"Try GoReminders to help your employees stay on track!"

**Overall:** We have had an overall good experience with GoReminders. When we have had issues, the customer service team has been very helpful.

**Pros:** The hands-off scheduling for my employees- no longer a need to come into the office for schedules, the schedules load directly on their phones.

**Cons:** I have had issues with keeping the information in the notes section per account; I normally have to re-enter information.

"Take the hassle out of scheduling, you won't regret it!"

**Overall:** I love GoReminders! It is a great platform that has really helped me to work smarter and not harder. The reminder text/email option for clients about their upcoming appointment has helped decrease the amount of wasted time on no call/ no show appointments by at least half within the first month of using it. I had a strict budget to work with in order for the app to be fiscally realistic for use with my business. I badly needed a feature that was not included in that price and the team at GoReminders made it happen for me within my budget. Their willingness to help other small businesses thrive and ability to understand small business needs has made me a fan for life!

**Pros:** GoReminders has helped tremendously by streamlining the scheduling and appointment management process. It has eliminated nearly all possibilities for typos when typing in dates, phone numbers and addresses. It is straight forward and easy for clients to use. With GoReminder's flexible "build your own plan" I am able to get exactly the features I need without having to to pay for any that I would never use. Customer service has been excellent! There are actually REAL PEOPLE available to talk to you when you need help!

**Cons:** I do get quite a few emails from GoReminders. It is not quite spam level but broaching on it. My only real complaint is that I received 6 emails in one day and two more the following day letting me know that I was nearing my monthly appointment limit. One or even two emails max would suffice. Small complaint, but it did trigger my mailbox to auto-send everything from GoReminders to Spam- which would be bad for business if I missed an appointment!
