We've used a few different tools before SuiteDash and they always had at least one crucial aspect missing. SuiteDash allows us to connect to clients and team members, integrate billing and even subscriptions right from a form on our site and much more. We can keep up to date on projects, tasks and set up workflows. I've seen other comments about diluting a product when you begin to add too many features but I don't see it that way because you can choose which features you'd like to use. You don't have to use all of them.

Pros

Even though it takes a bit longer to set up than other tools out there, so many aspects are customizable. We were looking for a tool to combine customizability both with our internal team members and clients. The white label option really lets you promote your brand and deliver a more professional service.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the software is tough to get it set up the exact way you want it. There are lots of features so the learning curve is steeper than other tools. But once you get the hang of it, you realize its power.

Overall, I like it and I'm glad we got in on the ground floor. There is quite a bit of room for improvement, but they will get there!

Pros

What I like most about SuiteDash is how hard they work to keep their software cutting edge. They are nimble and constantly improving.

Cons

First of all, it is REALLY slow (takes about 5 seconds to switch views/pages) for a CRM, which they are apparently working on. Additionally, there are some ease-of-use issues I find with the organization of the CRM. I feel like company-mode should be a bit more intuitive.

I love working with this company! They are really on top of it from every every every angle that I’ve experienced interacting with him from sales, too technical, to incentives, to outreach. They got their shit together! The customer support is some of the best that I’ve received across many industries. They are very very responsive to feedback and their turnaround to any questions we may have is extremely fast! They are always very helpful, never get offended, never make me or my team feel like we are doing something wrong. They are just always supportive and helpful and always go the extra mile. Love working with them!

Pros

This entire dashboard is so customizable an expandable and truly has everything that we need that we can foresee for the next several years to provide the best type of support for our clients and to build our team.

Cons

The only thing that I could see at this point is that the software can be a little overwhelming for anyone who is not used to this much power. But they make up for that by giving you customization options to simplify your set up as well which is great!

The reason why I chose SuiteDash of others is that they had the total package and the timing was perfect for me. They had all the basic needs our school needed and they had a lot of features we didn’t need currently but I could see us needing in the future so we have room to grow. I could see us using the software for a long time. It’s also a very complete software, very well rounded and balanced in many of the areas of CRM.

### "Exactly what I was searching for when it comes to Secure Client Portals"

The Onboarding Flow is amazing. It acts like a gate before a user can access their client portal. I like that I can segment people into circles that allows me to communicate specifically to their needs. It took a little time to understand exactly how to set it up, but once it clicked, it all made sense! Their weekly live webinars are super helpful!

Pros

I love that I can use my branding, create flows, and portal pages to include video, images and my own html. I also LOVE that I clients can upload required documents that I need and I can invoice or have contracts esigned within the portal if necessary. I love that I can assign tasks to clients and I also like that all communication regarding a specific client project can be done within the portal!

Cons

It took some time for me to understand the layout of the software. But after watching their videos, attending some of their live webinars, things clicked and started to make sense.

I wanted a secure user portal that I could white label for our company. I also wanted to be able to have it interface with our wordpress site. I was looking for a portal that allowed clients to upload documents, images, etc. and where I could upload client specific documents for them to download. I found that within SuiteDash.

SuiteDash packed with a lot of power, it will replace at least 4 to 6 subscription-based services, saving hundred a month and having everything under one platform! Overall my experiance is great. I will recommend this suite.

Pros

SuiteDash is a saviour. We think we cannot find anything else as its substitute ever. It is cost-efficient and saves a lot of time and efforts. Rather than using our resources to build a custom-built client portal software, we thought of trying this service. I think we made the right decision. it includes everything for a mid tier business - pages, flow forms, direct messaging, files, tons of integration, custom menu, inbult web app with features updated almost every month. Now we can manage all our invoices, estimates, projects and contacts all at one place. Roadmap is pretty exciting and at this price, it's a steal. Highly recommended.

So far, my experience with SuiteDash has been fantastic and I can't speak highly enough about the company. The software meets all my needs and has been fantastic.

Pros

I love the client portal features in SuiteDash. Client intake, contracting, and tasks are a breeze with the automations and flows that are available, and the company continues to expand features all the time. Clients love the ability to access their documents in real-time, any time. I love incorporation of electronic signatures eliminating the need for multiple separate systems.

Cons

The learning curve is initially a little steep, but I found that by dedicating time to master discrete steps (e.g. customize login page, intake workflow), I was able to learn and master features easier than trying to tackle everything at once. It is definitely a project to setup in house but I anticipate that is true of any similar system.

We love the ability to automate everything from client onboarding to project management, invoicing, and communication all in one place. With no longer needing additional apps to get things done we’re saving money and getting things done faster.

