The duplicate blasts and group messaging is my favorite feature. You can easily add or remove someone and we do have a lot of meetings that require 20+ partners, so GoReminders has been a huge time saver and is worth the cost! Pros Being able to group text team members to remind them of our monthly meeting/other items is super helpful. Being able to duplicate text blasts is a huge time saver! I like receiving the email that the text messages did get sent out and who did not receive a message. Cons It sometimes can be a little difficult to navigate. When looking for clients names, it sometimes does not pop up in the search box and I have manually look through each contact. The customer service is literally the best around with easy access to both AI and human assistants who will even walk you through setup or any problems you have via Zoom. Unbelievable. Pros GoReminders, unlike other scheduling apps, automatically adapts to different time zones nationally and globally, making sending correspondence to all clients smooth and stress free. I used to have to manually adjust client’s appointments daily. Now I just pre-load the week and don’t have to think about it again. I have used this platform for 2 years, and it has been very useful. Pros I loved having a record of conversations with the client to look back on, and it made it easy to keep track of rescheduling and notes about the project. The platform calendar interfaces with my Google Work Calendar, so my crew didn't have to download another app to see the jobs. Cons I didn't love having to go into settings and set a location and then go into the message board and set the phone number and name. It would have been simpler if I could put all the info in one spot and it transferred over to the message board and locations. I also like how managing my clientele was simplified, and it became real when I lost my business phone on vacation and was able to still communicate through go reminder. I like the features they offer, and now that I had this program for over three years off and on, I do totally see why I should have just kept them from the beginning. I have shopped around for other programs but always found my way back to go reminders. My clients find it is user friendly as well. I have never had any breach of security since having this program. Here is why I absolutely love this program CUSTOMER SERVICE. They truly take the time to fix any concerns that you may have until it is resolved. I had an issue with Blast, and I had paid for it for the year, while waiting for them to resolve the problem they refunded my money, kept me informed, and once the issue was fixed, they allowed me to use blast for that year. The platform worked well, was user-friendly, and the company provided great service. I would definitely recommend it to businesses looking for a simple and effective appointment reminder system. Pros GoReminders was very easy to use, reliable, and helped us stay organized. The automated reminders were especially helpful for reducing missed appointments and keeping communication with clients simple. Cons I honestly did not have any major issues with GoReminders. We only stopped using it because we switched to Jobber, which includes scheduling and reminders along with the other business tools we now need.
