LOVE this service! Vastly affordable and reliable for myself and my clients. It's easy to change the template, add client info, and so accessible through the app or online.

Pros

It is so easy to use! I use it for text reminders for clientele. I have a separately built scheduling platform so I didn't utilize the integration platform but taking the extra step to add in the appointment is super quick and easy. I can use the app or online version. It's been perfect for my clients and very reliable. I HIGHLY recommend!

Cons

I use WIX and build a scheduling platform so it doesn't integrate properly BUT the extra step to manually enter the appointments takes less than 30 seconds.

It’s been good. Clients receive reminders days prior and day of, to keep them on track. This reduces missed appointments.

Pros

Keeps me organized. I’m also keep up with clients needs and schedule accordingly. Helps reduce noshows

I have difficulty doing my personal schedule with work work schedule on app. I need to take more time to figure it out.

Happy. would recommend. Perfect for this size business. Very easy to use even if you aren’t the most tech savvy.

Pros

Very easy to use. Easy to access at any time to very appt was scheduled. Easy to add new patients. Does the job!!

Cons

Would like to see confirmation of appts without having to pay extra. Would be nice if you could set up to send additional communication texts to specific patients.

positive overall. It is a pretty easy, intuitive app to use. I see clients in different time zones so this app has helped me with that issue!

Pros

customer service is very prompt and responsive. Its a pretty easy and quick app to use and the price is right

Cons

Would like to be able to send one reminder to at least 2 different phone numbers and emails. I work with kids and being able to send to parents who live separately would be great

We run a busy Chiropractic clinic with over 200 patients a week. GoReminders makes sure people show up for their appointments. With GoReminders we have a 1-2% no show rate which is great!

Pros

We like the ease of use and the certainty and flow it brings to our busy clinic. Really easy to use, my assistant was able to learn the program quickly. Great value for the money and easy to manage patients when we have snowstorm or electricity outage. It also gives our clinicians and doctors a sens of security as they know patients are gonna show up.

Cons

Only downside is the lack of compatibility with Apple iCalendar. I wish it would all quickly sync together.

I enjoy how easy it is to customize the appointments and send reminders to our clients. I can easily make changes and resend reminders as well and thanks to using their service, we've had a lot less forgotten appointments.

Pros

I had shopped around for different appointment apps prior to using GoReminders and have found that their interface is both the easiest to use on the market and the most affordably priced.

Cons

I'd like to reply to customers directly without the addtional service fee. Sometimes they'll reply with a question and I have to respond to them from a different number. However this fee is a reasonable price, all things considered.

Overall this application is great. It has the features you need without being overly complicated with ones a small business wouldn't use. Pricing is right for the value.

Pros

It's ease of use. This is one of the most user friendly applications I've tried. The price is right for the features and functions a single practitioner like me needs.

Cons

Though it does feed your scheduled appointments into your calendar, a calendar widget for the phone would be better. It isn't a bidirectional feed from your personal calendar.

Overall good! It's easy to set appointments as well as canceling them. I really just kind of press two buttons.

Pros

It's very easy to use GoReminders and navigate between clients. Sometimes I need to look at two or three at once and that is no issue.

Cons

I think it would be better to update the notification settings. Not everyone needs to be notified about everything and I wish we could customize that more.

Overall, my experience with GoReminders has been really positive. It’s easy to use, saves us time, and helps keep our schedule organized.

Pros

It just works in the background—sending reminders to clients without us having to chase anyone. It’s saved us a lot of time and definitely reduced missed appointments, especially during busy periods.

Cons

What I liked least about GoReminders is that it’s a bit limited in customization. Sometimes I wish I had more flexibility, and the interface could feel a little more modern.

I’m really enjoying using this scheduling app! It’s incredibly easy to use, practical, and has helped me stay organized with all my daily appointments. The interface is intuitive, and everything is clear and easy to access. It has definitely made my routine much more productive and organized. I highly recommend it!

Pros

Is more easy for me because I have a lot client and I don’t need more send a message for confirmation

Cons

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. The app is very user-friendly and well-designed. If I had to mention something, it would be great to see even more customization options in future updates
