It has CRM, project management, marketing campaign management, online forms, allows you to create pages specific to a client, and more. This software is the best bang for the buck I have seen for a small to mid-size agency managing projects for multiple clients. Pros That it allows me to manage my team of contractors working on multiple projects for different clients. I can also use the system to collaborate with my clients and create unique pages or onboarding training for each. Cons It took me a minute to understand that to assign a task to someone, it had to be related to a project. On top of that, they have their own client portal which makes onboarding super easy. No more using google drive to share files. I create all the steps in suitedash and then just upload the information I need. Glad I got this platform Cons So far I haven't encountered anything I dislike. Director Publishing Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Simple, powerful and professional client portal for project management" January 27, 2021 5.0 We were using a custom solution for proposals which required a lot of cut and paste and it would be harder to track and modify. SuiteDash allows us to streamline the process with pre-built sections (pages) which can be included in the proposals. It makes it easier to send it to clients and track the opening, signing and follow-up. Pros SuiteDash was surprisingly simple to setup and quite flexible. It is nice to have options for dealing with access levels by user, company or circles. It is also nice to have simple steps for clients to set the portal as an app on their mobile device. The portal looks professional and the white-label features are easy to follow. The integration with Stripe is quick and it's great to have multiple options for currencies as Stripe allows us to accept payments in different currencies. It is even possible to set the position of the currency symbol on the left or right. This allowed me to set a currency profile with the dollar sign on the right for French Canadian clients. Cons I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point. While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with ActiveCampaign so we can properly tag clients on our lists. Most of the time, my system requires using one software for file sharing, another for billing, and yet another for contact and lead management. SuiteDash has not only been around for a while, the software is intuitive and easy to use; it facilitates client work in a seemless client portal that I brand with my own assets. Cons With Zapier as the only way to integrate outside of SuiteDash, it constrains me to import and export information manually. There is no integration to external cloud storage; e.g. Dropbox or OneDrive. Pros We are a young company that needs help and attention esp. when implementing a new set of tools. Ok. A bit nervous esp. after having gone through other tools/software. We needed something up to date but not complicated, we needed something that felt more custom to our company and not just a bunch of tools that would be irrelevant to our needs and use. July 28, 2020 5.0 I was able to send out bulk email campaigns without being marked as spam, and the look and feel of the emails were outstanding! Very professional and inviting. At month-end close for June 2020, I was able to target 2k specific leads to close out strong and make my goal before July 1st by using labels and the Marketing Campaign function. WINNER!! Pros I love the look and ease of use with SuiteDash. You can customize everything pretty much, down to color and your branding. I especially love the CRM and Marketing tools, as well as the Calendar function. I plan to centralize a lot of my activities down to one platform (SuiteDash), which will help me eliminate other unnecessary and costly subscriptions. I like the fact that the team already thought every possible option to run a successful business. Stripe integration is awesome since clients can pay the invoices online. Eventhough there is a slight learning curve, the platform is super easy to use once you figure it out. I am closely following the updates, eagerly waiting for proposals and the support system which will take this app to another level. With the upcoming features in roadmap I am sure Suitdash will be even better. The progressive mobile app is a nice touch. The support team is worth a mention, the times I had to contact them, they were super responsive to address the queries. Its good to have a team that listens. This made us buy the product from the beginning - there aren't that many alternatives out there. And it also feels very rigid, like it will do what it's supposed to do. Pros The client portal! This enables us to display and manage custom landing pages for our clients when they log into the portal. We can advertise marketing material for upcoming holidays, events or what's trending. This was actually what made us go with this tool. The white labelling is really great as well! Cons The project management part could be a little better, don't get me wrong here, it's great! But I feel that it sometimes gets me lost. But I guess that's something that you'll eventually is going to get used to the more you're using it - we haven't used it that much yet. Cons The design, all the tools are really complete and useful but from a visual aspects, the whole app looks dated, if you value form over function, this isn't the tool for you. I don't have to jump between many apps, everything is in one place. It is really solid platform, easy to use - 100% recommendation :) Pros If you are looking for all-in-one business tool which has most of the features a freelancer can think of, look no further! Below is the list of my favourite features: Project Management System with Kanban view Client Portal - create branded portals for your clients, keep all the tasks in one place = wow your customers Files storage - easily share files with your clients or request uploads from them - again, keep everything in one place Contracts - great time saver - create from an existing invoice, estimate, project or contact Contract signing - with e-signature system Easy invoicing - on-time payments, recurring, subscriptions The documentation is great - you will find answers to most of your questions! And if it's not enough - there is excellent support, ready to help you. Cons I'd be thrilled if they added the ability to create & send custom designed proposals and integration with Google Sheets - but the roadmap is pretty exciting - they are going to include those features in Q3 2020. If you want to match UI of the portal with your branding, you can customize literally everything with custom CSS editor in the app, but the code is written inside a small text area without possibility to resize it. Pros I no longer need to juggle between 5 different apps to get things done. I am now doing lesser of exporting things onto the drive just to load it into the next app. I know you can have Zapier, Integromat, webhook and whatnot to have all the best apps speak to one another, but nothing beats the seamless'ness of internal integration, no more hacking together stuff to make stuff work, and really focus on running business. Cons Granted it's not as speedy and modern as I'd liked, but it gets the job done. And the team is already working on a version 2 with a new code base, so that everything will be tighter and lighter! I love that I can host a course, a membership, and a 100% customizable client portal. Cons SuiteDash is so dedicated to creating flashing new features that they are not making sure the base of their software works impeccably. There are constant bugs and issues and half build systems. Instead of dedicating to making what every already have the best it can possibly be, they are spread too thin trying to be everything to everyone. The other features that also come in handy are the Kanban-boards and the real-time messaging when planning and developing our projects together with them. Pros My team and I needed a reliable and all-in-one CRM and project management tool for our travel agency to serve our clients/partners and manage the ongoing collaboration between us. SuiteDash makes this process very straight forward and easy to use for both us and our clients. From one single dashboard, we can create invoices, send proposals, upload files and create projects. There are also many possibilities within the tool that we yet have yet to explore such as outbound email marketing and integrations. Cons At first, the dashboard can seem a little daunting with all the various options and tools that are available for one to tweak and set up. It does require some time, in the beginning, to familiarize with the system and how it integrates with your workflow. May 1, 2022 5.0 Admittedly, there are currently (as of 04/2022) some issues with the speed of the platform. But they are being rectified by the SuiteDash team and I have complete faith that it will be smooth sailing very soon. Pros The level to which you can customize SuiteDash is beyond measure. From on-point branding, to super tuneable access control, this platform can be just about anything you need it to be. Cons The steep learning curve, and big time investment to get things up and running the way I want. It's only a 'con' because of the time commitment.
