The storage platform is excellent, allowing for fast local storage that it moves offsite to S3 storage. Now that it supports ProxMox we will look into that. The option for reverse incremental backups helps save time and data transfer amounts by creating an initial backup and then backing up the changes nightly. Very good software and their tech support was always easy to work with. Cons Occasionally we would have configuration issues, but their tech support would always iron out any issues we were having.
