“Great Solution and team - exactly what we needed!”

OverallWe needed a system to organize all our legal and operations terms that was ready to go out of the box and wasn't very expensive. We tried a couple other systems, but PredictiveOps was by far the best - and the customer service has been exceptional - with free customizations I needed deployed to me in as little as 3 days (and usually a week).
ProsSuper easy to use, no training for my team. I can also set user permissions for team members, and invite my whole team to use it for self-serve lookups and easy information pull downs. My team likes adding information, and keeps it updated without me asking.
ConsStill in beta, has a handful of small bugs that are usually fixed as soon as they are reported. Product is relatively new, and the team is small.
Recommendations to other buyersWatch the youtube videos to help get started. It is an interesting approach that actually makes a lot of sense (and mirrors how you think of stuff in the real world). It just takes a little time to train away from the traditional CRM workflow - which breaks anytime there is a change..
