Wir haben Dealfront im Rahmen einer Aktion erworben. Im Verkaufsgespräch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine einmalige Laufzeit von einem Jahr handelt. Nach einem Jahr dann die Überraschung, es gab eine automatische Verlängerung. Der Support hat hier überhaupt nicht geholfen, sie haben sich auf die AGBs bezogen. Selbst als wir gekündigt haben hat es niemand interessiert.

Pros

Es ist einfach zu benutzen, bietet umfassende Suchfilter und die Integration mit Pipedrive. Leadfeeder war für uns tatsächlich eine nützliche Funktion.

Cons

Die Qualität der Daten ist für uns (B2B DACH) gerade für Telefonakquise schlecht gewesen. Es werden meist nur öffentlich verfügbare Daten von Websites übernommen. Oft sind Einträge unvollständig oder veraltet. Unser Vertriebsmitarbeiter hat deshalb oft Zeit bei Anrufen verschwendet.

Service ist nett und freundlich. Das Tool kann nur begrenzt einen echten Clipping-Dienst ersetzen.

Pros

Wir sind eine PR-Agentur und haben dealfront/Echobot für das Monitoring unserer Kunden in der Presse genutzt. Der Service war zu Beginn sehr gut, dann wechselten Ansprechpartner und inzwischen antwortet ein Bot mit völlig unqualifizierten Hinweisen. Da ständig Treffer fehlten, haben wir wegenUnzufriedenheit gekündigt. Unds wurde hier entgegengekommen.

Cons

Der Crawler findet viele Treffer auch nach erneutem Seeding einfach nicht. Dies bedeutet, dass diese manuell hinzugefügt werden müssen, damit sie in den Treffern erscheinen. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn Treffer nicht sofort gefunden werden, und zeitaufwendig. Der Support bemüht sich, hat aber oft auch keine Lösung. Hinzu kommt, dass der Crawler nicht hinter Bezahlschranken kommt, weil es hier keine Vereinbarungen gibt. Unsere Erwartungen haben sich nicht erfüllt, wir haben den Anbieter gewechselt.

Pretty positive, you get exactly what you pay for- for an SME that's just starting out with email marketing it gives you the basic toolset to segment your audience and send email campaigns with some metrics on performance. Just be mindful if you wnat more advanced functionality another option may be a better option for you

It's pretty straightforward, the marketing module and contact database are fairly intuitive and easy to use

Cons

It lacks some of the bells and whistles of more advanced CRMs (with reference to marketing it lacks logic, triggers etc all the advanced functionality you get with the higher priced software) but for the money it's exactly what you'd expect

Information that helps us determine if our marketing efforts are effective. We have been able to track site visitors through the entire sales process using the information from Lead Feeder.

Pros

What I like most about Lead Feeder is how easy it is to see what pages site visitors are visiting the most. It also shows how long they are on the page. This information helps us determine if our content marketing strategies are working. We use the visitor information provided by Lead Feeder to determine if we are reaching the industries we most want to reach. It's also great that Lead Feeder provides some contact information for the visitors on our site. We have been able to make a few connects throughout the marketing process that have converted into sales.

Cons

Setting up filters is a little challenging with Lead Feeder. Especially when filtering out information we do not want to see or pay for as a lead. We would like to filter out a lot of the international results we are seeing as leads. Visitors from those countries are not our target market, so we filter out their information to avoid paying for it as an unqualified lead. I have to manually set up a filter for each country that I want to block from our leads information. It would be easier if I could just select a filter that blocks international traffic with just one click.

Unser Marketing und Vertrieb profitieren extrem von Echobot! Dazu zählen allem voran eine große Zeitersparnis bei der Recherche von Unternehmen sowie die Möglichkeit hochwertige Leads zu qualifizieren und zu generieren. Alle relevanten Firmendaten werden übersichtlich durch aufbereitet, um so bestmöglich vorbereitet mit Firmen bzw. deren deren Ansprechpartnern in den Dialog zu gehen. Eine Anbindung an unserer CRM war sehr unkompliziert möglich, so dass wir auch darin stets auf aktuelle Daten via Echobot zugreifen können. Echobot ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, der Support bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar und vor allem schnell mit Antworten. Auch Anregungen zur Verbesserung von Echobot wurden aufgenommen und auch noch umgesetzt.

