Overall there are some great aspects of the platform but I feel it could be modernized a bit. Pros I like the menu design when I first log in, and seeing everything at a glance. Having tasks to alert me to items pending or missed is also helpful. Cons We do not use the bidding platform portion because I find it "clunky" and not very user friendly. The interface looks old and outdated, and I find that other softwares have better tools available for the same price. The advantage is that I can use the Accountant download/upload feature and the auditors are familiar and streamlines the audit process (this usually translates into a cheaper cost for conduction the Audit) Pros I have used SAGE products in the past. There have been some improvements over the years that make the software more user friendly. Note that I am a casual user that uses the base accounting of the program Cons My work is for First Nations that have a Limited Partnership Corporate setup. I find the linked accounts for taxation are not applicable for Tax-free First Nations applications and it is awkward to amend linked accounts to better streamline accounting for First Nations the are tax exempt.
