Pros GoReminders is very intuitive and easy to use. I can quickly and easily add my appointments for the week for my small business. There are many features that help organize my schedule and save time. The cost is extremely affordable for my needs and I’ve been supported through the process. April 14, 2026 5.0 My experience was great! I worked with it in the trial time of 14 days and after getting so much help (by e-mail and by Zoom)with issues I did not understand or could not resolve, I decided to get a subscription (within 5 days). One staff member did a Zoom meeting with me, \[sensitive content hidden\], and she installed a short cut for me on my Mac computer through Google Chrome since the drop down menu on Safari did not work. So now it all works very well! Pros I like that it saves me so much time and that it is fairly simple to learn. I love it that the staff at GoReminders is so responsive to questions, kind, always makes themselves available and come up with good solutions when needed. I never felt alone in trying to learn this program (which again is quite self explanatory on many levels). Cons The only thing I wished is that I could send one reminder two two people, like a couple who will consult with me together, and that both their phone numbers and e-mails could be entered in that one reminder. Pros clean interface, easy to set up reminders and it just works in the background without me thinking about it. saves me time every week. Cons I can't quite put my finger on it but there's an issue with the recurring appointments. deleting one sometimes deletes all of them or adding one seems to either add one or adds an entire series. and then It counts towards your monthly appointment credit in a negative way. The wide variety of features, as well as the secure platform is truly helpful and efficient. Pros I liked the ability to easily alter the specific features of each message, and how easy it was to customize the unique aspects of the reminders efficiently. Furthermore, I really valued the calendar grid that showed who responded and what their status was, making it extremely ideal for us to quickly relay availability information to the rest of the team as well as other clients. It was a very easy program to learn how to use, and took me just under three days to perfect. Cons Unfortunately, GoReminders did not have a feature where the entire message could be viewed at once before sending, which made it somewhat difficult to proofread the message and led to certain errors. Furthermore, if there were certain pieces of information I did not want include, the template would not alter to account for that, leading to grammatical issues. I don’t regret it. I have not had one client that has not made a positive comment about it. They love the reminders!