Cons

Mir sind bisher keine Nachteile aufgefallen oder bekannt.

Das Tool tut was es soll, auch wenn wir von der Datenschutzkonformität nicht überzeugt sind.

Cons

Einige von uns angesprochene Leads haben uns deutlich mitgeteilt, dass sie Echobot/Dealfront nie die Erlaubnis gegeben haben, ihre Daten zu nutzen. Das führte bei unseren potenziellen Kunden zu viel Frust, was auch unseren Job nicht erleichtert hat. Der Kundenservice ist ausschließlich daran interessiert, das möglichst teuerste Produkt zu verkaufen. Achtet auch ganz besonders auf die Vertragslaufzeit und die rechtzeitige. Unser Mitarbeiter, der Hauptansprechpartner für Echobot/Dealfront war, ist verstorben und die Kündigung somit untergegangen. Von Dealfront kam das Gegenteil von Kulanz, weswegen wir auch nicht mehr Kunde sein möchten.

Pros

Leadfeeder shows me which pages on my website were visited, how long, plus the lead contact of the visitor. I am so pleased with this service as it gives me valuable feedback on my content and the kind of organisations and individuals who are interested in my products and services. I have done a lot of research on monitoring softwares before I came across Leadfeeder and was pleasant surprised that they are so much more advanced than similar other softwares. I strongly recommend Leadfeeder as the best monitoring software on the market. They also have a very friendly and competent customer service. In total, Leadfeeder are the best business partners my company has had as they have added exceptional value to my business.

Echobot verringert den Rechercheaufwand erheblich und steigert die Vertriebseffektivität. Im Marketing lassen sich die Daten für eine zielgenauere Segmentierung und Kundenansprache unkompliziert einsetzen. Die Daten bleiben immer aktuell und die Software funktioniert selbsterklärend. Eine Schnittstelle zu SalesForce ist integriert.

Cons

Ich habe keine Nachteile wahrgenommen. Allerdings habe ich beim Ausrollen der Software mehrfach darauf hinweisen müssen, dass es sich um öffentlich verfügbare Daten handelt und somit die DSGVO nicht verletzt wird. Damit könnte Echobot stärker werben.

### "Worthless tool, unethical renewal process"

eadfeeder is a useless tool and a bad company. If you are considering getting this tool, read on. First, this tool is nothing great. It delivers company IP information from a tracking cookie. This information isn’t that useful. Marketers..focus on retargeting and remarketing. There are several tools that have features doing what Leadfeeder does. Hubspot, Zoominfo to name two. Look into. Regarding contracts. Leadfeeder charges $12k per year. Why anyone would lock into a year for this tool I will never understand. Leadfeeder’s auto-renewal process is why you should really avoid this tool. You must cancel 30 days prior to the renewal date. I never heard anything from our CS person leading up to this renewal date. They intentionally keep a low profile, hoping you miss this ($12k) renewal date. But when they need their invoice paid, they emerge from the shadows. Our CS person aggressively hounded users via email and Linkedin to get the invoice paid. When I asked what happens if someone doesn’t pay an invoice after missing renewal date, she said it goes to the “next escalation point” which she admitted was collections. Our invoice was accidently paid (even after I had canceled subscription on the website). After LF got their money they disappeared again, my CS contact avoiding my emails. All they care about over at Leadfeeder is getting paid. In conclusion—worthless tool, year contract, shady auto renewal with a collection agency to enforce, awful customer service.

Pros

Nothing. It's just not a good tool. Company IP info has no real value. Other tools deliver company IP information as a feature.

Cons

The auto-renewal policy is borderline illegal

I like the possibility to track activities and time spent on the website by potential companies (not contacts).

Cons

I think sometimes it shows inaccurate data. When I visit our corporate website from a co-work space I am shown in the Leadfeeder as the medical company, which is located few blocks away.

