Most of the options we examined did more than what we wanted or were not as customizable as . GoReminders did exactly what we needed at a price point better than their competition. Cons After joining I got bombarded with emails every day on a variety of topics. I was able to go into setting to change this but it was a little annoying. No product is going to be perfect, but we found the customer support at to be excellent and we are able to leave feedback for future improvements. It is easy to contact patients with a variety of messages for different settings, for example in person vs. teleconference meetings, or appointments at different locations. Its greatest benefit, however, has been in significantly decreasing the number of no shows I have each week and increasing my billing for kept appointments. However some of them struggle with using "R" or "C" (especially when C is next to the X and they accidently opt out) when they are used to "Y" or "N" from other systems.
