Manager Design Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "OKish, but not great." February 24, 2023 3.0 I tried to bring everything under one roof to reduce the amount of systems we use. In the end, I had to give up and go back to the separate systems that do their one thing really well. Pros SuiteDash tries to do everything under one roof. Tasks, project management, time tracking, invoicing, client portal. And it does do it all, so that's neat. One tool for all that is handy. Cons The problem is that SuiteDash does all these things, but doesn't really do any of them that well. Customising the portal to look how you wanted is limited, and the feature sets in each of the areas just seem very basic. Like it's a 1.0 version. Jack of all trades, master of none. Pros I love how it is very robust. It's a very powerful CRM and for my accounting firm, I was trying to find something that is the "unicorn" CRM that a lot in the industry is looking for. Cons It's hard to implement. I am still in the stages of implementation, but I'm not giving up on this program. I still haven't found out if there's recurring reminders, but until then I've been using it. So a few months later, I spent an entire weekend completing the setup. I got a real good sense of how the features work and how to use them. SuiteDash includes built-in instructions which is very helpful to getting everything done. Now I just make changes based on my clients' needs. Pros SuiteDash has become a huge time saver for communicating with my clients. Basically, SuiteDash is a complete CRM solution, including features for billing, project management and notifications, messages, forms, documents, chats, and much more. I particularly like the Impersonating a client feature so that I can always see what my clients see when I configure settings and content. SuiteDash includes a community forum for getting questions answered, and there’s lots of documentation for getting set up. Cons No real cons. It just takes time to set up. For example, to identify the leads, managing those leads and funnelling into sales. I also need to manage clients from the sales, and convert into more sales, with different billing requirements. There are also various client-related projects with staff and progress that need monitoring. Normally, each of this would require a separate system, and it is easy to find one good system for each need. But it is much more difficult to find one integrated system with all those features. And when you can find one, it is eithere too expensive to your budget, or each feature does not really meet all requirements. SuiteDash is so far the only system that is affordable to me, while magically having over 90% of what I need for my business. Pros SuiteDash has everything I need to run the business: a powerful CRM system, a sophisticated Project Management platform, Marketing monitoring, Work Flow management, Billing etc. Everything I can think of for running the buiness are there, like in a 6-star hotel. The design is conveniently arranged. And as it is one integrated system, I do not have to worry about connecting different systems together. The UX design is simple, yet convenient. So far my experiences are quite smooth. Cons I just expect to have more detailed guidance about how to fully use all features of the system. The ones I am using are quite good right at the beginning with default setting and fundamental features, but I always know I can do more with SuiteDash. Point is how to use them all. Reason for choosing SuiteDash SuiteDash is so far the only system that comprehensively combine all the fundamental features for business, is sophisticated enough to satisfy most if not all of my requirements for each feature, and most importantly most affordable for my business. I have a service business and this is my first CRM. It is to replace excel spreadsheets, a whole bunch of standalone platforms, and add better project management and reporting to the system. It is a big learning curve to transition from manual systems to integrated CRM, but the time savings potential and reporting functions cannot be overlooked. Pros I like: • it is a centralized tool that replaces a bunch of manual functions or collection of independent tools • ability to create a contract from estimates, invoices, project, contacts. • good sized storage of files in the platform • generous account limits for different services (except storage size and number on team) • customizable dashboard • very good support, quick reply, responsive • can be white labeled • has a stable history, small company, but not new • well organized, logical, intuitive UX • can create recurring tasks • can setup plans and recurring invoices • have options with payment gateways. January 17, 2023 5.0 SuiteDash has really helped us provide a user-friendly, secure portal for our clients, which we were in desperate need of. In addition, however, we are able to schedule our clients and send automated reminders and calendar invitations for appointments (which we used to do manually!) Pros We are a small law firm and were in desperate need of automation capabilities for our internal processes. We found SuiteDash and it was a game changer! Not only were we able to automate certain processes but we were able to offer a secure client portal system for our clients. We worked with a SuiteDash Wizard (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) to help us learn how the software could apply to our business and every experience