Es selbst zu übersetzen ist zeitaufwändig und im Ergebnis teils überraschend, wenn die Funktion hinter dem Platzhaltertext noch nicht bekannt ist - ab und an entsteht Kauderwelsch, das dann schrittweise angepasst werden muss. Now all other software has been replaced by SuiteDash. Thanks to centralized management and automation, the relationship with prospects and customers is much more efficient. Pros SuiteDash is fully customizable for my business: I was able to add my logo, translate everything, replace the menu items and even modify the graphics by adding CSS rules. It's a powerful CRM, but also a whitelabel customer portal and a project management software. Best of all, it allows me to set up complex automations in an easy way. Cons I can't find a downside, SuiteDash works well and has all the features I need to run my business efficiently. Reason for choosing SuiteDash PerfexCRM is a good alternative but it's self-hosted. With SuiteDash I don't have to worry about hosting and security. SuiteDash has all the features my business needs and an awesome roadmap. BUT as they add on these new features, they will remove certain 'components' of existing features to force you to upgrade and pay more monthly to make it functional. I still like the 'idea' of the product, and, I've purchased already so I'm immersed. For the parts they're removing, I could just as easily have Asana, Zoho invoice, Thinkific, and ConvertKit= all FREE, open and functional at the same time. Tread lightly when purchasing. The customer service is top-notch and the tutorials are well put together. Pros We were able to utilize the forms to an extent where we were able to replace our existing eCommerce solution which was a huge unexpected bonus. Cons Setup was frustrating at first as it required a lot of reading and watching tutorials as well as a slew of custom CSS. I wish there was a way to set global default color schemes right off the bat that way we would only need to code CSS when absolutely necessary. Helpful in saving lot of time and saving lot of money! Pros It has helped me replace a lot of software tools. This is an awesome all-in-one solution which can be used to take care of most of the customer-related things. We have been paying for few tools such as Plutio and Clickup and we could replace them with Suitedash. It is full-blown project management and customer portal, with file storage and task tracking. We also have invoicing & payment processing integrated with the client portal which is simply phenomenal for us. It is a perfect tool for any sort of client communication or projects! Cons I like this product overall, probably 3 small things that I least like are: 1. UI/UX interface 2. More templates 3. I was thinking of making a screen recording to paste in the welcome section but it would be great if SD implemented something for our clients to see for their first logins . After spending some time in the tutorial section the software became easier and easier to use. Pros Suitedash comes full force with a glorius feature set that covers a good number of challenges that a one person web design agency like myself runs into. It has invoicing and payment via PP and Stripe, File Request, Task Management , CNAME for professional looking and customizable custom domain installation anda freaking PWA mobile app function. Cons The back-end could use more tweaking UI wise but the features and purpose of the app is spot-on. We do have the ability to customize our dashboard which is a good start to how things are organized for our businesses but the sidebar and a few other places could use a facelift. Reason for choosing SuiteDash CNAME and PWA app was the biggest head turner for me. Ultimate branding over my competitors, and offering they can't contend with. The team also seems very solid, and overall, I feel confident about the future of SuiteDash. Pros The app includes everything I could possibly need to start my boutique law firm, from a white-labelled client portal to invoicing, a marketing email system, project management, calendar, time-keeping, invoicing, encrypted email. SuiteDash is mind-blowing, and I am really excited about using it. Cons I would like to see more integrations in the future. At this point, they have solid native integrations, but they are limited; most of the integrations that can be achieved with external applications involves Zapier, which I don't want to use because it's a little expensive. In moving ahead with the integrations, I recommend the SuiteDash team to develop webhooks and also to think about the industries and countries that would most benefit from using their platform. September 18, 2020 5.0 Pros Their customer service is spectacular! They're super helpful, friendly, and fast to respond to any questions you have. In addition, I love love LOVE how customizable their platform is. I also greatly appreciate all of the features they roll out left and right. The SuiteDash Team is fantastic and really have their users in mind. They have really great tutorials for areas that users may get hung-up on while setting up and implementing. It's worth mentioning again, their customer support is stellar. Cons Because SuiteDash is still so new, there are a few features that I need to run my business completely through this platform. But, they're adding new features so quickly, it won't be long before I'm able to get rid of extra apps I use! There's also a bit of a learning curve, however, I find that most of it is rather intuitive - you just need to get up to speed on some of the terminology they use, but that's much like any other CRM software. All-in-one tool to handle my agency" September 13, 2020 5.0 Pros What I absolutely love about SuiteDash is the fact that it's a CRM and project management tool at the