It offers a complete package for what I need working with clients in my counselling practice. The white label branding is especially good for making it a part of my personal website. Pros How customizable it is. The hardest part in finding software like this was being able to adjust the language so that it wasn't so business-focused. In the mental health counselling world, "languaging" has become so important, and the ability to adjust the language throughout the entire platform has been incredibly helpful. You just need to check out the translation feature to "translate" into language more friendly to your purposes. Cons I'm hoping for more ability to use this as a networking tool. The message board feature in the projects is especially appealing, as is the instant messaging system. However, the message boards aren't a stand-alone feature, so it's currently tough use it simply for the sake of connecting. The instant messaging is also still limited only to staff, but it would be great if it was available to users as well. November 17, 2022 5.0 Pros I like that it is always being improved, and it has so many capabilities. I can create a quote for a client, that once approved can become a contract and then an invoice. I can have my courses and my email list in the same place. It has many automation features with forms you can embed on your website. You can track your time, your tasks and projects as well. Overall it is a really complete tool. Cons It requires some thinking and time before you can really use it, the learning curve is a bit steep. Managing Director Human Resources Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "SuiteDash has helped simplify how we work" January 19, 2023 5.0 So our experience has been very good, we are saving time through automating the process and the experience for our clients is much better as it's easier for them to understand what to do and by having an online portal they are able to login whenever is convenient for them. Pros By using SuiteDash we have been able to create an online portal where our clients can easily learn about which documents they must gather and submit to us. Prior to SuiteDash this was done through multiple emails which was time consuming and a much slower process. By creating a portal for each client we are able to automate the emails depending on which stage they are at making our life much easier! Cons I am not the most technical person, so when I started out I struggled with setting up the account how we wanted it. There are a number of help videos which are great but there were a few at the end of the help series that are not available. Reason for choosing SuiteDash SuiteDash offers a lot of extra features that I don't currently use but over time will start to implement. Cons The only recommendation I have is that I wish in addition to Zapier that it worked with Pabbly. At the start you need some training time, because there are so many great functions. But once everything has been set up, it works perfectly. Cons There are still a few features that would be nice to have that other competitor's software has. But overall it's a great solution. Pros I actually migrated from another very popular competitor app and it has made automation of services, support, tasks, and support a bliss! I also love the fact that don't have to continue to club together a bunch of other support apps in order to manage my business. It is truly all in one! Cons There are some enhancements to existing functionalities that I would love to see rolled out faster and of course some new features like proposals that clients are asking me now that I am an agency offering the app to others for use. We believe that once we start actively working in the platform that it will allow our business to work seamlessly as we manage our clients. That in itself will be our greatest benefit. Pros We like that we can use this platform to manage our clients for our business. While we are fairly new to the platform and are just starting to add our first client, we see the potential for how it will work for us. We especially love that the proposal functionality has been added. That is a vital component of the work we do and we will likely utilize this feature a lot. Cons One thing that we don't like is that you can not import documents created in other mediums, such as MS Word or Google docs and when you copy and paste them, you have to spend quite a bit of time in formatting the document so that it looks as it should. Also in this process it takes a bit of time for contracts and quotes, as there seems to be some latency time that can be unusually long when making the formatting edits. Review Source CQ Cindy Q. I update a file or create a proof for them to approve, and the software notifies them. They can approve or request change without a phone call. This speeds up the process for me because there are many times that I make changes in the middle of the night. I don't have to worry about disturbing them because the app notifies them in their chosen way. If they are up, they respond and I can move forward. Pros This software is a serious one-stop shop. Due to the development used when designing this software, it is very easy to tailor the software to meet your needs regardless of the industry you use it with. Beyond that, the ability to brand everything with your company logo and color scheme means that any employees and/or clients get a personalized version of anything you send them. Suitedash branding does not appear anywhere. Immediately upon logging in, there are explanations and tutorial videos that guide you through every step. I couldn't ask for more. Lastly, it is all browser based. So I can use my software on any computer that has an internet connection. Cons The mobile app is glitchy when it comes to loading larger audio files ( I use it to allow clients to proof audio examples). Between connecting clients with the team to handling incoming documents any payments, this software looks to be at the center of my organization. Pros An incredible amount of customization options allow you to make SuiteDash fit your needs. I love the white label options to really create a cohesive brand for anyone on my team that will use it in the future. Cons There's so much you can do with it, it can be daunting to get started! They have a variety of tutorials to walk you through the process, but the process is long. That said, I rather have multiple steps to go through than buy another piece to stack on top to make it work the way I want to. I see the potential for this to be the key system for project management, invoicing and proposals plus client requests and sharing files to keep my agency organized and on track. Cons For a non-techie some of the setup was confusing but support kept replying until I figure it out. The set up was fairly easy, I like the white-label features, and the ability to communicate with clients right from the dashboard. Pros I like the FLOW system the best. It saves a ton of time by cutting out all of the annoying repetitive tasks when creating a client/project/billing profile. Cons The thing I wish the software could do is integrate with web hosting tools and domain registrars so i can fully automate the business with this software. For my company, I like the invoicing options which makes it really simple and more friendly to work with than Paypal in my opinion. Pros I love the fact that it really is a complete and easy to use solution. I am NOT a tech ninja and often struggle, so the fact that I am comfortable with SuiteDash really says a lot. Cons The CRM is a little too bare-bones for my purposes as an Agency with multiple brands. It's not meant for and enterprise solution. The best use for me is with my clients, especially those who are not tech savvy but know they have ZERO systems like this in place and it will be a huge step up for them. For one single small-business, the CRM is more than enough. Maybe setting up the email integration for marketing purposes, but that's not really too bad. Pros I can honesty see this has been the most uplifting experience using SuiteDash. It has aloud my team to really and truly figure out how we need to structure and organize our entire process. It is never just about sales. Project tracking triggers, Event triggers and so much more. I really could not have been able to get this company to where it is today without this platform!!! Love you guys and keep it up!!! Cons I have heard from a few users that they wished SuiteDash had a Mac feel to it UI/UX. This does not effect the robust full featured application.
