Pros

spread, the ability to create automation, whitelabeling, and the flexibility to customize a lot of the features into a specific niche.

Cons

I wish they had the automations as it's own screen to be able to edit/add/delete instead of having to go open them via somewhere else and make changes...very weird UX for that feature. I also think their load speed has been slow for the past few years and I wonder if they have considered using a CDN to boost load time speed.

### "Great all-in-one business software suite"

It was a great experience. The software has good options and helps me manage my entire business from inside it! We can re-brand the tool so clients don't see Suitedash anywhere. It looks very professional.

Pros

It has everything a business need to run your back end support system. No need to get any other software tool to manage contacts, billing, projects, and files. It is useful to manage internal and external communication too.

Cons

Even though it is easy to use, the onboarding process takes time. There's a learning curve when it comes to switch to Suitedash from other tools. Although the guidelines and support is in there, we needed to study the tool before switching to it.

### "Perfect automation tool for my business"

I have loved it! This was exactly what I was looking for to automate the daily stuff that I do to interact with my customers. They have weekly Q&A Webinars that go over everything and answer any questions that you have for setup.

Pros

I love the fact that SuiteDash allow me to bring customers to a custom branded portal so that I can provide services to them in a safe, HIPPA compliant environment. SuiteDash also provides an APP type service that allows my customers to put a custom branded app on their phone - it's pretty cool!

Cons

There are a lot of moving parts to SuiteDash - so there is some setup involved. BUT once you dig in and see the power, everything makes sense. It just depends on how mush you want to automate your business.

I had looked a several products, but non offered a custom white-labeled customer portal. They also have an app service that allows customers to access my portal on their phone.

SuiteDash is a great product that's helping me organize and optimize all of my "back office activities." Even if you don't use all the modules (for example, you want to stay with QuickBooks or another platform for your invoicing), this product can really help your workflow.

Pros

SuiteDash puts all your business tools under one roof. With a single login, you can do everything from project management, to invoicing, to email marketing campaigns, and more. It also has a great client portal that can make your company look very professional. Staying organized isn't as easy as it used to be. SuiteDash was designed to basically tick all the boxes (which can really help lower your businesses overhead as far as software goes.

Cons

SuiteDash does a lot. That means, you have to take a little bit of time when your first getting started to watch a few videos (or read) and follow the instructions to get everything properly setup. Honestly, I'm lazy and usually read the instructions as a final resort. I don't recommend that approach!

Pros

The full feature set and awesome onboarding along with the complete White label solution are amazing. Support is just a ticket away and is prompt and thorough. I really like the money I am saving from purchasing many other softwares to cover all the functions available with SuiteDash

Cons

Being so all encompassing, there is a feeling of overwhelm with what has to be learned and implemented to get to a useable workflow. However, the comprehensive onboarding tutorials really don't leave you hanging. Great job in what is more often a poorly executed software function.

My marketing agency now has a portal for clients to interact with us, pay easily for their projects, and a centralized place to store all files for their projects.

Pros

It is so feature rich that it has meant dropping several cloud solutions and now having a one-stop solution. That reduces headache and saves money. Nice!

Cons

So many features meant that initially when setting up SuiteDash to be a custom solution I felt I was going round in circles sometimes. Thankfully the customer service is fantastic and they answered any questions I had at lightening speed.

Zusammenführung aller Aspekte im Business statt Zusammentragen und Abgleichen der Daten an x-verschiedenen Stellen. Wie immer: Anfangs kostet es Zeit für die Einarbeitung und das Übertragen, doch ich sehe bereits jetzt, wie sich vor allem im Team Effizienz einstellt. Richtig gut: Schnelle Reaktion des Supports und das Gefühl, dass Fragen wirklich gelesen werden.

Pros

Ist der Anfang gemacht, zeigt sich die übergreifende Zusammenarbeit der einzelnen Module. Gestartet bin ich mit dem CRM, Formulare und der Newsletter waren die beiden nächsten Schritte.