same time and has marketing and onboarding features on top. All the necessary communication with my clients AND staff can take place there. And by setting up onboarding automation, it reduces the amount of communication and emails I have to sent when taking on a new client. I have the option to send out proposals and I am notified when they have been electronically signed. I can send out invoices and I get notified once they have been paid through one of the payment integrations such as Stripe. I can set up payment plans or subscription plans, which are awesome and very important for an agency when on ongoing retainers. The platform is fully brandable and just raises the level of professionalism for a startup in the agency world. Cons It does not show the same overview of all projects and their statuses or all leads and the status of acquisition etc. the way my other project management tool does. So at the moment, I'm still using both. Maybe I have still to figure out how to do that on SuiteDash and it may be possible. But that's a con atm. Review Source James B. The SuiteDash team constantly upgrades and adds to the platform to keep its customers year after year. This plan has a Whitelabel feature that is the cherry on top, because it allows a company to brand this platform for their respective organization. Cons There is nothing to dislike for anyone or a company who have used 10+ individual separate products, duct tapping them together to help one run their business and grow revenue. I had a few issues using a 3rd party tool but support was able to hash it out with me pretty easily and solve that problem. Pros It has a lot of the softwares I was already using for my business built into 1 easy to use dashboard. I was able to stop using 3 other softwares to handle signature, invoicing, and account info intake. I honestly havent even gotten to all of its capabilities, but so far I'm impressed. Cons It's quite the battleship to set up. So it takes some real time to get it to work properly for your business and configure it. So if you are looking for something 5 clicks and done, this isn't it. But if you want something that an all-in solution, this is an excellent product. There are so many features available, which is good, you're getting A LOT for your money. Once you start working with the platform, you can see how powerful the system is. You have one location for all your client interactions. No more hunting through old emails and attachments stored in many places. It all lives inside SuiteDash for easy access for everyone. Aside from a great system, service is king for me. I had some issues when I got my account BUT \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team really came through for me and on a SUNDAY! A powerful system without a great support team means nothing. There is definitely a great team behind this software. Outside of that, I've been spending time transferring existing clients from my old system to SuiteDash. I have yet to get everyone and all my billing moved over, but I love the interface and ease of use. I'm looking forward to moving over completely to really dig into some of the features I haven't yet had a chance to fully explore. Pros There's so much to love about it. As a small business owner, I love how integrated everything is. I've got my client communications, project management, and billing all in one place. It's easy to add clients as well as my own employees and contractors to keep everyone on the same page. I also love how easy it is to customize the look and white label everything, which helps give it an integrated feeling. Cons There really isn't much to dislike if you have a business that relies on communicating with your clients. Pros Our team really loves the E-signature features, Client Portals, Communications, Time Management, and HIPAA Compliant Cloud Storage The Most. They have multiple Payment integrations and now even Zapier! They have so much already and their Roadmap points to exponential growth as well. I am excited to see this company develop a page builder as well as other features. They make everything painless and is definitely worth the money. The Whitelabeling is very forgiving even for someone who is a novice at CSS and for someone who is a developer, they will have a fun time customizing this software to their hearts content. Pros The CRM client management is by far one of the best tools I have at my disposal now. Since SuiteDash was incorporated into our business digital infrastructure, we have saved massive amounts of time managing our customers, and our customers love having access to their account via the mobile app. Cons I truly don´t have any big issues at all using SuiteDash, if I had to point out some “negatives” it would simply be the fact that for a non-tech person like myself, the learning curve at the beginning can be a little daunting. Set up was a breeze, I could actually do it myself and when I ran into an issue the customer service was top notch. Not only did I get an email response with a detailed explanation of how to resolve my issue, there was also a video included so that I could visually see how to accomplish the task. Brilliant idea! SD is flexible enough to accommodate multiple use cases since forms, documents, to do items, and portal pages are all things most businesses need. set up is very intuitive and their service has really been outstanding, in terms of turnaround time and quality of help. our users also find it easy to navigate, especially since you can customize the menus they see. looking forward to future features they will develop! Cons we have run into some issues with a client's spam filter blocking any/all emails from SD. we are trying to get this sorted with the smtp option they have on the platform.
