The cloud-integration helps us be more productive too, as we don't need to worry about our workflow being affected depending on the machines we are using in a given day. Cons I had rudimentary experience with DNS management software prior to Traffic Director, so learning it wasn't too difficult. However, some of our internal talent whom did not begin from an IT background had some trouble learning due to the somewhat complicated UI.
