I like the fact that you continually try to improve and make Better. Pros The ease of use and the reduced number of no shows and last minute cancellations. Cons On the mobile app it would be nice if the customer's phone number appeared without having to hit the edit button and have the ability to hit the phone number to call directly. It always changes no matter what I select as far as client time zone or my standard time zone. Most of my Philly clients get reminders for their appointments while I’m actually already in the middle of the session. Cons It didn't upload all my contacts when it prompted me to. I also have to close all other windows in order for this app to work. Also a little pricey for having to have a limit of monthly reminders. This system solves many internal scheduling challenges along with excellent customer communications and appointment confirmations. Pros Customer Service is responsive problem solvers. The system has transformed our service business into 5 star customer ratings due to confirmations and communication. We use system to communicate with customers and schedule and assign jobs essentially two systems in one. Cons We are a seasonal business and we pay for monthly for appointments that we don't use and we can't bank the appointments. The billing is messy, unclear Pros At first on the free trial was great then the plan changed which was not indicated on the plan I chose Cons I was charged for an upgrade as I was checking out a new plan. I did not give permission to charge my credit card or to upgrade my plan.
