Pros

We have struggled with our clients following up to our emails and were looking for a way to text them to confirm scheduled deliveries. Most of the options we examined did more than what we wanted or were not as customizable as . GoReminders did exactly what we needed at a price point better than their competition.

Cons

After joining I got bombarded with emails every day on a variety of topics. I was able to go into setting to change this but it was a little annoying. No product is going to be perfect, but we found the customer support at to be excellent and we are able to leave feedback for future improvements.

Pros

There are no learning curves! The security, user interface and client management is on point and I highly recommend to anyone.

Cons

Some of the features freeze up at times but mostly it works smoothly! Definitely value for money in my opinion!

Pros

We've used for over five (5) years and found that it greatly increased our initial consultation rate, resulting in more new clients for our business. It allows us to send general appointment reminders or client-specific details to our current clients, which our clients really appreciate. We're big fans of the SMS/text feature as well. Since smartphones make texting second nature for everyone, it provides an effortless way to send brief updates or reminders to clients who might otherwise be hard to reach.

Cons

There is nothing that we do not like about . It's perfect for our business communication needs.

I enjoy how easy it is to customize the appointments and send reminders to our clients. I can easily make changes and resend reminders as well and thanks to using their service, we've had a lot less forgotten appointments.

Pros

I had shopped around for different appointment apps prior to using and have found that their interface is both the easiest to use on the market and the most affordably priced.

Cons

I'd like to reply to customers directly without the addtional service fee. Sometimes they'll reply with a question and I have to respond to them from a different number. However this fee is a reasonable price, all things considered.

Sending out appointment reminders to my students and seeing it on my calendar daily and it’s sent to their phones

Cons

Everything else is an add-on and I use this dailllyyy. I would love blast texting to my clients, I would love the booking request to be connected to my website

The interface is intuitive, and everything is clear and easy to access. It has definitely made my routine much more productive and organized. I highly recommend it!

Is more easy for me because I have a lot client and I don’t need more send a message for confirmation

Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. The app is very user-friendly and well-designed. If I had to mention something, it would be great to see even more customization options in future updates

Overall good! It's easy to set appointments as well as canceling them. I really just kind of press two buttons.

Pros

It's very easy to use and navigate between clients. Sometimes I need to look at two or three at once and that is no issue.

Cons

I think it would be better to update the notification settings. Not everyone needs to be notified about everything and I wish we could customize that more.

Been using it for years, definitely preferable over some other services I've used. The confirmation feature is great to get a heads up on any cancellations or problems my client may have.

Pros

It's a very low entry, easy to use service. Customer oriented with the messaging system.

Cons

Price is always a factor, and it hasn't been the cleanest working system. The team has been diligent in keeping things working and in good order though.

I've had an excellent experience with and have been using it for several years. It helps me have a better understanding of who will be attending their appointments and, best of all, it has significantly decreased my no show rate. If I have one person show up who would not have otherwise, the billing easily covers several months of the minimal cost for GoReminders. GoReminders has been a great product for me - it is helpful to my patients, increases the number of patients who show up for their appointment, has paid for itself many times over, and has increased my income from kept appointments.

Pros

is easy to use and is a very effective way to remind patients of appointments. It is easy to contact patients with a variety of messages for different settings, for example in person vs. teleconference meetings, or appointments at different locations. Its greatest benefit, however, has been in significantly decreasing the number of no shows I have each week and increasing my billing for kept appointments.

Cons

I honestly have never had any issues with . It is economical, easy to use, and effective.

Has made positive changes in my business is easy and fast to set up an appointment , looks more professional with customers receiving cinfirmation texts and reminders of there booking and then easy to ammend or cancel bookings . I think it Is fairly priced in my opinion .

Has stopped me double booking ! And there are near to none no shows as the customers receive a text reminding them in the days before .

Cons

Still learning but but the the grid is small on my phone znd hard to select certain booking if close togeather , there is no app for android yet ??

I like that the message is sent by text & email to the employee. It is confirming they received the schedule appointment. I also like they have to confirm the message

Cons

I don't like that the choices you make for services does not match for the Label choices. I don't know if this is an internal issue or issue with go reminder

I dont like that my phone cant download the app, I cant see time slots on the calendar, maybe that would be different on a laptop im using my phone

Very good. Have only had to reach out once in two years for assistance. Easy to use. Have not encountered any issues.

Pros

Saves our company alot of time and trouble by alerting and reminding our customers of upcoming deliveries

Cons

Hard to add on just a few extra spots if you go over the plan amount one month. Would have to pay for a new plan for the remainder of time, then change it for a refund when you didn't need the extra spots.

I love it, keeps me and my clients on track. I am constantly being told by my clients how much they love my reminder messages. However some of them struggle with using "R" or "C" (especially when C is next to the X and they accidently opt out) when they are used to "Y" or "N" from other systems.

Pros

definitely reduces client "no shows" and allows for timely rescheduling of appointments if required.

Cons

That you can't check date of last appointment from the appointment screen. This would make rebooking to the same time frame much easier. However it could be an operator problem lol.

Pros

I love how I can just add the appointment and choose to set them on repeat schedules so I don’t have to keep adding them.

Cons

I dislike Having to pay for more scheduling text spots even if it’s already a customer in your calender.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use. It automatically does take off the my workload to remind applicants about upcoming appointments.

Cons

Sometimes the number or email box clears out when i switch the option from either text or email to both.

Tech support was great although I only called twice and got instant answers right away. They do not stonewall you like many software providers.

Pros

This software is very to use and has super customer support. I can now text/email all my clients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. As a senior citizen, I also use it to send reminders to myself, so I don't miss any of my own appointments.

Cons

I can honestly say there was not a least moment. I only had to fill in this box in order to get my reviews posted. Think Capterra should rethink this issue.
