### "A Must-have to run your business"

It's a very good software and has the potential to compete with other major players, at a so much better pricing. It helps you and your business to get things done faster without having to invest so much time and effort (as before). The best part is having a variety of modules that are integrated and works smoothly between them.

Pros

SuiteDash has all the essential tools you need to run your business, CRM its a core module for us, you can use Projects and keep track of tasks, use Calendar to schedule appointments and view events or tasks, so you can stay on track. Office module helps with an agile management of proposal and invoices. Overall is a very good software that keeps improving and adding useful features over time.

Cons

It has a learning curve to get started, and you need to put some effort to begin using it and start harvesting the benefits you can get from the software.

Suitedash provides a secure and professional space where clients can access their project details, communicate with the team, and view invoices. Moreover, the ability to customize the client portal with my branding elements adds a touch of professionalism and reinforces my business's identity.

Pros

The user interface of Suitedash is clean, intuitive, and well-designed. Navigating through the various modules and features is a breeze, even for someone who is not particularly tech-savvy. The dashboard provides a quick overview of the business's key metrics, allowing me to monitor progress and make informed decisions effortlessly.

Cons

The con would be me living in NC but Not knowing about one of North Carolina's great business products "Suitedash" before wasting so much money on other expensive software is the only thing I dislike about SuiteDash. Getting back to being serious, The onboarding is a little scary at first but...... when you watch all the great tutorials, it's truly a breeze.

Pros

I've been using Suitedash for a few months now, and I must say, it's genuinely impressive. The software offers a wide array of features that are incredibly helpful for my business operations. The CRM and project management tools are intuitive and make managing customer relationships and projects a breeze.The customer service has also been top-notch. I had a couple of questions when I first started, and their support team was very responsive and helpful.

Cons

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve. There's so much Suitedash can do that it might take a moment to get your bearings. But once you do, it's smooth sailing.

Alright, here's the deal - I'm super picky when it comes to the software I use for my business. No time for bugs, shoddy programming, or anything that's going to cause me a headache or make me look unprofessional in front of my clients. So you can trust me when I say SuiteDash is THE REAL DEAL.Seriously, I've been using SuiteDash for a while now, and not once have I come across an issue. It's like they've thought of everything, making every feature really intuitive and well-built. Whether it's the CRM stuff, project management, or the billing tools, it's all seamless. It's like they climbed into my brain, figured out exactly what I needed, and then delivered it in a neat, easy-to-use package.And here's the cherry on top - their white-labeling feature is a complete game-changer. I've been able to stamp my brand all over the platform, giving my clients a personalized experience that's all me. Plus, it's super easy to customize. I'm no tech whizz, but even I've managed to make it look great.But the things that makes SuiteDash a total lifesaver for me, is secure client portals. They've got everything from file upload/download to surveys/feedback and a whole knowledge base. It's made client engagement a breeze, and it's added a whole new level of transparency to my services.Their mobile app is also super useful. Additionally, the mobile app ensures I can stay connected and productive no matter where I am.

Cons

As of now, I haven't encountered any issues with SuiteDash that would warrant serious criticism. However, as with any software, there is always room for improvement and added features. It would be interesting to see SuiteDash continue to evolve and innovate. I'd really like to see them incorporate generative AI, and there are a lot of places where that tech could make the platform phenomenal.My only real complaint is pretty minor: the 'mail cannon' feature (it allows you to send an email to one person as part of an automation) is a paid add-on instead of being included with all the plans. The cost to add that feature is reasonable, but I think it would be good to include it on all plans as it feels like a gap in an otherwise complete package.

I love it. I have used SuiteDash for over 4 years and it just keeps getting better. They are constantly upgrading and making it better.

Pros

Excellent customer service and ease of use. SuiteDash has saved me thousands of dollars by allowing me to cancel subscriptions to other services. Because it does everything that I need, it is the only tool that I need to pay for.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any issues with SuiteDash. Any challenges that I have faced have always come from me not reading or not following the guidance correctly. Even when that happens I have been able to get support very quickly.

Extremely positive. After 1-2 days of trying I jumped ship from a different provider and never looked back.

Pros

To my knowledge this is one of its kind solution that allows you to create a white label client portal with a lot of extra feature. There are some elements that could be improved, however, SD is so flexible that it's very easy to find workaround and get things done.