was phenomenal! Cons The only downside we've found is the learning curve when initially setting up SuiteDash. Pros SuiteDash has been a huge time saver for me as I used to have to run separate apps and programs to be able to do all the things needed to run a business. I can now create tasks that need doing and have then accessible from different mobile devices as well as a simple browser when I need to update or create new jobs. After that I would then create an invoice in yet another program. Having clients updated with progress and emailing files for their review was another thing needing to be done. I have discovered that now I have been using SuiteDash that all of this is easy to do in one place. Makes all the normal process easy and once done you know it will get to where its supposed to. When you receive feedback or want to know the status of something its all in one place. I am glad that I found this all in one solution to running things… Cons Nothing I have noticed so far as in combines all the things I do in one place. " August 27, 2020 5.0 As we help customers in creating and managing their online identity I was looking for a tool enabling my team to see the overall situation of a customer and the progress made in the project. Suite Dash enables every one on my team members to open a project and having at a glance understanding of the overall situation with a customer. Pros SuiteDash is doing a great job in unifying the job that normally requires about 10 or more apps for managing and running your business. I love boing able to have all my team onboard on this, making each team member responsible for a specific part of the project with each customer. I love the kanban functionality enabling me and the team to set task and deadlines for each part of a project. The customer portal is pretty neat and I love the magic log-in function (when users do not remember their credentials). I find the ability of creating 'circles' another amazing feature speeding up the process of sorting my customers out based on different variables. Cons The only downside of using such an articulated app is that it requires you to familiarise with the different parts of it and how they connect to one another. I find that this initial time is an investment that will pay back every new project you start and manage. This is the main challenge: not wasting thousand of hours a year checking emails, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and so on to see if one client tried to contact us (don't forget to include the awfully famouse spam folder). And on the second place I'd add: avoiding questions about docs and versioning (where is the doc about that? I found this doc, is this the latest version? etc.) SuiteDash actually does work. It's as simple as that. And that's why you need it. Cons Still a bit difficult for non-techie people but hey, honestly, you'll never find a tool that works for 100% people. My main concern actually would simply be about them wanting to add more and more features and doing so making it less simple and reliable. But I'm pretty condifent that won't happen. Pros I love the amount of automation you can create with SuiteDash - it can grow with your services and the team. I appreciate that it can be white-labled and integrated with all essential tools that I use. No need to switch between client portals, project management, marketing campaign management, billing - all in one space. Cons There is a little bit of a learning curve but it's ok when you consider that this software is covering a lot of uses. I would like to see a few business models with a complete setup as an example for me to follow during the setup. Perfect solution Pros My favourite aspect of SuiteDash is the ability to design the client interface/portal to suit my branding and the information that I need them to have easy access to. Making the portal both client friendly and easy to use for myself. Also the ability for clients to put in work requests that can populate direct to an invoice, makes getting payment so easy. Pros We've tried a number of similar management software companies but SuiteDash has been the best one thus far. It offers a lot of features from CRM, reporting, social media managment, customizable user dashboards to clear clutter off our screen, and a lot more. What's nice is you can whitelable your system so that employees and clients see consistent branding and professionalism. It's easy to message coworkers, set up tasks, and keep your business on track. Cons There was a learning curve when switching from our previous software to this one, but support was quick to respond to our questions (in about a day) and helped us learn how to navigate SuiteDash quickly. October 26, 2020 5.0 Pros Magiclink login for clients... since, you know, clients always remember their passwords right? I also really love the link click file drop, that has been the biggest time saver for our agency.. no more dicking around with Drive or Dropbox trying to get clients to understand them. I also love the white label abilities and how well rounded it is. The ability to do everything in one platform is nice. I don't have to use everything to get the greatest use out of it either. I have mine customized where its a centralized location to send my clients for their analytics, training, support and managing their client profile. Will transition our billing & contracts to it soon as well. Cons Wish it would integrate with Xero, I saw on the roadmap that it's on its way.
