Glad we purchased a subscription.

Pros

I use this product for any application requiring mapping and field data collection. Variety of helpful features to focus and query on particular records.

Cons

Internet connectivity sometimes poses a problem. Would also like more flexibility for customizing some features. For example, choosing colors for species dots.

Pros

We are in the early phases of development of a campus forest management plan and Tree Plotter has allowed us to easily capture and update data about our 1200 campus trees. The customer support has been great and is much appreciated during our initial phases of development.

Cons

So far, there is nothing I don't like about this software. I just wish I had more time dedicated to using it to its full potential.

Pros

Works on all devices. This product will be excellent once I can customise myself. They say this will be available soon.

Cons

Clients can see other's names for a few seconds upon start up. More maps options would be nice. Very expensive.

The Tree Plotter Software was easy to use and was highly functional. We also received great customer/technical support.

Cons

We have not complaints about the product. It functioned as advertised and did a great job for us. We are please to have this tool in our tool bag.

Greatly Workable! and Great to Work With! Glad to make work connection to/with such a great team of supporting people. I'm now on 6,748 trees and counting!

Pros

Quick use, easy use, quick efficient fixes to the issues that do arise.

Cons

There is some slowness that comes and goes...

It is fairly easy to conduct a tree inventory using this software. I do wish you could take data without being connected to the internet and download later. I've been told though, that is in the works. Can't wait!

Pros

The ability to customize to our region and communities. My experience working with Chris and the software development staff has been outstanding.

Cons

Not much to dislike yet as we are very early in utilization. Some of the cons I've had are really more related to how we can best customize the software to our purpose as we use it and learn capabilities.