Cons

Several things regarding payment could be improved, mainly dynamic recurring payments. However, I was able to simply use Stripe and make it work within SD directly - apart, from that, nothing major. All other things that had to be costumized were customized with few lines of code. Again, nothing major

### "Incredibly Powerful - limited only by your imagination"

Overall I have been 'blown away' by the functionality. Even though it is very much aimed at non-technical users however you really will need to spend some time getting the most from the suite of tools (or if you can, dedicate an individual or team to planning ahead of implementation). I would absolutely recommend SuiteDash for any small to medium sized business however and frankly even larger in size - particularly on a departmental capacity.

Pros

The depth of features and functionality is incredible. WIth SuiteDash you can automate nearly all aspects of sales, production, marketing and comms!

Cons

Inevitably with an application as feature rich as SuiteDash the learning curve is a steep one. Although they provide a library of videos and documents I would like to see much more and regular free webinars, preferably aimed at specific use cases (e.g. agency, construction, retail etc).

From my research I found nothing that was as feature rich and future proof for the money. Period.

### "Project Management, CRM and Business Management greatness!"

The CRM with Circles is great. The project management is great for simple tasks with the ability to track time automatically and manually is well thought out.The concept of Work Requests is also very useful and then converting that into tasks for a project is very useful.

Pros

The proposal creation is a great tool, a great timesaver and potentially very useful.The Circle feature is excellent and a feature I have not come across in other products.The Customer Portal and complete white-labelling is also excellent and well executed.

Cons

Communication features are a little limited unless the contact is part of a project. I would like to see the ability to email a potential client through the system, to enable all tracking of comms....at the moment I haven't found a way to do it.Also, it would be very useful to have 'proper' sub-tasks to project tasks - ie allow a task to have a parent task. At the moment the sub-tasks are more like a checklist of To-Dos that can't be assigned to otheres.

Best facilities, use-case and cost balance. Also, offered unique features not found elsewhere.

### "Nothing else comes close"

Pros

What I love most about SuiteDash is how it bundles a ton of essential business tools into one platform. No more app-hopping! Plus, the client portal feature is pretty slick – makes communication with clients a breeze. The project management and invoicing tools save me tons of time too. Good stuff!OH WAIT! Also, HIPAA compliance was a huge selling point for me.

Cons

The financial reporting functionalities are almost non-existent. They say they're working on them, so I hope that changes. It's still amazing software.

### "All In One Solution"

Since the beginning and after 40 crms and nothing but problems from my current one at the time after 8 years of being held hostage i made the switch and haven't looked back!

### "SuiteDash is THE Client Portal."

We use SuiteDash on the daily and in all aspects of our business. We find SuiteDash to be user-friendly and very Client forward, which has been a game changer for us.

Pros

SuiteDash allows me to have all my Client information and communications in one location and is always available to the Client. One of my favorite features is the integration with our website which allows me to direct our clients to our website on the daily which allows us to always have out latest messaging front and center.

Cons

If there is a con it is wrapped in the strength of the product and that is its infinite customization ability. This is not a con but more of a rub as with great power comes great responsibility. So your initial configurations might take a bit longer on SuiteDash but you are able to do things on SuiteDash that no other product allows. So its Con is actually its greatest strength.

### "A ton of tools that all integrate"

SuiteDash solves a major integration problem for us. Everything is tied in and connected to the company/client, and while we're still working on our implementation, it's looking like the long term winner for our shop

Pros

A quick note, we're still in the middle of our SuiteDash implementation, but here's what I love about SD:1. Everything's integratedFrom email lists to Invoices to portals to LMS, SD is beautiful for small and medium boutique consultancies. We've had multiple platforms, which usually don't talk to each other. All components connect back to the client.2. Everything's accessibleI can share out whatever is needed with multiple people at a shop. My previous platform did not have that capability. And nothing is that hard to implement.3. Everything's still developingEven since starting with SD, we've seen new features appear. It's nice to know that as cool as it is, it's getting better.

Cons

At the time of this writing, there are two features I need that I'm still using another plaform for:1. Native Outlook Online (Microsoft 365) Integration for CalendaringCurrently the only way to integrate Exchange Online is to use Zapier or similar services, which is fine but I'm trying to use less platforms, not more. Google calendar is supported out of the box, which is not a surprise, Google makes their api's open and easy to use. But in my circles, Google Calendar is a mark of amateur night in Dixie, so we moved out of it last year.2. Quizzes for the LMSIt's nice to have an LMS built in, but without a way to validate user consumption, it's not very helpful. Quizzes are supposed to be on the way, and I trust that they are, so I'm looking forward to ditching another platform and bringing that into SD as well.