Cons

Als deutschsprachiger Nutzer wünsche ich mir eine komplette Sprachdatei auf Deutsch. Es selbst zu übersetzen ist zeitaufwändig und im Ergebnis teils überraschend, wenn die Funktion hinter dem Platzhaltertext noch nicht bekannt ist - ab und an entsteht Kauderwelsch, das dann schrittweise angepasst werden muss. Ich wäre auch bereit, dafür etwas extra zu zahlen und Zeit (und Nerven) zu schonen.

### "Much more than a CRM"

Before using SuiteDash, I had to use many software: CRM, another software as a customer portal, one to share files and one for project management. Now all other software has been replaced by SuiteDash. Thanks to centralized management and automation, the relationship with prospects and customers is much more efficient.

Pros

SuiteDash is fully customizable for my business: I was able to add my logo, translate everything, replace the menu items and even modify the graphics by adding CSS rules. It's a powerful CRM, but also a whitelabel customer portal and a project management software. Best of all, it allows me to set up complex automations in an easy way.

Cons

I can't find a downside, SuiteDash works well and has all the features I need to run my business efficiently.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

PerfexCRM is a good alternative but it's self-hosted. With SuiteDash I don't have to worry about hosting and security. SuiteDash has all the features my business needs and an awesome roadmap.

As stated above, SuiteDash is always adding new features. BUT as they add on these new features, they will remove certain 'components' of existing features to force you to upgrade and pay more monthly to make it functional. I still like the 'idea' of the product, and, I've purchased already so I'm immersed. For the parts they're removing, I could just as easily have Asana, Zoho invoice, Thinkific, and ConvertKit= all FREE, open and functional at the same time. Tread lightly when purchasing.

Cons

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the value this software brings. The customer service is top-notch and the tutorials are well put together.

Pros

We were able to utilize the forms to an extent where we were able to replace our existing eCommerce solution which was a huge unexpected bonus.

Cons

Setup was frustrating at first as it required a lot of reading and watching tutorials as well as a slew of custom CSS. I wish there was a way to set global default color schemes right off the bat that way we would only need to code CSS when absolutely necessary.

Overall, Suitedash has been an amazing choice for Client Portal and Project management with tracking, invoicing and payments. Helpful in saving lot of time and saving lot of money!

Pros

It has helped me replace a lot of software tools. This is an awesome all-in-one solution which can be used to take care of most of the customer-related things. We have been paying for few tools such as Plutio and Clickup and we could replace them with Suitedash. It is full-blown project management and customer portal, with file storage and task tracking. We also have invoicing & payment processing integrated with the client portal which is simply phenomenal for us. It is a perfect tool for any sort of client communication or projects!

Cons

I like this product overall, probably 3 small things that I least like are: 1. UI/UX interface 2. More templates 3. Customer Service Chat button

### "Tons of features for a small business like mine"

I love it all around, I include a quick text tutorial on the welcome page for new clients coming into the portal so they know where things are. I was thinking of making a screen recording to paste in the welcome section but it would be great if SD implemented something for our clients to see for their first logins . After spending some time in the tutorial section the software became easier and easier to use.

Pros

Suitedash comes full force with a glorius feature set that covers a good number of challenges that a one person web design agency like myself runs into. It has invoicing and payment via PP and Stripe, File Request, Task Management , CNAME for professional looking and customizable custom domain installation anda freaking PWA mobile app function.

Cons

The back-end could use more tweaking UI wise but the features and purpose of the app is spot-on. We do have the ability to customize our dashboard which is a good start to how things are organized for our businesses but the sidebar and a few other places could use a facelift.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

CNAME and PWA app was the biggest head turner for me. Ultimate branding over my competitors, and offering they can't contend with.

This is an amazing web application and, contrary to one may think, it is also very affordable. The team also seems very solid, and overall, I feel confident about the future of SuiteDash.

Pros

The app includes everything I could possibly need to start my boutique law firm, from a white-labelled client portal to invoicing, a marketing email system, project management, calendar, time-keeping, invoicing, encrypted email. SuiteDash is mind-blowing, and I am really excited about using it.

Cons

I would like to see more integrations in the future. At this point, they have solid native integrations, but they are limited; most of the integrations that can be achieved with external applications involves Zapier, which I don't want to use because it's a little expensive. In moving ahead with the integrations, I recommend the SuiteDash team to develop webhooks and also to think about the industries and countries that would most benefit from using their platform.

