Pros

We've used GoReminders for over five (5) years and found that it greatly increased our initial consultation rate, resulting in more new clients for our business. It allows us to send general appointment reminders or client-specific details to our current clients, which our clients really appreciate. We're big fans of the SMS/text feature as well. Since smartphones make texting second nature for everyone, it provides an effortless way to send brief updates or reminders to clients who might otherwise be hard to reach.

Cons

There is nothing that we do not like about GoReminders. It's perfect for our business communication needs.

Pros

I have been using GoReminders for about 5 years now and it is a lifesaver for my business. I work in early intervention and service an array of families. I travel to each of them and often times am scheduling visits for an entire month out. It is a life saver in terms of saving me time, in not having to text every family throughout the month or the day before to confirm appointments. My settings are initial alert, 24h reminder and 2 hour reminder and parents love the ease and use of confirming and canceling right from a message. I ahve contractors who are on my team, it takes me very little time to show them how to use the app. I love that I am able to add them to my team and they are able to use for their appointments as well! I recommend this app and site to all of my colleagues as it is a true lifesaver and makes working so much easier! I love how it links right to all of my calendars and my appointments are easily seen from my Google or Apple calendar.

Cons

I do feel at times the message length was a little longer as I have had to be creative with the amount of characters so the families aren't receiving 2-3 messages each time a reminder is sent.

My overall experience with GoReminders has been extremely positive. It’s dependable, easy to use, fairly priced and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without unnecessary complexity. The automated reminders save me time, improve communication with customers, and help keep everything running smoothly.

Pros

What I like most about GoReminders is how simple and reliable it is. It takes the stress out of communicating with customers by making reminders effortless and professional. The interface is easy to use, the messages go out on time, and it helps reduce no-shows without me having to constantly follow up.

Cons

So far I haven't come across anything that I really don't like about GoReminders. It truly meets all my communication/reminder needs and then some.

Has made positive changes in my business is easy and fast to set up an appointment , looks more professional with customers receiving cinfirmation texts and reminders of there booking and then easy to ammend or cancel bookings . I think it Is fairly priced in my opinion .

Pros

Has stopped me double booking ! And there are near to none no shows as the customers receive a text reminding them in the days before .

Cons

Still learning but but the the grid is small on my phone znd hard to select certain booking if close togeather , there is no app for android yet ??

So far my experience has been great. I appreciate the customer support and the ease of using the app. I was looking for a cost effective way to send reminders and keep track of appointments, and I’ve found it with GoReminders!

Pros

GoReminders is very intuitive and easy to use. I can quickly and easily add my appointments for the week for my small business. There are many features that help organize my schedule and save time. The cost is extremely affordable for my needs and I’ve been supported through the process.

Cons

I don’t have any cons with GoReminders however I haven’t used the more advanced features of the app. I look forward to trying them in the future as my business grows.

GoReminders has been a great tool, i love that its not expensive. That my clients receive reminder messages, its easy to use and trouble-free

Cons

I dont like that my phone cant download the app, I cant see time slots on the calendar, maybe that would be different on a laptop im using my phone

My overall experience with GoReminders has been quite positive. It helps me manage my appointments and schedule in a way that Google products cannot. My client retention is much higher with GoReminders and cancellation rates are much lower with the follow up texting option which I use to offer reschedule options as needed.

Pros

I love how user-friendly and intuitive it is. There are very few barriers to entry for even the lowest skilled of schedulers out there. It is quick, easy, and the app is super useful as well.

Cons

The only thing I'd change about GoReminders if I could would be the tiny add-ons for different features. I understand that this may be useful to keep the standard price low overall, but it can feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed at times. Maybe it's just a psychological thing. I think the price, overall, is quite competitive.

It's very easy to use and fast. Our customers find it easy to use as well. We like that we are able to contact a bigger group of people faster.

Pros

The service has been really easy to use. Our customers have mentioned it's been one of the more easier docu signing they have used. It makes it real easy to reach a lot of our customers with reminders of their appointment. It's easier to know that it was received rather than leaving a message. It also always our customers to cancel and reschedule their appointment quickly.

Cons

There isn't anything that I have found that I dislike about the service. It's made our appointment confirmations so much easier.

Pros

We have struggled with our clients following up to our emails and were looking for a way to text them to confirm scheduled deliveries. Most of the options we examined did more than what we wanted or were not as customizable as GoReminders. GoReminders did exactly what we needed at a price point better than their competition.

Cons

After joining I got bombarded with emails every day on a variety of topics. I was able to go into setting to change this but it was a little annoying. No product is going to be perfect, but we found the customer support at GoReminders to be excellent and we are able to leave feedback for future improvements.