Oh my experience with suite dish has been...Awesome... I am starting starting a business and I'm all over the place. As a solopreseur I wear all the hats and suite Dash helps me wear them well

Pros

I like that it gives me the ability to run my one man operation with ease out of the box. I'm able to market, develop, and retain relationships with clients.

Cons

The learning management system seems to be a little bit of an afterthought. I would really like for them to beefed up the functionality more there.

### "Feature packed and Life changing!"

The overall impact it has had on my business is amazing, I am a huge software buff, and used many different software packages but nothing comparable to suitedash before. The volume of features packed into this system exceeds anything ive used before. It's certainly given me a new standard to gauge by.

Pros

The automations and workflow of this software has been life changing for me and my business. I am an organised person but rely on alerts to nudge me for next steps or tasks that need doing and Suitedash is perfect for this! Onboarding clients is simple and the portal is life changing for my digital products.

Cons

The biggest downside has been the learning curve, it is so packed with features it was knowing where to begin and what to set up first. The flows are incredible but not simple to set up, they get easier once you have done one or two though.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

I was attracted to suitedash for the number of unique features and abilities that i has over other software i've used which i can't even claim to be similar to suitedash, because i've never come across anything else quite like it.

### "Great customer service!"

Overall Suite Dash has been a perfect solution for our business. We are new and growing and we are excited to have SD along for the ride with us. It is really great to know if I have a suggestion on how things could work better for our setup, I can reach out and be offered a solution or possibly have some things changed on their back end to improve our usability.

Pros

We initially chose Suite Dash to use for a customer portal on our online design service simply because it was the only software available to meet all of our needs. We wanted something that could be white labeled, the customer could sign themselves up, we would have an internal messaging system to eliminate e-mails outside their portal, a custom set of menus that they could see, a place to answer a questionnaire and upload photos. No other software could offer us all of these features. Now that we are set up, it has been easy to accomplish exactly what we had set out to do. Suite Dash has given us a private space to communicate with our clients that is a great user experience for us and for them. The sign up process and log in for the customer has seamlessly integrated into our website. Once they log in, the custom look makes it feel like an extension of our site with our logo and the same colors, which was very important to us. I have never worked with CRM software, and I am using it in a non-traditional way, so that has come with some challenges on my end and with the setup. Their customer service has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond to walk me through all of the questions and challenges I had. We have encountered several situations where I have asked for things to be set up a little differently and every time they have modified things on their back end to make it better for me and my company. I never expected that level of personalized customer service!

Cons

I don't find many things about this intuitive. It could be my own learning curve because I do not have experience with any other CRM software. However, oftentimes I wished there was a more robust help menu or just an easier way to accomplish some things that I thought were pretty basic. However, although it's not an immediate solution, customer service has always been very responsive and has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions. It seems like they are still figuring some things out and while that sometimes comes with a cost in terms of clunkiness or not having answers at your fingertips, the benefit is that they have made updates to the software along the way to make things more custom for how we use it. I could never get this level of service from a larger company that is more established.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

We chose Suite Dash simply because it is the only service that provided every feature that we needed without a huge price tag. There may be others out there, but because we are new we did not even consider many because of the huge monthly cost. We feel very fortunate that what started as our only option has turned into a great partner for us.

My company specializes in client experiences and journies. This tool allows me not only to manage the leads and clients I currently have, but I manage my entire company through SuiteDash. I'm able to successfully manage my billing, my clients have access to a portal, my emails marketing, my staff, and even my project tracking! The benefits are endless!

Pros

The overall system is a powerhouse and can be used within any small business. The forms are customizable and easy to use. The Client Portal includes file sharing, pipelines, project management, and client communication! There are an endless amount of features that create a beautiful and smooth client journey!

Cons

The only downfall is that you have to learn how to set it all up BUT their Support Team is responsive and there are Agencies that can set up your entire system!

