Consultant always support, assist and shared ideas to find the solutions. Pros Aerochef Application is one of airlines catering system that use a lot of module and user but related each other. Aerochef system helps us to create transactions with a minimum step and a lot of report can be use for analysis purposes. Cons I think there are no feature that user can develop their report by themselves which is without assistance by consultant to develop that report required. I don't know. Maybe it's quite difficult to teach user that no knowledge about IT.
