Pros Routefinder Pro is a very user friendly software with easy to recognize icons, great colors, and the ability to custom it to what you want to accomplish with your district. Cons There is so much depth to Routefinder Pro, it will take you some time to learn it all. Fortunately, you can be up and running doing funtions you've never done before in short time. Some of the special functions can wait for a quiet time. Switched from [Traverse Platform](https://www.capterra.com/p/253600/Traverse-Platform/) Traversa was not user friendly, and the customer support was no where near what Transfinder offers us daily. If we have any questions at all or need to ask any questions the support team and call center is right there to help. Pros I really like the user friendliness of the software. Once you get the initial training from the company you can do almost anything with your routes. Cons The one thing I didn't like was that the load counts for exceptions are not calculated in with the bus load counts. We use exceptions for split custody or daycare stops and we need to make sure the buses are not overloaded in capacity. Pros The ability to visually create bus routes for students. Automatically adds students to bus stops created by the user. Ability to make custom reports or import student info in a document for mailings is wonderful. Customer support is awesome and this is a must have for any Transportation pro..
