" November 16, 2020 3.0 I could not fully implement this product at my company because my essential features were never added, so I spent 6 months paying for a software while waiting for it to be developed to ultimately have to look elsewhere for our needs. Pros I liked the versatility of features and the ease of use. Cons I was really looking forward to seeing some features that were on their website being advertised actually being implemented. The number one feature I was looking for, I was told in March 2020 would be coming in 6-8 weeks, we are now nearing the end of November 2020 and the feature is not even in development right now, it was extremely disappointing, felt very much like a bait and switch. Also was not very happy with not being able to call and get support. I stumbled upon a support number and called it once and got a voicemail box, and when someone called me back he said he was "surprised I found the number" like they are purposely hiding it. They don't make you wait for a reply. You normally get a reply same or next day. Pros It was super easy to setup. I set it up the same day. And compared to some of the others it is very easy to use, which makes it great for clients. Cons Although it is not a helpdesk software, I was hoping some helpdesk element would be there, but I understand it's in the roadmap. Pros I have been searching for an all-in-one business solution and client portal for a very long time. Before suite dash, I was using several tools to run my business. There were too many log ins to keep track of. Many of the tools did not integrate with each other. I am happy that I am now able to automate my entire business and have a customize client portal. I like that I have a CNAME and an app. Cons At this time, the calendar does not have a two-way synch but it is on the roadmap. Also, the calendar does not embed on my website yet but it is on the roadmap. Reason for choosing SuiteDash It was a great price, I love the customer service. Every week there is a product walk through. I try to attend each session when I have questions. July 28, 2020 5.0 At first a bit overwhelmed by all the tools and features but with the helpful on-boarding video I got started within minutes. I’m so happy I found this software. Pros I was looking for an easy to use, intuitive CRM software for my business and SuiteDash has been a blessing. I can manage my staff and clients in one place. The on-boarding training video is just 5-star. I’m so amazed by all the wonderful things you can do. This software has saved me hours of time-consuming tasks and with its Zapier integrations I can automate business tasks with both staff and clients. I am a Web Designer and it is vital for me to store client content in one place instead of exchanging tons of emails and with SuiteDash I have this option I’m so happy. I can now do nearly everything on this one platform to run my business. I can communicate with clients, manage projects, team members, share files, invoice, bill ,give clients portal access,send drip email campaigns, setup appointments, generate contracts, esign documents and even white label this platform. It also has a mobile app! What else can you ask for? It has made my life so easy. Thanks team suite dash. I highly recommend this sofware. Cons They are bringing updates to the platform and thats great. I could not find how to move files from the uploaded by client section to the specific task files(although they can be moved to project section). Cons Personally I foudn the dashboard widgets to be limited and I believe you can't customize them much either. As with all comprehensive software it is a bit hard to get everything set up the way you want it to be. What I really like is their "flows" module that makes onboarding new clients a breeze. Our clients love it and have asked us how long it took us to build the platform. :) (They do not know it completely white labelled, all aspects of the tool is branded with our name and looks like its an in-house product) Cons There is very little not to like about this software. We have explored other options and found this to be one of the most complete and feature rich platforms out there. If there is one area that can be improved, it is the UI of the platform - it has room to improve. It was rough at first since I was just not understanding all the set-up requirements. I drove the Support team crazy, but they hung in there with me and got me up and running. Pros It has all I need for running my business, including a Client Portal. The price was right, too. It has all I need for my business purposes. Cons I would like to have a few more options or sorting the entries, i.e. by date, for example. Suitedash.com will grow over time and add more things we need, I'm sure of it. Suitedash meets Pros White-Label, very customizable to your needs, unlimited user. Extensive process/automation features in their larger plan (called "flows"). Invoicing feature. True all in one for smaller and larger companies as well. Very active and helpful support Cons Dark Mode needs some polishing (but honestly said: the dark mode is still beta, so it will be surely optimized soon) Because of the complexity of options you need a little time to dig into all possibilities of customizations, but this is expected. The team is very responsive to questions and open to ideas. Pros One of the reasons I was really interested in SuiteDash is because it eliminated the need to use a bunch of different software programs (that didn't always play well together) in order to run my business. With one system, I can now manage projects, communicate with clients, send invoices, save files and much more. Cons Honestly, there isn't really anything that I dislike. I guess if I had to name one thing, there is a bit of a learning curve. However, to their credit, there are YouTube videos that walk you through most processes. Suitedash does pretty much everything you need it to, but if you already have an existing app (say an autoresponder that you want to sync with) native integrations would be nice. If you are coming to suitedash "fresh" I believe it is a great choice. Suitedash is a perfect solution with a modern UI. Even more, they take care of non English client by allowing translation of their software which is for me a necessary condition for my french client. I have tested a lot of softwares before this one and very honestly, Suitedash is the perfect mix of performance and simplicity that allows me to do something else than sending mails all day long, and trying to manage quote and all the stuff that is not in the core of my job. Pros easy, clean UI, great UX, all features for a freelancer from time managing, CRM, and projects management. Cons For the moment Suitedash has all the needed options for my business and my workflow, didnt' find something annoying.