Pros

SuiteDash provides a complete all-in-one solution for a growing small business, CRM, invoicing, payment processing, client portal, email marketing, project management, task management, contract e-signing, client chat, like everything you could ever want to run a business. An added plus is that it is completely customizable and white-labeled.

Cons

The ability to create and send proposals, but this is currently being developed and should be available soon. Another con is the inability to accept payment via bank transfer which I think should be pretty easy to implement since they have an integration with Stripe.

Pros

When I decided to start my business, I thought it would be easy, but in addition to having a good idea, you have to have a good organization. And managing an entire business alone is extremely difficult, almost impossible. But I decided to look for a tool that would help me manage my business in things like, Billing, CRM, calendar, forms, projects, etc. I had several tools in mind, until I found Suitedash. I've been using it for several months and I'm still amazed at how many tools it has. For now the thing I like the most is how easy I can send a billing and receive my money without having to send reminders to my clients since the platform automates it. In addition to that it brings a CRM that is at another level. With Suitedash I have more than 10 tools in one! This tool will help you and save you a lot of money and time.

Cons

Although I don't know if it's a bad thing but how robust it is. It has so many things that it will take you weeks to learn how to use everything, although it has many video tutorials that help you.

Evertyhing is one place, I don't have to remember passwords or logon to other software.

Pros

I use Suitedash as the backbone to my design business. I’ve tried many Crm systems but always had other apps to compliment them. Suitedash has these features already built in so I only have to login to one place! All my info is at hand and everything is really easy to navigate. I love the client portal where I can upload and store files for my clients to access and also the Contracts feature where my clients can sign online. There are loads of help pages to get you up to speed with the software but if you’re really stuck, support is second to none. If I have a problem or need help they get back to me really quickly. I don’t know where I’d be without Suitedash organising everything for me in one place :)

Cons

I have yet to find anything I dislike about this software :)

My main use for the software is client onboarding, it saves so much time having the client login to their very professional looking portal and have direct access to the files they need, it keeps everything nice and organised in one place.

Pros

I love the sheer amount of options you get with Suitedash to help you cover a big chunk of the admin tasks involved with running a successful business, especially one that deals with clients.

Cons

The only thing I would have a gripe about, and it is small, is the learning curve can sometimes be a little overwhelming. This software can do so much it can feel a bit like there is too much of it.

6 second load speed PER PAGE! And no caching so will always load slow. Customer support blamed my internet speed and refused to help, but my internet speed is 1300Mbps...

SuiteDash is a great "idea" software with a lot of great options. Unfortunately, for my business (digital marketing industry), the HIPPA compliance feature made the software too tedious to use.

Pros

The white label feature is great. I was able to easily change up the look of the portal to reflect my brand. Customer service was always willing to troubleshoot any issue until we found a solution which I REALLY appreciated. The software has lots of great options which was a plus.

Cons

I found the portal a little slow in places when moving from one section of the portal to the next. There was a lot of reloading which had me tapping my fingers as I moved to another section of the portal. The HIPAA compliance of the software requires clients to sign in every time they receive a message which can be an inconvenience for general messaging. I'd hoped that the portal messaging could replace the emailing back and forth with my clients, but, in the end, email was a lot simpler.

In response to the messaging being difficult due to HIPAA restrictions, we now have a very convenient feature that lets you disable this and include the message in the email notification sent to the recipient. In addition, they are able to reply to that email notificaiton and their reply message is logged in the platform as part of the message thread. So, this should address directly the difficulty that you experienced. From the performance standpoint, we have greatly improved the overall performance of the platform.

Pros

SuitDash has been a complete system replacement for me and my business. As someone who was looking for a fully white-labeled Client Portal, Project and Task Management system, Invoice submission and tracking features, and multiple payment integrations, SuitDash hits the sweet-spot. Coming later this year are Proposals (huge for me!), appointment scheduling, and a revamped drag-and-drop page builder. All of this, coupled with SuiteDash's amazing (and fast) customer support, is really a no-brainer for businesses looking to manage just about all aspects of their day-to-day operations within one intuitive platform.

Cons

As with most software solutions, there is a bit of a learning curve associated with SuitDash. But this is more about finding where things are located or establishing specific workflows, rather than any lack of intuitivness on the side of the platform.

If you are looking for all in one solution especially if you are agency Suitedash is your answer.

Pros

CRM & Client management with Onboarding, Billing/Invoicing, and Project management, Most impressive feature is Client wise file and folder sharing with user rights. Suitedash replaces all my different tools like Project Management, Email, and Drip Marketing, Client Portal, team communication almost saved 900$ per month.

Cons

Nothing specific, awaiting new futures which are on roadmaps like quote/Proposal management and Fresh UI

I tried to bring everything under one roof to reduce the amount of systems we use. In the end, I had to give up and go back to the separate systems that do their one thing really well.

