I really, wanted to like it, I really wanted to use it. I did spend quite some time setting it up. I had a client user test and and it was not really user friendly.

Pros

Suitedash is really customisable and if you're prepared to invest the time, you can have a really nice progressive web app.

Cons

The interface and the templates look really dated. I wish that there were some premium looking community templates.

My overall experience is very good. I opted for the VIP support and it is well worth the cost to get live support for your questions. The support staff is very knowledgeable. I was using multiple applications that one SuiteDash application is replacing. I will be saving over $2,500 per year just in license fees by using SuiteDash.

Pros

I purchased SuiteDash just over one month ago. It's really amazing how they thought of everything. Yes, it takes configuration time but it will save me and my staff 100's of hours over the next year. It will also help us avoid letting important tasks slip through the cracks. It's already saved me $1,000 in billing that I would have forgotten to bill. It's also keeping in touch with our prospective clients when I am busy with other clients. Love this application!

Cons

Its features are very powerful. You should know that this app needs to be configured to meet your exact requirements. I've spent over 20 hours learning and setting up our workflow.

The white-label capability is genuine and thorough. Clients never see SuiteDash branding. The automation and onboarding tools are powerful, the billing and e-signature features are solid, and the platform ships updates regularly. Cons

I’m a web designer, SEO and branding guy (at Digital Magnetism), and it suits me just great. Highly recommended for those who like a customisable and focused control centre for their business.

So far, it's been great. I've got it white labeled the way I want and working on building out my dashboards. Support is really helpful when I reach out to them as well.

Pros

That I can configure the system to my hearts desire. I am using it to build out complex dashboards for my clients that integrate numerous other tools into one easy to use portal.

That I can configure the system to my hearts desire. This makes it a bit complicated to configure and setup but it's really worth it. Other than this, my biggest complaint would be that the API is a bit limited. I'd love for this to be more robust but otherwise it's great.

SuiteDash appealed to me immediately. Finally I can automate my processes without a jumble of programs and programming knowledge. I'm not very technical. Right now I am setting up SuiteDash. What strikes me are the excellently organized and very helpful videos. Step by step I am taken through. If I have questions they are answered fairly quickly by the help desk. Setting up is easy and good to do. I live in the Netherlands. My clients and I speak Dutch. That's not a problem either. With 1 button I can set all the communication to Dutch. If I want the translation slightly different, I can adjust specific words and phrases. What a convenience! SuiteDash also has an integration with Wordpress. I look forward to running SuiteDash. Then I can start canceling the subscriptions of the first other programs. SuiteDash thus pays for itself and provides overview, convenience and saves me time. How happy I am with SuitDash!

Pros

That it is an affordable total solution for running my entire business, including finances and and learning environment. And that SuiteDash has a very enthusiastic group of users and keeps developing lots of new features for their users. A very fair price for a lot of convenience, overview and time savings.

Cons

Few. Well, that SuiteDash you can do so much and customize to your needs that that does take some time to learn. But it's doable even for a non-techie. Their learning environment is perfect, up to date and very well organized.

Pros

It really is a full solution for a small business. I'm a coach and use it to manage contracts, share files, and book appointments. I am also planning to build chargeable courses and I know there's a lot more that I haven't explored yet!

There's a learning curve to get everything working, but there is also a very comprehensive set of materials so just needs some time.

Pros

Firstly, from the top down the company cares about the success of its customers. It's unrivaled in anything I've ever experienced. From \[sensitive content hidden\], the entire team and system, there's everything you to achieve max productivity with training, tutorials, on-page guides, and even direct 1 on 1 coaching/training. I was looking for a CRM initially but found that SuiteDash offered much more in the way of customer experience interacting with my brand through the Customer Portal that's fully custom branded. One of the coolest features is "Circles". It made my customer segmentation, and content delivery so easy, and more robust for the customer experience as it allows us to deliver a personalized experience when they log in to their portal. I can share docs, resources, invoices, downloadables, and even a learning section that could be used to walk a customer through an orientation and training of sorts. All of these things enhance our relationship with our cliens. I've hardly scratched the surface of the potential and every day I discover new ways to use the platform to grow reach and influence. The Portal is #1 for me but I say that because all of the other functions are there too, email automation, customer milestone progressions, behavior conditional content delivery, and sales automation. invoicing, proposals, seriously almost everything. It's akin to a fully custom-developed system that would cost multiple 6 figures or more. This thing is the cat's meow!

Cons

The functionality is so robust there are many options that require some study to get up to full speed. Although the options and customization features are really straightforward and intuitive, i.e. they tend to be where you think they'd be, it still takes a little time to get acquainted and learn the lay of the land. That said, the support is fantastic and \[sensitive content hidden\] has invested a ton in creating tutorials throughout on virtually every detail. I'm a slow learner, but I believe if it's worth shortening the learning curve they do offer direct help with setup and training.

Went from juggling multiple tools to having everything under one roof. Not perfect, but definitely worth the investment. Would I choose it again? Yep, in a heartbeat.

Cons

As a one in all software, there is a lot to learn and the intro videos were not straight to the point. The intro videos could be more simple not to waste users' time