Zeitersparnis !! Informationen werden mir pro aktiv mitgeteilt, d.h. ich erhalte morgens eine Information über z.B. Managementwechsel bei Kunden und Interessenten per email zugestellt. Eine meiner Lieblingsfunktionen. Insgesamt hat sich Echobot für mich als Unternehmen präsentiert, das sich um seine Kunden kümmert und dies über den gesamten Prozess.

Pros

Zeit ist im Vertrieb der entscheidende Faktor sprich ein echter Engpass. Mit Echobot können wir viel Zeit sparen, wenn es um die Informationssuche rund um Prospects und Kunden geht. Die Informationszusammenfassung in Unternehmensdossiers ist daher perfekt. Die Aktualität der Daten ebenfalls. Dies hat dazu geführt dass wir uns für eine Schnittstelle in unser CRM entschieden haben.

Cons

Zum Zeitpunkt der Nutzungsentscheidung die fehlende Schnittstelle zu unserem SuperOffice CRM. Diese ist nun vorhanden !

it's pretty useless when it comes to big enterprise companies as trying to find the person in a 10,000 employees is nearly impossible.

Get more insight into your website visitors and pass along those qualified leads to your sales team. It also helps marketing out with understanding where your visitors are coming from and which content they engage with.

Pros

It's easy to install the script to your website to instantly start seeing who is visiting your site. While Google Analytics is great for quantifying your traffic, Leadfeeder adds more context to your data and shows you who is on your site. It's a great tool for lead generation since you can see how they came across your site, what pages they visited, and contacts within that company that you can reach out to.

Cons

The price is expensive. The pricing model is based upon the number of leads Leadfeeder finds for you, but not all of them are considered qualified leads.

Leadfeeder is a good tool, it work by integration Google Analytics, gives you results about the people who visited your websites an provide some data on their behavior. The data will be exhaustive if your website traffic is huge.

Cons

Even though Leadfeeder feels good, there is always a doubt about validity of the data, the instances it didn't match with our signup data are huge. I believe a little more transparency from Leedfeeder will be helpful.

I didn't set it up and I'm not an admin but, as a member of the marketing team, I get an email that tells me who visited the site. It's simple to use and happens automatically.

Cons

It could be the plan level or the way we have it configured but all it tells me is the company that visited. It would be helpful if there was other firmographic and behavioral data included about the visitor: job title, how long they stayed on the site, pages visited, etc. Our careers page gets a lot of traffic so we want to weed those visitors out of our marketing efforts.

I have been using Leadfeeder for several months. The only negative I would have is though we know what company and what the IP Address is that the visitor uses, we have no pertinent information to contact an actual individual. However that being said. If Iam discussing business with a company and they are now on our website for an extended period of time, and I can see what pages they have visited, it gives me a great deal of information as to how serious my potential customer is about doing business. It also gives great information about my competitors who visit, and I can get a good feel for potential business in a particular vertical by viewing several companies who visit us in the same industry. I think the product is a valuable tool in my business arsenal.

We are using Leadfeeder to see which potential customers are visiting our website. We are a B2B niche market company and we sell our products all over the world. It is really helpful to see what potential customers are visiting our website so we can direct our sales to highly potential leads. It is also nice to see who is visiting our website as a follow up on exhibitions, campaigns etc. We also like the overview per customer that Leadfeeder deliver, so we are able to see the full history of their visits to our website. Would of course love to see what person has visited our website, but maybe one day .....

Simplicity, easy to install, full overview of history per customer

There has been periods with a lot of SPAM, but it has improved a lot

IT is a pretty good product, but we don't make any money from it and because a lot of firms interact with us we are cut off about the 10th of the month already. There is absolutely no point in us paying more fro the service as we make no money from it, but I wish I could see all, not just 1/3 of the firms visiting us. Because the information is mainly firms i.e. Microsoft. There is absolutely no way to get to an individual. For that reason it is useless as a sales tool. So as a user experience/tracking tool it is bordering on too expensive. Most people coming to our website are looking for information, not really to buy something. BUT I appreciate Leadfeeder as a limited use tool.

Pros

YOu can see who (firms) are coming to your site.

Cons

You can't connect to the person who came. We sell to people, not firms. Therefore it is NOT a LEADFEEDER. IT is a customer path tracking tool.
