I have been a Sage 300 user for 27 years and it meets all our needs. Easy to train new hires on the product.

Pros

Extremely easy to use. Like that there are numerous business partners that work with this platform. Helps us customize for our needs.

Cons

I wish there was a way to make the fonts larger. It is really challenging to read data and as accountants we can make mistakes as some digits look similar.

For the majority of the part it gives us what we need however having to tab through screens in this day in age doesn't make it engaging.

Pros

It gives us great value for the money. It allows us to manage multiple projects and entities for our different funds.

Cons

It's not easy to navigate. It seems a little outdated and could use an upgrade in it's view and modules.

We haven’t migrated over yet but overall it has been wonderful. Our integration team is extremely helpful in training and answering all questions we have no matter how complicated. They have also been open to finding new ways to make the intacct process similar to certain functions we currently use in 300. The cloud based software is amazing and much faster functionality wise than Sage 300.

Pros

I like the Intacct cloud based software and ease of creating dashboards, reports, and rules that will help our company run effectively and smoothly as the company continues to grow. It also has a much easier user interface than our current sage 300 CRE, which will be helpful in training new hires, our PMs, and those not necessarily technologically inclined.

Cons

It’s much different than sage 300, in a good way, but the transition is a bit difficult. There are different terms for invoicing (order entry) and purchase orders, which are 2 of my top functions in the current Sage software. Job cost reports are also interactive which is a pro and con, just will take some time getting used to it.

Excellent we have been 300 users and just flipped to Intacct. The transition was awesome from the implantation standpoint.

Pros

User friendly and customizable. A lot of data that can show health of projects and company overall. Can bet set alot of different ways.

Cons

Almost too much! Lots to learn. There are so many ways to get to the same data. And so many ways to customize. Learning to do that can be daunting.

I’ve used sage 100 and 300 so far. I’ve enjoyed it much better than quickbooks. We are implementing intact soon, and it definitely seems like it will be more user friendly.

Pros

Ease of use as far as billing and report tracking. It is definitely easier to use than previous systems I’ve used for accounting.

Cons

It can be a bit daunting with Sage 300. There are so many separate windows to get in and out of in order to complete a task.

Overall it has been great implementing Sage Intacct. Very seamless and the support staff is awesome.

Pros

I like that Sage Intacct changes to a dimension based system where all costs can be associated directly with that dimension. It is great at keeping the GL cleaner.

Cons

There's not a lot bad to say. If I had to complain, it would be that the system gets very granule, so it can be time consuming. However, that means you get exactly what you want.

Incredibly flexible and accessible from anywhere and give you the granular control over your construction financials, Sage covers almost every base you could need. The estimating and pre-construction tools are highly accurate, which helps keep our projects on budget

Pros

Having project management and accounting live in one system is a great time saver! The cloud-based access is a lifesaver, allowing our field and office teams to collaborate in real time on submittals, RFIs, and daily logs.

Cons

We found that managing the certified payrolls could be a little cumbersome with detail in the fringe benefits.

Très bonne expérience, j'apprécie beaucoup cet application qui réduit beaucoup les fonctions comptable

Pros

J'aime beaucoup la facilité avec laquelle j'ai pû l'apprendre. Les onglets sont clairs et j'aime la possibilité de changer les couleurs.

Cons

je n'aime pas l'obligation d'imprimer les états de comptes des clients au lieu des les enregistrer en PDF

Overall very happy with the product. I had been using an older version of sage and happy to see it is very similar.

Pros

Ease of use and good customer service. A Great program. I have used one of your competitors and i do not find them as user friendly.

Cons

A little pricey for an annual subscription, particularly for a small business/sole proprietor without employees.
