Pros

Had a wonderful experience with Kajabi really liked security customer support marketing and sales email templates and inventory management was super helpful

Cons

I had a good experience if I had to pick one certain thing that I wasn’t a big fan of it would probably have to the email management but definitely worth it once you figure it out

Overall, Kajabi does just about everything "ok." If your goal is to launch quickly or validate and idea, it's great. If you use more advanced features in email marketing or e-commerce, you may run into some snags.

Pros

Kajabi has everything you need to launch an online program quickly. More than once, I've been able to go from idea to launch in just one day. Between the email marketing, carts, and easy to use builder, it's got everything!

Cons

While Kajabi does everything, other than the course builder, it doesn't do anything in an excellent way. The email marketing is very basic and the shopping cart doesn't have all the features that I'd like.

Great from the perspective that it's an all-in-one-platform that integrates all the tools to run a successful online business

Cons

I felt the cost was so high, there are a lot of features included that I didn't utilize that was factored into the cost of the platform

I joined this to market my training programs on new dispatchers. It puts my products and email list with regard to the website under a single roof. It is strong where the consulting side of my business is concerned but the cost is high where you are not selling digital products on a regular basis.

Pros

The email marketing series are extraordinarily simple to establish in order to nurture leads who receive my free transport guides.

Cons

Inventory management functions are not available at all that makes it highly challenging to sell physical goods such as branded logbooks. When you have few contacts the pricing structure is extremely aggressive.

Really enjoyed it, especially as a first time community manager online. It is user-friendly and satisfying interface.

Pros

Kajabi was a great platform to host our online school. I know we got some kind of discount at the beginning for being in when they updated so that was a really nice perk. Customer support was always friendly and helpful. It was great to make a website never had any issues with security. We used it for our marketing and sales funnel and further for generating lead reports. It could send out automated emails and sync well with other apps

Cons

Don’t really have anything to complain about. I feel like Kajabi was a high-quality product. And I’m sure it’s getting smoother every day because they updated regularly.

Kajabi is a great Learning Management System. It's pretty easy to use and the user interface looks great!

Cons

Kajabi has a lot of login issues. Our customers are constantly not getting password reset emails and such.

Pros

Love how easy Kajabi is to use. Easy to navigate and great when you have to stop and come back. Easy to keep track of what you have completed and what you have left to complete.

Cons

I have only used it as a student. As a student there is not any issues in my opinion. Overall it is a great software.

Pros

Kajabi provided a streamlined, easy to use and functional navigation through the educational program I was enrolled in.

Cons

Not much to say here about what I like the least about Kajabi… it serves the purpose of providing video and pdf content for learning. Perhaps the only thing would be to provide a method of communication.

I’ve had a great experience using Kajabi. It was the perfect platform at the time for what I needed to do with my business during the pandemic. Very easy to follow and my supporters and customers appreciated it too.

Pros

I loved the ease of usage. Very detailed set up instructions. It was also easy to adjust settings when I needed to.

Cons

It’s hard to integrate information from other apps to Kajabi. I almost had to start all over. Once I watched some tutorials I learned how to integrate it then.