SuiteDash has helped us to provide better customer / client experience. We have slowly started migrating all our customers / clients to our client portal where they can receive updates to their projects and download reports. It has helped us to easily request relevant files for projects right from the client portal itself. Direct Benefits: It has streamlined our client project reporting. We are saving a lot of time and able to serve reports to our clients in a professional matter. As many of our projects are similar of nature, we are able to clone pages and save time while providing such reports to multiple clients and companies. As the SAAS provides PWA, our clients are able to quickly get updates straight on their phone

Pros

I came across SuiteDash while exploring client portal options to serve my existing customers and clients. SuiteDash seemed to be too good to be true. Within few hours, I was able to white label client my client portol with my own logo , colors etc. SuiteDash offers a whole host of functionalities that I required for my client portal 1) Ability to create pages for specific groups ( it's called circles in suitedash ) to display relevant information 2) Create flow form for registering / intaking new clients/leads into the portal and manage custom fields associated with each new client , lead , prospect. SuiteDash provides a whole list of CRM features that I would require to manage my client data. 3) Email Marketing : SuiteDash offers email marketing tools and provides ability to create new lists, campaigns and automation sequence that one require to warm up your leads . 4) Direct Messaging: Direct messaging feature between team members 5) Files: It provides ability for my clients / customers to upload files directly via the portal. Also it provides us option to upload files for clients and also upload private files ( not shared for clients but with additional team members ) 6) Integration: It provides option to integrate with Paypal / Stripe / Google Calendar /Zapier and Google Calendar 7) Custom Menu: You can define custom menus for each group / roles and select which sections / modules are available for each group / client etc.

Cons

1) The UI/UX of Project Management Feature is little outdated. I hope the UI/UX of the project management module can be improved so that it becomes easier to handle projects through SuiteDash 2) To provide a complete client portal solution, I would like it to provide Proposal features right through the software. The team are working on it and I hope it is developed soon and made available to customers.

### "THE BEST by far"

I have literally taken my business to the next level, thanks to SuiteDash. It has allowed me to have an incredibly professional tool to onboard my clients, manage them, manage my entire sales process (thanks to their CRM), have conversations with my entire team,... Benefits are almost endless. Their pricing is just great as well. Very, very affordable for what you're getting.

Pros

I lke almost EVERYTHING about SuiteDash. It's one of the most amazing software applications I have ever used. I especially love the FULL white label functionalities. I am able to use SuiteDash as my own fully branded client environment ánd tool for collaboration with staff. It's an all-in-one tool and they keep expending their features and possibilities every week. They listen to feedback of their customers, so every update and new feature they release is based on votes of their community. But on top of that they also have a true community where people can start discussions etc. to boost their ideas and suggestions further. SuiteDash has been around for quite a while already, yet they still function as a VERY personal and flexible company. I was especially impressed by the fact that I received a personal postcard, which they sent all the way from the USA to Europe, signed by the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] of SuiteDash and including his personal email address. WOW, just WOW. Working with software providers, businesses like these, really make what I do even more fun and rewarding. Truely. If you wanna be happy, use SuiteDash in your business - LOL!

Cons

There's only 2 things I don't like about SuiteDash currently, both of which will be resolved in future: - We hardly have any flexibility to design our invoices (in contradiction with the contracts, estimates etc. which we can fully design into very impressive documents) and they aren't focused on the European market yet which means we have to use workarounds to comply with regulations etc. They are already working on this though and hoping to release templates etc. soon. - Secondly, as mentioned before, they don't have the payment processor integrated that I like the most. ZOHO Invoice has that integration, that's how I know. It's a smaller company but they are very professional and very cheap, hence why an integration with them is so important.

### "A CRM that can't take payments, and an "it is what it is, deal with it" approach from management."

Overall it's been good. Despite the infuriating load times and confused design, I like the software and the community. I also quite like the staff. But this experience, and the response from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. I'm rather heavily integrated with Suitedash, so upping and leaving is a big decision but I currently can't trust that they have my interests at heart.

Pros

Suitedash is a great platform when it works. Granted, it's slower than a stoned snail and it's not winning any beauty awards anytime soon, but it's open, and there's buckets of potential.

Cons

I'll start small: It's slow, really slow. I'm waiting 10 seconds between page loads. I have fibre broadband and all that good stuff, and have accessed the platform from plenty of other connections, so \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] ' repeat potestations that it's fast for them just don't cut it. It's slow, admit it. It's ugly. The interface smacks of something made by someone who saw a CRM, and without much design experience, decided they wanted to do things differently. There's a custom CSS area, but it feels strange having to add my own code to stop my CRM from looking like a multi-era nostalgia game drank too much koolaid. But these are just appetisers. After having ploughed time into setup (grinding 10 second load after grinding 10 second load) it seems they have no idea about European credit card requirements, which have left most of Europe, and now the UK, without Stripe payments processing. When SCA enforcement came into complete enforcement, many of us have been left without a reliable way to get paid. They have known about this for over a year. Some of their clients tried warning them, but were ignored. The required work to get their Stripe integration up to date clocks in at around 80 lines of code (I've performed this myself on some of my own personal implementations). I've been told the fix is coming in weeks rather than days, and furnished with a rather lengthy "It is what it is, just deal with it" response from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]

This review is quite outdated, and was a rush to judgement as the EU payments process that the reviewer is referring to was released and functional soon after this review was posted. We do our best to push out features according to the needs and requirements of the Community - sometimes an individual customer will get frustrated that the feature that they need most is not being prioritized, and that's understandable. The experience described here is not typical, and the loading times description should be judged for yourself - we find the descriptions in this review somewhat exaggerated. We hope the reviewer will return as a customer and find success!

