We have replaced a few devices due to 'end of life'. We have never run into an issue where our Internet and security were down due to the device itself. We have been very pleased with the service of WatchGuard devices. Pros The Firebox is quite easy and simple to manage. Setting up rules is pretty straight forward. There are multiple ways to manage the firewall (Web-UI, Cloud, and application). They are great, but it's hard to sell them to customers because of the price. Also, the response from tech support has slowed a little bit over the last few years.
