refund. I don't know why they would take advantage of someone who they see did not log in to their product since beginning a free trial. They are clearly money hungry and care more about taking income for two months of a subscription rather than pleasing a curious/potential returning customer. Pros I have never used it beyond signing up for a free trial, so I can't comment on what I liked about it Cons Customer support - I contacted them when I saw that they charged my credit card despite my cancelling within the one week. Kajabi supposedly eliminates the need to connect multiple tools but still didn't make it easier, at least for someone that's used to chose in a flexible way and adapt tools to the situation and its needs.
