Having GoodHire integrate with our ATS and our HRIS system has allowed for seemly process during on boarding.

Pros

The ease and functionality of the platform make this tool very efficient for our use.

Cons

I wish I didnt have to click into the platform to get the information that was provided in an email. Outside of that, no other complaints

The pricing is pretty low compared to other services, and the platform is easy to use and navigate

Cons

Doesn't provide the most accurate background checks, especially since integration with checkr, which is the service we switched from. Have not had a positive experience - asks candidates to do most of the work for them

It is VERY simple to implement background checks and screenings. I've only needed to contact support 1x in over two years, and it was due to an error on my end - they were quick to remedy and help me correct.

Cons

I do not have anything negative that I can share about this product. It's worked as designed with simplicity, every time I've used it.

Its important to do background checks and GoodHire is easy to use. Decent pricing

Pros

Easy to use and send to new hire. It also keeps you in the loop of timeline for when it will be completed.

Cons

I don't think technically we can hold GoodHire accountable for any fraud information like you can with E-Verify or other programs.

Pros

Some pros about this app that I enjoy is the candidates being able to fill in their own information. Saves a bunch of time on our end. Also this is a very easy app to use and understand

Not being able to run background checks without a social security number and the time it takes to complete the background check

With regard to your comments about candidates' Social Security numbers (SSNs), an SSN is required because it helps us ensure that we return accurate information about the right person. I'd also like to add that 85% of GoodHire's background checks are completed in less than one minute. Some results may take longer, particularly county checks since not all counties have digitized records. Rest assured that we are taking all necessary steps to deliver the most accurate results. How easy it is to use, saves you tons of time, and actually works doesnt give you the hesitance other software does

Cons

Can't say too many issues however the server is a little slow at times when updating other than that was great
