Pros

I love the idea of circles, where you can make similar dashboards for clients, but by adding them into a circle, you can give them specific access to different pages or tools. For example, I’m providing a complete office management tool for home service companies. While several things will be universal, I can create specific pages/tools for house cleaners, or lawn care, or window cleaners under different “circles”. So clients all share about 80-90% of the same tools/pages, I can add the house cleaners to a “maid service” circle that has a specialized CRM with entries about how many bedrooms and bathrooms their client has for example. Say they decide to also offer window cleaning, it’s just simply adding them to the “window cleaning” circle and now they have access for both sets of tools. The idea is to create these tools once in a circle, and then just give access to whichever clients need them. This allows you to have a very comprehensive management tool, but easily present it to the client like it’s specific to their industry.

Cons

SuiteDash has so many options. It can almost seem overwhelming at first, but I thought their support pages had many incredibly helpful videos and walk-throughs. It can take a minute to get your mind wrapped around how much you can actually accomplish.

### "A great option for having an all in 1 platform for CRM, Project Management and Client Portal"

Having set it up several times, it's my go-to for any sort of portal, CRM, or project management system. It can be used on businesses as simple as a solo freelancer doing projects large and small or as complex as a multi-user CRM and project management system with hundreds of clients.

Pros

The way you are able to white label your own "platform" for doing just about any business function is a real game changer at this pricepoint. It can be as simple as a CRM system or full-blown project management, client portal, etc. The way the system is thought out is almost like a blank space for you to create whatever functions you need and make it your own

Cons

I've set up SuiteDash 3 times for different business types and each time it does get easier, but for someone that is new this type of system, the setup may be overwhelming. But if you have experience in setting up any similar CRM or business management application, the process is easier. My biggest complaint is the terminology used in docs and in their videos is not necessarily industry standard. So for people coming from an older established system, learning how SuiteDash talks about features is a bit of a curveball. Easy enough to learn quickly - it's just something to be aware of.

Ability to totally customize the system to our liking as well as features that were available that were more unique. The price had a lot to do with it as well. Other systems are very rigid in their implementation, whereas SuiteDash allows a great amount of flexibility if you're willing to learn.

### "Exactly what we were looking for!"

We are extremely pleased with our decision to implement SuiteDash into our almost daily workflow. It has checked all of the boxes we were looking for and more, and did so in one concise package, which is so hard to find. Like I am sure most businesses these days, we found ourselves switching between so many different programs and SuiteDash has solved this problem. I highly recommend giving SuiteDash a try, you will be happy you did!

Pros

Our main focus was to find a program that could create a custom user experience within a fully branded (white label) portal. SuiteDash truly hits this one out of the park! But that proved to be just the beginning. After setting up our initial workflows and experience, we were able to build upon this and use even more of the software capabilities. For client-based interactions, we now regularly use SD for eSigning documents, secure file exchange (transfer & requests) along with secure messaging. Internally, we have automated the onboarding to populate the CRM and also use the project management functionality. Our final stage of implementation will be to transition our current dedicated marketing platform over to SuiteDash and to combine their email marketing, sales funnels and ultimately the Invoice/Billing functionality. We hope to update our next steps and experience after utilizing SuiteDash to its full potential!

Cons

To take full advantage of this very robust software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but there are plenty of comprehensive, yet easy to understand resources that walk you through step-by-step everything you need, along with an active community, responsive support staff and additional third-party resources dedicated to helping get everything setup perfectly. I would also recommend setting up the most important workflows first, begin using the software and then build upon that foundation as needed.

I’ve been using SuiteDash for a while now, and it has truly changed how I manage my business. This platform is packed with features, offering everything from CRM and project management to client portals and billing solutions. Having everything in one place means I don’t have to juggle multiple apps anymore, which has made my work much easier. The CRM system is one of my favorite features. It’s user-friendly and powerful, helping me keep track of all client interactions and follow-ups effortlessly. The project management tools are also fantastic, making it simple to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress. The client portals are a big plus, providing a professional and secure way for clients to access their information and communicate with us. The only downside is the initial setup process. It takes quite a bit of time—weeks, in fact—to get everything configured just right for your needs. However, this is a small price to pay for the benefits you gain once everything is up and running. The tutorials provided are top-notch and really help make the setup process easier. They’re detailed, easy to follow, and make the whole process much less overwhelming. All in all, SuiteDash is an excellent platform for any business looking to streamline their tools and boost efficiency. The setup might take some time, but it’s definitely worth the effort in the end. Highly recommended!

I am a very busy guy. I work full time 6 days a week as a truck driver, have an 11 month old baby at home, and run multiple small businesses of my own. I was always chasing people around with my web development business, and spent more time writing contracts, invoices, and sending emails than actually working on client websites. Enter SuiteDash. Now, almost everything I need to do and communicate with clients is handled in one platform. Don't get me started on the automations! I click one button, and my new client has a contract to sign, an invoice to pay, and a project set up! Being as busy as I am, this helps me get more time with my family, and that is the most important thing of all!

This software has it all, and everything is customizable. I am still building it out, but each step has been amazing in creating all portals for my company, marketing, clients and every aspect of the business.

I bought suitedash after several failed purchases of competitive platforms. The others had awful training and very difficult admins to navigate and set up. Suitedash also had the most different functions that our team could really use.

Pros

Very easy to set up with intuitive admin. The project management section was the need for the first project but we've expanded to the crm section of the platform with great success. Support is very responsive if the videos and pdfs don't do the trick.

