Outside of that, I've been spending time transferring existing clients from my old system to SuiteDash. I have yet to get everyone and all my billing moved over, but I love the interface and ease of use. I'm looking forward to moving over completely to really dig into some of the features I haven't yet had a chance to fully explore. Pros There's so much to love about it. As a small business owner, I love how integrated everything is. I've got my client communications, project management, and billing all in one place. It's easy to add clients as well as my own employees and contractors to keep everyone on the same page. I also love how easy it is to customize the look and white label everything, which helps give it an integrated feeling. Cons There really isn't much to dislike if you have a business that relies on communicating with your clients. The Client Portal is helping me to present a portal for my clients, where I can interact and share data with my clients. Pros SuiteDash is an amazingly strong all in one CRM for entrepreneurs and businesses. I have tried several different CRM systems, but none of them contributed a complete solution for all my requirements. From gathering leads to managing projects, SuiteDash grants me all the requirements needed for my team members and me. The initial setup is pretty straightforward, and the features are excellent for any type of business. Cons Everything seems great to me, but the UI/UX needs to be improved. It helped us manage our incoming projects in a way that is easy for everyone in our company to maneuver. Pros Our team really loves the E-signature features, Client Portals, Communications, Time Management, and HIPAA Compliant Cloud Storage The Most. They have multiple Payment integrations and now even Zapier! They have so much already and their Roadmap points to exponential growth as well. I am excited to see this company develop a page builder as well as other features. They make everything painless and is definitely worth the money. The Whitelabeling is very forgiving even for someone who is a novice at CSS and for someone who is a developer, they will have a fun time customizing this software to their hearts content. Cons There is very little about this software we didnt like. The Invoicing is nice but can be confusing at first. As operations manager, I have been able to gain a much better understanding of what my customers do, what they like, what they don´t, and better ways to serve them quickly and efficiently. Pros The CRM client management is by far one of the best tools I have at my disposal now. Since SuiteDash was incorporated into our business digital infrastructure, we have saved massive amounts of time managing our customers, and our customers love having access to their account via the mobile app. Cons I truly don´t have any big issues at all using SuiteDash, if I had to point out some “negatives” it would simply be the fact that for a non-tech person like myself, the learning curve at the beginning can be a little daunting. However, after just a couple of days I managed to get everything in place as I envisioned. My gratitude for finding SuiteDash is endless for all the ways they have helped streamline and organize my business. Sure, there are great task managers out there, CRM software, client portals, etc. but to have them all in one place? This is a dream. Set up was a breeze, I could actually do it myself and when I ran into an issue the customer service was top notch. Not only did I get an email response with a detailed explanation of how to resolve my issue, there was also a video included so that I could visually see how to accomplish the task. Brilliant idea! SD is flexible enough to accommodate multiple use cases since forms, documents, to do items, and portal pages are all things most businesses need. set up is very intuitive and their service has really been outstanding, in terms of turnaround time and quality of help. our users also find it easy to navigate, especially since you can customize the menus they see. looking forward to future features they will develop! Cons we have run into some issues with a client's spam filter blocking any/all emails from SD. we are trying to get this sorted with the smtp option they have on the platform. All in all a solid piece of software to manage your agency that your clients will appreciate. Pros Suitedash is a solid solution for onboarding clients and requesting digital assets. After trailing a few project management and agency all-in-one solutions, I went with Suitedash because of their client portals, automations and “Magic-Link” feature. It shows that the folks calling the shots on what kind of features to implement know the reality of the agency-client relationship (and try to please both). This is reflected in features like the “magic link” that sends an auto-login link to you client which nixes the requirement for them to remember the password to access their client portal. It´s small features like these that displays the dedication of the team to eliminate the friction of the agency-client interaction. The UI can be modernized, and I can only hope that the team focuses on the best possible product as they are very good at many things and there is a general belief that if a company is a jack of all trades then it won't be great at anything but maybe, just maybe Suite Dash IS great at getting what I'd say pre-enterprise customers everything they need in one place which is great for us! The onboard timers are also helpful in both time management and in billing for time. Pros SuiteDash is an excellent all-in-one CRM solution for managing a business. Since we have started using the platform, managing our projects and customers has become much more streamlined, and collecting payment for invoices is much more efficient than ever. The internal messaging platform is also a time-saver since we don't have to leave the platform to communicate with our customers. We highly recommend SuiteDash for any business owner who needs an integrated platform to manage all facets of their business. Cons As with most new platforms, there is a learning curve. Navigating around takes some getting used to, so a little more in-depth online help is always appreciated. Pros I like that it combines many different areas of managing a business (even my small side-business) like CRM, project management, documents, invoices, online payments, chat... It is very customizable and can even be (manually) translated to any language you like. It can be white-labelled completely and the team is very responsive when it comes to user suggestions and support. They also have a public roadmap with exciting upcoming features on it. Cons Even for a techie like me, learning the powerful and flexible system took quite a while and some aspects (like task management) is a bit complex - like you have to assign dates and people to a to-do instead of being able to quickly jot the tasks down and worry about due dates / scheduling later. Because the system is so big, it also took me quite a few hours to translate everything into German. It did cost me much effort, but now I'm happy I did it. I was using a similar system before that worked pretty well, but that provider's development team was slow to roll out new and needed features. SuiteDash has shown that they're hard at work improving on an already great product. I plan on being a long-term user and benefiting from the platform's constant evolution. Pros I love that SuiteDash helps me manage almost all of my business needs from one platform. From scheduling to invoicing, and from email marketing to client portals, I'm able to handle it all with this software. Cons There are a couple of features that I'm waiting for, such as proposals and team-scheduling functionality. But the SuiteDash team indicated that those features will be coming within the next weeks and months, so I am more than happy in the meantime. I feel like they're really fostering a good community. Support is excellent, and the product really supports my workflow as a freelance software developer. There are so many features in this product that I'm still discovering some (for example, subscription billing, etc.) Pros I love that SuiteDash has everything in one place AND that it allows you to customise your branding. I was looking for a CRM software, and had liked the tool I was already using for time-tracking and invoicing. After giving SuiteDash a try, I ditched my other tool and ported over immediately. Extra features like appointment booking, digital contract signing, email marketing, etc. were all just excellent bonuses. Cons Honestly (and it's silly), the URL structure in the URL bar bothers me. I was using 2 (at one point 3) other services to do everything that SuiteDash does until recently. I was not aware that it was possible to have one site to rule them all but SuiteDash offers this. It has really helped me completely integrating my CRM along with invoicing, time tracking, project tracking, accounting and more. Cons Ok, well, although it does everything it does it mean that is a little con with this. It is a little overwhelming at first. The learning curve is a little uphill but not steep and they do have tutorials and assistance all over in the places that you would need it so you don't have to dig to find an answer. But hey, what can you say bad for a product that has it all?
