A great help when you need to collect, parse, organise documents into data. Pros I had the opportunity to experiment with this software in a company where I served as a consultant, and was amazed to see how easy it was to manage a paper-less stream of documents that could be searched and tracked when necessary. Even in paper-heavy sectors, like financial institutions. Cons As a self-taught, occasional user I found some functions too hard to master and I am sure there's a lot more that could be done. Also, I am being told that the system is rather expensive.