Pros

Their customer service is spectacular! They're super helpful, friendly, and fast to respond to any questions you have. In addition, I love love LOVE how customizable their platform is. I also greatly appreciate all of the features they roll out left and right. The SuiteDash Team is fantastic and really have their users in mind. They have really great tutorials for areas that users may get hung-up on while setting up and implementing. It's worth mentioning again, their customer support is stellar.

Cons

Because SuiteDash is still so new, there are a few features that I need to run my business completely through this platform. But, they're adding new features so quickly, it won't be long before I'm able to get rid of extra apps I use! There's also a bit of a learning curve, however, I find that most of it is rather intuitive - you just need to get up to speed on some of the terminology they use, but that's much like any other CRM software. I've found their tutorials get me past any hang-ups I've run into so far.

Pros

This software is great! You can customize everything, I have never seen software so versatile. It is fantastic and document and user management. I also like the flexibility in the pricing models.

I really don't have any complaints. I would be nice if they had basic unpaid support, I do understand the pricing model allows for more support with higher priced plans.

Pros

What I absolutely love about SuiteDash is the fact that it's a CRM and project management tool at the same time and has marketing and onboarding features on top. All the necessary communication with my clients AND staff can take place there. And by setting up onboarding automation, it reduces the amount of communication and emails I have to sent when taking on a new client. I have the option to send out proposals and I am notified when they have been electronically signed. I can send out invoices and I get notified once they have been paid through one of the payment integrations such as Stripe. I can set up payment plans or subscription plans, which are awesome and very important for an agency when on ongoing retainers. The platform is fully brandable and just raises the level of professionalism for a startup in the agency world.

Cons

It does not show the same overview of all projects and their statuses or all leads and the status of acquisition etc. the way my other project management tool does. So at the moment, I'm still using both. Maybe I have still to figure out how to do that on SuiteDash and it may be possible. But that's a con atm.

Pros

This tool is amazing, and there is nothing else like it, anywhere. The SuiteDash Pinnacle plan includes over 10 business tools that work together to make it easy to get new clients and keep them happy. The SuiteDash team constantly upgrades and adds to the platform to keep its customers year after year. This plan has a Whitelabel feature that is the cherry on top, because it allows a company to brand this platform for their respective organization.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike for anyone or a company who have used 10+ individual separate products, duct tapping them together to help one run their business and grow revenue.

I choose SuiteDash after working in the Financial Services and Marketing Services Industries for over 20 years and trying to duct tape individual products together to do what 1/2 of what SuiteDash does.

So far it's been excellent. I had a few issues using a 3rd party tool but support was able to hash it out with me pretty easily and solve that problem.

Pros

It has a lot of the softwares I was already using for my business built into 1 easy to use dashboard. I was able to stop using 3 other softwares to handle signature, invoicing, and account info intake. I honestly havent even gotten to all of its capabilities, but so far I'm impressed.

Cons

It's quite the battleship to set up. So it takes some real time to get it to work properly for your business and configure it. So if you are looking for something 5 clicks and done, this isn't it. But if you want something that an all-in solution, this is an excellent product.

SuteDash come up with turnkey solution for any business owner who wants to have most of the feature under one hood. This what I like the most while using this app.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike , Improvements can be suggested ( as any other app) I would definitely suggest allowing using External API beside Zapier only integration.

I am loving this system. I've been in the tech industry a long time and I love my tech tools. This one has a very clean interface with many features that are simply ideal and flexible according to what your business is. There are so many features available, which is good, you're getting A LOT for your money. Once you start working with the platform, you can see how powerful the system is. You have one location for all your client interactions. No more hunting through old emails and attachments stored in many places. It all lives inside SuiteDash for easy access for everyone. Aside from a great system, service is king for me. I had some issues when I got my account BUT \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team really came through for me and on a SUNDAY! A powerful system without a great support team means nothing. There is definitely a great team behind this software. Whether you're a Solopreneur or an agency, SuiteDash can really be a game-changer for you.

No proposals but it is on their roadmap.
