Pros: Its easy to us, its looks good and I always had help when I needed it!!

Cons: It's not what I was used to, so it took me few min to get a hand of the platform I must admit..

Overall: Being in the ESL business for quite a while now I always used jobboards for my recruitment. Then I stumble upon this company and it not only rocks it works !! I tried out their social media ads and was able to recruit some pretty awesome people ! It help me gain time on screening and was fun to us

Pros: Contacted candidates unreachable by job boards. Fast results as well

Cons: It doesn't work on the autopilot. You have to log in at least twice a week.

Overall: A hybrid recruiting model with aspects from both job board and head hunting set ups. An innovative approach with fast paced candidate tracking and engaging procedures.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you don't have time for recruiting, go for the advanced plan. They do everything for you and the cost is still really low.

Comments: Started with the base plan and was able to get interesting leads. With $100 of programmatic advertising I was able to make 2 hires within 14 days.

Pros: Simple User Interface, cool idea, candidate quality

Overall: Candidates just started pouring in! I selected what I wanted, then my ads were posted automatically on a number of targeted sites and candidates started applying...then I chatted with them and screened them on video.
