The turnaround time with the background check results was fast. The customer service was very nice, patient and helpful. Cons I needed to call customer service to rerun a background check of the same person with a different surname. The original result pinging the person as not matching the social security number ids still up on the background check although it has been determined that her social is under her previous married name.