### "Suite Dash is the sweet tool for business management"

I have used the same project management system for the past 8 years, and while I was happy with it, SuiteDash just offered so much additional functionality, that it was a no-brainer to change over. While the transition was a little challenging as my old system was quite established, it is not one I would regret. SuiteDash has given me a whole new way of managing my business and clients more effectively and has certainly boosted my profits in the short time I have been using it.

Pros

There is so many great features it is hard to point out what I liked the 'most', but the client portal is certainly a stand out feature, and the LMS add on in the higher package is well worth the additional cost, as I can now provide useful training videos for clients. And the onboarding process in SuiteDash is outstanding.

Cons

Probably the learning curve, as there is quite a lot to set up. However, keeping in mind that SuiteDash offers so much functionality, this is understandable. And there are great training videos provided to help you through each stage.

Pros

It is a very powerful software. I'm currently switching from JetpackCRM to SuiteDash, and the difference between the two are night and day. Suitedash is clean and very powerful.

Cons

There's learning curve, but with a little time and practice everything seems to get easier.

Xtreme White Labeling! Our agency strives to provide our clients with a seamless, unified, and intuitive user interface and user experience. SuiteDash scores top marks in making us a hero to our clients who we then make heroes to theirs. Highly customizable is a gross understatement in describing the software. There is great attention to detail in implementing fixes and features. They even completely rethought and reconfigured a substantial and keenly integral piece of the CRM so that it would better serve the prevalent current and emerging future use cases suggested by a majority of loyal users. Custom SMTP email. Time tracking is a breeze. Payment Processor Integrations and API, yeah we must not forget to mention that! Flows and Funnels are real here. SuiteDash remains on the cutting edge with automation forward, front, and center operation in every fiber of the culture, philosophy, practice, and improvement.

Cons

When peering over the fence into the lives of the business portal newcomers, with their flashy UIs, it's easy to get a little wistful for a bit of the bling of a shiny, more modern UI/UX. The project planning features can use some TLC. This is nitpicking at its finest. SuiteDash overall is a stellar performer and solution bringer. SuiteDash can shatter the confidence of the novice who is light on business planning, strategic problem solving, or conditional logic experience. Yet, it remains one of the most well-documented and community-supported SaaS platforms that we have ever used. This capacity for shattering comes with being so adept at doing so much, so well that it can be overwhelming when its time to decide which thing to do and when.SuiteDash is not the villain here. Rather we profess that it is the nature of the problems that demand the solutions that SuiteDash is so capable to resolve, which is the root of novice angst. Thankfully, there are professional geeks out there in the SuiteDash community and elsewhere who thrive in that space of crafting the near-perfect startup setup.

The high-level thought and process logistics that is a big asset of this SD tool can initially seem complex, but you will quickly realize that it makes perfect or better sense to use the flows as designed, to better administer and manage potential client & business growth. Once the system is setup as required, it virtually runs on automatic for managing client communications and service needs with little interaction needed if all the various components are properly setup and integrated.

Pros

The comprehensive suite of tools and services provided within a single dashboard to meet, greet and manage all levels of client services from business communications, marketing and task administration support to engagement contracts & invoicing / payment processing.

Cons

Setup User Experience requires a bit of getting used to how the system works and the integration setup processes before the robustness of the system setup can be realized or achieved. It does demand a bit of "first getting to know how it all works" for a non-techie to get going, as the high level integration and logistical flows may not always be readily understood by someone who has not thoroughly thought through their own client administrative needs.

SD is saving us having to integrate many additional applications and processes that will otherwise have to be integrated with ClickUp & Nifty PM, which are both excellent for project and task management. Both ClickUp & Nifty do a great job in delivering on their respective and focus objectives, but neither provide the comprehensive set of CRM tools and interoperability provided by SuiteDash In addition, the proposed development road-map of SD continue to focus on the integration of key business administrative processes which are more aligned with our development and management objectives than do the other application tested.
