My overall experience with GoReminders is very positive. It fills a gap in my scheduling and automated reminders.

Pros

Very short learning curve, intuitive workflow, and sensible defaults. It integrates smoothly with my other calendars and makes it clear when customers have confirmed an appointment.

Cons

It would be better if I could integrate it more smoothly with my contact management software to reduce duplication.

Easy to maintain schedule, less no shows and cancellations. Helping customers remember and access shop info

Cons

Wasn’t clear about appointment limit changing the monthly cost. Limit is 25 at 14 a month. Once you raise it, the more you pay. 25 isn’t even enough for one a day.

GoReminders is an appointment scheduling and reminder software designed to help businesses reduce missed appointments by automatically sending text message and email reminders to customers. It is commonly used by small businesses, healthcare providers, salons, consultants, recruiters, and service-based companies.

Pros

There are no learning curves! The security, user interface and client management is on point and I highly recommend to anyone.

Cons

Some of the features freeze up at times but mostly it works smoothly! Definitely value for money in my opinion!

overall I can't complain. I've been using GoReminders for years now and I have nothing bad to say about it.

Pros

the fact that we can send multiple texts/emails using the Blast feature. it is really time saving and helpful.

Cons

if you reach out it takes a day or two to get a response. also, it is confusing to set up an individual appt time.

It’s fine, but am exploring others to see what they can offer since I have a website of my own and would love to release my own scheduling stress off me

Sending out appointment reminders to my students and seeing it on my calendar daily and it’s sent to their phones

Cons

Everything else is an add-on and I use this dailllyyy. I would love blast texting to my clients, I would love the booking request to be connected to my website

GoReminders has been fantastic to use. They nearly eliminated no call/no shows and we constantly get compliments on our reminders and how helpful they are.

Pros

GoReminders is easy to useand has a lot of options to set it up the way we need like selectable templates, times, and integrated down payment options.

Cons

I would like to see more options for integrated payments. Right now it uses Stripe but being able to use Square, PayPal, Venmo, etc would be great!

LOVE this service! Vastly affordable and reliable for myself and my clients. It's easy to change the template, add client info, and so accessible through the app or online.

Pros

It is so easy to use! I use it for text reminders for clientele. I have a separately built scheduling platform so I didn't utilize the integration platform but taking the extra step to add in the appointment is super quick and easy. I can use the app or online version. It's been perfect for my clients and very reliable. I HIGHLY recommend!

Cons

I use WIX and build a scheduling platform so it doesn't integrate properly BUT the extra step to manually enter the appointments takes less than 30 seconds.

It’s been good. Clients receive reminders days prior and day of, to keep them on track. This reduces missed appointments.

Pros

Keeps me organized. I’m also keep up with clients needs and schedule accordingly. Helps reduce noshows

Cons

I have difficulty doing my personal schedule with work work schedule on app. I need to take more time to figure it out.
