Pros SuiteDash has been a huge time saver for me as I used to have to run separate apps and programs to be able to do all the things needed to run a business. I can now create tasks that need doing and have then accessible from different mobile devices as well as a simple browser when I need to update or create new jobs. After that I would then create an invoice in yet another program. Having clients updated with progress and emailing files for their review was another thing needing to be done. I have discovered that now I have been using SuiteDash that all of this is easy to do in one place. Makes all the normal process easy and once done you know it will get to where its supposed to. When you receive feedback or want to know the status of something its all in one place. I am glad that I found this all in one solution to running things… Cons Nothing I have noticed so far as in combines all the things I do in one place. " August 27, 2020 5.0 As we help customers in creating and managing their online identity I was looking for a tool enabling my team to see the overall situation of a customer and the progress made in the project. Suite Dash enables every one on my team members to open a project and having at a glance understanding of the overall situation with a customer. Pros SuiteDash is doing a great job in unifying the job that normally requires about 10 or more apps for managing and running your business. I love boing able to have all my team onboard on this, making each team member responsible for a specific part of the project with each customer. I love the kanban functionality enabling me and the team to set task and deadlines for each part of a project. The customer portal is pretty neat and I love the magic log-in function (when users do not remember their credentials). I find the ability of creating 'circles' another amazing feature speeding up the process of sorting my customers out based on different variables. Cons The only downside of using such an articulated app is that it requires you to familiarise with the different parts of it and how they connect to one another. I find that this initial time is an investment that will pay back every new project you start and manage. Pros 1> One place to manage your business 2> Appointments make working online easy 3> CRM helps in keeping in touch with clients and recordkeeping 4> Includes marketing , billing to clients , Forms for lead collection 5> One of the rare Saas to include automation ( limited form of Zapier) 6> Customer support for founder has been super , needed initally for onboarding , otherwise it is a solid app. 7> Inbox and support for our customers also. Cons Problems of plenty ... need to spend some time to learn to use all the features, However support is great and they have in context help which can help with this hurdle. We heavily use its CRM feature and we rely a lot on the invoicing system within it. Pros I Love How wholesome the system is, it is a fully loaded business solution with a lot to offer. A great addition that SuiteDash is the great customer service they provide and the care they provide to their users is second to none! If you are considering SuiteDash, then my advice to you is to go for it! you can never go wrong! I can finally focus more and more on my core business. Thank you SuiteDash, really. Pros Centralization and ease-of-use. This is the main challenge: not wasting thousand of hours a year checking emails, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and so on to see if one client tried to contact us (don't forget to include the awfully famouse spam folder). And on the second place I'd add: avoiding questions about docs and versioning (where is the doc about that? I found this doc, is this the latest version? etc.) SuiteDash actually does work. It's as simple as that. And that's why you need it. Cons Still a bit difficult for non-techie people but hey, honestly, you'll never find a tool that works for 100% people. My main concern actually would simply be about them wanting to add more and more features and doing so making it less simple and reliable. But I'm pretty condifent that won't happen. I appreciate that is mobile-friendly and fully customize-able for different types of businesses. Pros I love the amount of automation you can create with SuiteDash - it can grow with your services and the team. I appreciate that it can be white-labled and integrated with all essential tools that I use. No need to switch between client portals, project management, marketing campaign management, billing - all in one space. Cons There is a little bit of a learning curve but it's ok when you consider that this software is covering a lot of uses. I would like to see a few business models with a complete setup as an example for me to follow during the setup. Cons I wish there were the ability to upload a csv file with all of our existing client data from the old software to the new software. The initial setup took a bit of time. The clients can put in work requests and its all branded to suit my brand. Perfect solution Pros My favourite aspect of SuiteDash is the ability to design the client interface/portal to suit my branding and the information that I need them to have easy access to. Making the portal both client friendly and easy to use for myself. Also the ability for clients to put in work requests that can populate direct to an invoice, makes getting payment so easy. Pros We've tried a number of similar management software companies but SuiteDash has been the best one thus far. It offers a lot of features from CRM, reporting, social media managment, customizable user dashboards to clear clutter off our screen, and a lot more. What's nice is you can whitelable your system so that employees and clients see consistent branding and professionalism. It's easy to message coworkers, set up tasks, and keep your business on track. Cons There was a learning curve when switching from our previous software to this one, but support was quick to respond to our questions (in about a day) and helped us learn how to navigate SuiteDash quickly. October 26, 2020 5.0 Pros Magiclink login for clients... since, you know, clients always remember their passwords right? I also really love the link click file drop, that has been the biggest time saver for our agency.. no more dicking around with Drive or Dropbox trying to get clients to understand them. I also love the white label abilities and how well rounded it is. The ability to do everything in one platform is nice. I don't have to use everything to get the greatest use out of it either. I have mine customized where its a centralized location to send my clients for their analytics, training, support and managing their client profile. Will transition our billing & contracts to it soon as well. Cons Wish it would integrate with Xero, I saw on the roadmap that it's on its way. Cons I wish they had the automations as it's own screen to be able to edit/add/delete instead of having to go open them via somewhere else and make changes...very weird UX for that feature. Pros It has everything a business need to run your back end support system. No need to get any other software tool to manage contacts, billing, projects, and files. It is useful to manage internal and external communication too. Cons Even though it is easy to use, the onboarding process takes time. There's a learning curve when it comes to switch to Suitedash from other tools. Although the guidelines and support is in there, we needed to study the tool before switching to it. This was exactly what I was looking for to automate the daily stuff that I do to interact with my customers. They have weekly Q&A Webinars that go over everything and answer any questions that you have for setup. Pros I love the fact that SuiteDash allow me to bring customers to a custom branded portal so that I can provide services to them in a safe, HIPPA compliant environment. SuiteDash also provides an APP type service that allows my customers to put a custom branded app on their phone - it's pretty cool! Cons There are a lot of moving parts to SuiteDash - so there is some setup involved. BUT once you dig in and see the power, everything makes sense. It just depends on how mush you want to automate your business. Reason for choosing SuiteDash I had looked a several products, but non offered a custom white-labeled customer portal. September 16, 2020 5.0 SuiteDash is a great product that's helping me organize and optimize all of my "back office activities." Even if you don't use all the modules (for example, you want to stay with QuickBooks or another platform for your invoicing), this product can really help your workflow. Pros SuiteDash puts all your business tools under one roof. With a single login, you can do everything from project management, to invoicing, to email marketing campaigns, and more. It also has a great client portal that can make your company look very professional. Staying organized isn't as easy as it used to be. SuiteDash was designed to basically tick all the boxes (which can really help lower your businesses overhead as far as software goes. Cons SuiteDash does a lot. That means, you have to take a little bit of time when your first getting started to watch a few videos (or read) and follow the instructions to get everything properly setup. Honestly, I'm lazy and usually read the instructions as a final resort. I don't recommend that approach! Pros The full feature set and awesome onboarding along with the complete White label solution are amazing. Support is just a ticket away and is prompt and thorough. I really like the money I am saving from purchasing many other softwares to cover all the functions available with SuiteDash Cons Being so all encompassing, there is a feeling of overwhelm with what has to be learned and implemented to get to a useable workflow. However, the comprehensive onboarding tutorials really don't leave you hanging. Great job in what is more often a poorly executed software function. Cons So many features meant that initially when setting up SuiteDash to be a custom solution I felt I was going round in circles sometimes.