I haven't found one yet but will report back if something comes up

overall, the amount of time it would have taken to set up 3 different tools and the cost associated with licensing and integration was 8-10 times more than it took for us to use suitedash, which encompassed all of the functionality the 3 other tools needed to manage the business.

the tool touches every facet of a business and allows you to use what you need while disabling sections you do not need (in our case billing and invoicing) without disrupting the basic workflows needed and that are inherent in the tool

Cons

there was a slight learning curve when initially setting up but once pointed in the right direction was easy to customize as needed

Pros

I have researched many CRMs over the past year. SuiteDash checked all the boxes. It can be configured to go white label and run in the background like a custom piece of software. The customization offered is what really sets this platform apart.

Cons

There are a lot of features built in to SuiteDash and it is a great platform. There are features that I would like to see sooner than later. The great thing though is that Mike and his Team listen to users and build out or find other solutions to our needs.

### ""Beyond everything I was looking for...""

Firstly, from the top down the company cares about the success of its customers. It's unrivaled in anything I've ever experienced. From \[sensitive content hidden\], the entire team and system, there's everything you to achieve max productivity with training, tutorials, on-page guides, and even direct 1 on 1 coaching/training. I was looking for a CRM initially but found that SuiteDash offered much more in the way of customer experience interacting with my brand through the Customer Portal that's fully custom branded. One of the coolest features is "Circles". It made my customer segmentation, and content delivery so easy, and more robust for the customer experience as it allows us to deliver a personalized experience when they log in to their portal. I can share docs, resources, invoices, downloadables, and even a learning section that could be used to walk a customer through an orientation and training of sorts. All of these things enhance our relationship with our cliens. I've hardly scratched the surface of the potential and every day I discover new ways to use the platform to grow reach and influence. The Portal is #1 for me but I say that because all of the other functions are there too, email automation, customer milestone progressions, behavior conditional content delivery, and sales automation. invoicing, proposals, seriously almost everything. It's akin to a fully custom-developed system that would cost multiple 6 figures or more. This thing is the cat's meow!

Cons

The functionality is so robust there are many options that require some study to get up to full speed. Although the options and customization features are really straightforward and intuitive, i.e. they tend to be where you think they'd be, it still takes a little time to get acquainted and learn the lay of the land. That said, the support is fantastic and \[sensitive content hidden\] has invested a ton in creating tutorials throughout on virtually every detail. I'm a slow learner, but I believe if it's worth shortening the learning curve they do offer direct help with setup and training.

I recommend SuiteDash ALL the time!! It’s a one stop shop for “tech stack”! It’s all you need. People ask me “what is your tech stack” and I just say SuiteDash! That’s all you need! They’re support is amazing! I always have a reply within hours and especially by the next day! And their support is always helpful the first try. No need to be sent to another department or escalated ticket because the first person you reach knows their stuff! And the product itself is phenomenal!! I never find the need to seek any other service for my business or clients. SuiteDash has it all! I can’t recommend them enough!

Pros

What is not to like?! ALL the ability to customize to my individual company needs. No sales pitch EVER to up sale me on their “latest & greatest” products. Continue to roll out new features at no additional cost. The ability to easily share documents with my clients is phenomenal! The phone app is amazing!

Cons

Nothing! There is seriously nothing I can think of that I would change or need for my accounting firm from SuiteDash.

### "So much potential "

I am severely disappointed in what Suitedash has become. I miss the outstanding tech support and dedication to functional features.

Pros

I used Suitedash years ago. Loved it. After I sold that business and started my new one I tried other CRMs and couldn't find anything that gave me what Suitedash does. Suitedash allows me to have custom client portals. I can assign clients tasks, track their project, communicate, and organize everything they need in one place. It is also the best system I have found for organizing my team. I love the chat, the task automations, and the task tracking.

Cons

In the few years that I was gone from Suitedash their customer service has dramatically declined while the complications of their program have increased. While a ton of new and exciting features have been added, they are not fulling developed or well thought out. So a constant back and forth with tech support is required. SuiteDash has adopted its own vocab for features instead of using industry standard terms. This increases the confusion and all of my tech/automations team are begging me to go back to HighLevel. Suitedash has so much potential but has over complicated every step of implementing their software to the point of it almost being unusable. To top it off, they charge you $50 to get any 1:1 help. Frustration on my team is at an all time high as we stopped over and over in our efforts to create systems and are forced to reach out to tech support at every step.

### "I've bought at least three portals since I became a member!"

I purchased 3 client portal from them over the span of 2 years, so that says alot. And I keep coming back...lol

Pros

When i first signed up, I didn't really care for it. But after creating my cleint portal, i realized what a rare gem i found. Suitedash has a really strong loyal community, and i became one. Largely because of the following: a. Support is super fast and efficient. They know what they are doing. b. They are constantly offering lifetime deals which saves you thosuands in the future c. Suitedash is always improving and their product roadmap is constantly being worked on and features being added, ehich makes the lifetime deals worth it. d. The final product looks gorgeous and you can really personalize the cleint portal to your hearts content. e. Other members create and offer templates which you can copy for free f. They really do listen to their customer base

Cons

Email notifications are great for forms and everything else. However, there are no notifications for when someone sends you a live chat from within the portal. I hope in the future that this changes. I wish there were more updated templates, as it can be frustrating setting up client pages if you are completely new. There is a bit of a learning curve, but there is a youtube academy for it, if you are patient. LOL. Which there were more app integrations and which zapier integrations had more triggers.