Pros

SuiteDash tries to do everything under one roof. Tasks, project management, time tracking, invoicing, client portal. And it does do it all, so that's neat. One tool for all that is handy.

Cons

The problem is that SuiteDash does all these things, but doesn't really do any of them that well. Customising the portal to look how you wanted is limited, and the feature sets in each of the areas just seem very basic. Like it's a 1.0 version. Jack of all trades, master of none.

LOVE IT! It's a great program and can't wait until it's 100% implemented in my firm. It's great!

Pros

I love how it is very robust. It's a very powerful CRM and for my accounting firm, I was trying to find something that is the "unicorn" CRM that a lot in the industry is looking for.

Cons

It's hard to implement. I am still in the stages of implementation, but I'm not giving up on this program. I still haven't found out if there's recurring reminders, but until then I've been using it.

It was a little frustrating at first to figure where to get started because I had no prior experience with CRM management system. So a few months later, I spent an entire weekend completing the setup. I got a real good sense of how the features work and how to use them. SuiteDash includes built-in instructions which is very helpful to getting everything done. Now I just make changes based on my clients' needs.

Pros

SuiteDash has become a huge time saver for communicating with my clients. Basically, SuiteDash is a complete CRM solution, including features for billing, project management and notifications, messages, forms, documents, chats, and much more. I particularly like the Impersonating a client feature so that I can always see what my clients see when I configure settings and content. SuiteDash includes a community forum for getting questions answered, and there’s lots of documentation for getting set up.

Cons

No real cons. It just takes time to set up. You need to read the documentation, and don’t expect to complete the set up in one hour.

### "SuiteDash - the only one you need for all business needs"

I need a combined system that can help me with all my (fundamental) business needs. For example, to identify the leads, managing those leads and funnelling into sales. I also need to manage clients from the sales, and convert into more sales, with different billing requirements. There are also various client-related projects with staff and progress that need monitoring. Normally, each of this would require a separate system, and it is easy to find one good system for each need. But it is much more difficult to find one integrated system with all those features. And when you can find one, it is eithere too expensive to your budget, or each feature does not really meet all requirements. SuiteDash is so far the only system that is affordable to me, while magically having over 90% of what I need for my business.

Pros

SuiteDash has everything I need to run the business: a powerful CRM system, a sophisticated Project Management platform, Marketing monitoring, Work Flow management, Billing etc. Everything I can think of for running the buiness are there, like in a 6-star hotel. The design is conveniently arranged. And as it is one integrated system, I do not have to worry about connecting different systems together. The UX design is simple, yet convenient. So far my experiences are quite smooth.

Cons

I just expect to have more detailed guidance about how to fully use all features of the system. The ones I am using are quite good right at the beginning with default setting and fundamental features, but I always know I can do more with SuiteDash. Point is how to use them all.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

SuiteDash is so far the only system that comprehensively combine all the fundamental features for business, is sophisticated enough to satisfy most if not all of my requirements for each feature, and most importantly most affordable for my business.

I am impressed with the potential here. I have a service business and this is my first CRM. It is to replace excel spreadsheets, a whole bunch of standalone platforms, and add better project management and reporting to the system. It is a big learning curve to transition from manual systems to integrated CRM, but the time savings potential and reporting functions cannot be overlooked.

Pros

I like: • it is a centralized tool that replaces a bunch of manual functions or collection of independent tools • ability to create a contract from estimates, invoices, project, contacts. • good sized storage of files in the platform • generous account limits for different services (except storage size and number on team) • customizable dashboard • very good support, quick reply, responsive • can be white labeled • has a stable history, small company, but not new • well organized, logical, intuitive UX • can create recurring tasks • can setup plans and recurring invoices • have options with payment gateways.

Cons

I think there is room for it to grow, including: • the e-signature functions look so ugly, are not very customizable, and are limited with source documents • seems a little behind the curve with integrations to other systems & platforms • needs work to provide more calendar sync (ie hotmail) • email marketing is still limited • UX seems outdated

SuiteDash has really helped us provide a user-friendly, secure portal for our clients, which we were in desperate need of. In addition, however, we are able to schedule our clients and send automated reminders and calendar invitations for appointments (which we used to do manually!)

Pros

We are a small law firm and were in desperate need of automation capabilities for our internal processes. We found SuiteDash and it was a game changer! Not only were we able to automate certain processes but we were able to offer a secure client portal system for our clients. We worked with a SuiteDash Wizard (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) to help us learn how the software could apply to our business and every experience was phenomenal!

Cons

The only downside we've found is the learning curve when initially setting up SuiteDash. Luckily, there are Wizards who are available to answer questions specific to your needs and lots of helpful videos on YouTube.
