I can use the app or online version. It's been perfect for my clients and very reliable. I HIGHLY recommend! GoReminders makes sure people show up for their appointments. With GoReminders we have a 1-2% no show rate which is great! Pros We like the ease of use and the certainty and flow it brings to our busy clinic. Really easy to use, my assistant was able to learn the program quickly. Great value for the money and easy to manage patients when we have snowstorm or electricity outage. It also gives our clinicians and doctors a sens of security as they know patients are gonna show up. Cons Only downside is the lack of compatibility with Apple iCalendar. Pros I had shopped around for different appointment apps prior to using GoReminders and have found that their interface is both the easiest to use on the market and the most affordably priced. Cons I'd like to reply to customers directly without the addtional service fee. Sometimes they'll reply with a question and I have to respond to them from a different number.
