My overall experience is very good. I opted for the VIP support and it is well worth the cost to get live support for your questions. The support staff is very knowledgeable. I was using multiple applications that one SuiteDash application is replacing. I will be saving over $2,500 per year just in license fees by using SuiteDash.

Pros

I purchased SuiteDash just over one month ago. It's really amazing how they thought of everything. Yes, it takes configuration time but it will save me and my staff 100's of hours over the next year. It will also help us avoid letting important tasks slip through the cracks. It's already saved me $1,000 in billing that I would have forgotten to bill. It's also keeping in touch with our prospective clients when I am busy with other clients. Love this application!

Cons

Its features are very powerful. You should know that this app needs to be configured to meet your exact requirements. I've spent over 20 hours learning and setting up our workflow.

Overall, my experience with SuiteDash has been really positive. I switched from using multiple tools to handle my business operations and this platform replaced all of them. Support has been responsive whenever I had questions. I’m sticking with SuiteDash for the long run.

I really, wanted to like it, I really wanted to use it. I did spend quite some time setting it up. I had a client user test and and it was not really user friendly.

Pros

Suitedash is really customisable and if you're prepared to invest the time, you can have a really nice progressive web app.

Cons

The interface and the templates look really dated. I wish that there were some premium looking community templates.

I have had a positive experience. I used to work with ORACLE and Seibel systems many years ago, and I find that using Suitedash brings me back to those days when I worked in a Corporate Environment. Now that I am running my own small business, Suitedash gives me the opportunity to mimic that functionality at a fraction of the cost.

Pros

I like the many tools that are integrated into the one platform. I liked the Helpdesk tool, Invoicing, creating forms that I can put on my workpress sites that create a client account and the Circles tool. The Circles tool allows me to segment different clients into different Service Types. For example, people booking a one off service have a different experience to people booking long term service plan.

Cons

It is a complex tool, and you will need to invest time to learn everything. But you can simply start to use the essential tools first and build up your understanding of everything that is on offer.

I manage a portfolio of small business clients through SuiteDash and it has replaced several separate tools. White-label client portals, invoicing, contracts, file sharing, and project management all run through one platform under my own branding. For a solo operator, that consolidation has real operational value.

Pros

The white-label capability is genuine and thorough. Clients never see SuiteDash branding. The automation and onboarding tools are powerful, the billing and e-signature features are solid, and the platform ships updates regularly. API and webhook support is good enough to integrate with external automation tools in a production environment.

Cons

Initial setup takes significant time. The platform has a lot of depth and the connections between features are not always immediately obvious. Budget several hours of configuration before it feels natural.

Pros

With CRM, portal, LMS, a support ticket system, and more, this is a powerful tool to help businesses better onboard and serve customers. I love the ways I can customize it to my needs instead of having to fit to the working of the tool itself.

Cons

Because it is so customizable, you do have to give some thought to how you want it to function. It is not an out-of-the-box solution. You have to set it up to function the way you need. The strength of SuiteDash is also the challenge of SuiteDash.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the app, because it allows me to really structure our projects and it helps immensely with communicating with my team and customers. Being able to follow the project's progress, giving the customers the option to make requests, while assigning tasks, is a great help. I can only recommend SuiteDash, but you have to be a bit tech-savvy.

It has features to support payments from your clients and it really makes supporting your clients easier once you have created the proper workflows. Customer support seems to be responsive to the community needs.

Pros

The automation features are awesome. You can create an automation once and reuse it for multiple different clients.

Cons

The cost for the add-on features is expensive in my opinion. I would like to use several of them, but I just don't have the revenue to justify the expense.

Pros

It really is a full solution for a small business. I'm a coach and use it to manage contracts, share files, and book appointments. I am also planning to build chargeable courses and I know there's a lot more that I haven't explored yet!

Cons

There's a learning curve to get everything working, but there is also a very comprehensive set of materials so just needs some time.

Having set it up several times, it's my go-to for any sort of portal, CRM, or project management system. It can be used on businesses as simple as a solo freelancer doing projects large and small or as complex as a multi-user CRM and project management system with hundreds of clients.

Pros

The way you are able to white label your own "platform" for doing just about any business function is a real game changer at this pricepoint. It can be as simple as a CRM system or full-blown project management, client portal, etc. The way the system is thought out is almost like a blank space for you to create whatever functions you need and make it your own

Cons

I've set up SuiteDash 3 times for different business types and each time it does get easier, but for someone that is new this type of system, the setup may be overwhelming. But if you have experience in setting up any similar CRM or business management application, the process is easier. My biggest complaint is the terminology used in docs and in their videos is not necessarily industry standard. So for people coming from an older established system, learning how SuiteDash talks about features is a bit of a curveball. Easy enough to learn quickly - it's just something to be aware of.

I bought suitedash after several failed purchases of competitive platforms. The others had awful training and very difficult admins to navigate and set up. Suitedash also had the most different functions that our team could really use.

Pros

Very easy to set up with intuitive admin. The project management section was the need for the first project but we've expanded to the crm section of the platform with great success. Support is very responsive if the videos and pdfs don't do the trick.

Cons

I haven't found one yet but will report back if something comes up

I love this software. I have waisted money on countless white label or so called CRM systems over the last two years and unfortunately it took all of that to finally find one that has everything that I need plus more things I can use that I don't know of even yet.

Pros

Easy to enter in all my different clients and easy to maneuver through site. The site isn't hard to figure out and you don't have to have tutorials to use it.

Cons

I havent found one yet besides I cant change the colors lol no but seriously I don't have anything I have came across yet that I don't like.

I purchased this in the hope to consolidate a number of tools I already use and this did not disappoint. I am still slowly integrating a number of the features but if you're looking for a complete solution such as file sharing, contract signing, landing pages, project tracking, email marketing and drip campaigns (to name a few!), this is the tool for you. It take a bit of time to learn but once sorted, its excellent and cannot recommend enough.

Pros

Excellent selection of tools for small and growing businesses such as invoicing, time tracking, project tracking, email drip and marketing, appointment scheduling, contracts and proposals.

Cons

Learning curve to understand how to use all the features is steep but this is mostly because of transferring from individuals tools to an integrated one.

I’ve been using SuiteDash for a while now, and it has truly changed how I manage my business. This platform is packed with features, offering everything from CRM and project management to client portals and billing solutions. Having everything in one place means I don’t have to juggle multiple apps anymore, which has made my work much easier. The CRM system is one of my favorite features. It’s user-friendly and powerful, helping me keep track of all client interactions and follow-ups effortlessly. The project management tools are also fantastic, making it simple to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress. The client portals are a big plus, providing a professional and secure way for clients to access their information and communicate with us. The only downside is the initial setup process. It takes quite a bit of time—weeks, in fact—to get everything configured just right for your needs. However, this is a small price to pay for the benefits you gain once everything is up and running. The tutorials provided are top-notch and really help make the setup process easier. They’re detailed, easy to follow, and make the whole process much less overwhelming. All in all, SuiteDash is an excellent platform for any business looking to streamline their tools and boost efficiency. The setup might take some time, but it’s definitely worth the effort in the end. Highly recommended!

Pros

Huge opportunities and very flexible functionality for eating customers, projects and accounting. The client portal is especially convenient.

Cons

It works quite slowly, and I hope it's optimized. And there is no full-fledged mobile application yet.
