Pros: This software is incredible easy to use. We use it primary for faxing. You can send a fax from any computer or mobile device and you can receive faxes on any computer or mobile device!

Cons: There was a small price increase recently but this is still a great value for the money. I would recommend this product even at a higher price!

Pros: RingCentral is always improving and growing. I've been with them since 2010 and, in that time, they've released more new functionality, improvements, etc than any other piece of software I use, combined. They are constantly rolling out new stuff, practically every month. The service itself is very reliable and rarely has issues.

Cons: Phone support can be difficult and time consuming. Luckily, their satisfaction forum is well staffed and responsive.

Pros: I love being able to transfer calls to any number. I travel somewhat regularly - all I do is download the app to my phone and I can make calls from my business number right from my personal cell. Clients see the business number instead of mine! I can also send text messages and faxes through the service. The VoIP option is great if cell signal is down.

Cons: I've been using this product for several years and I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it. Only issue I ever had was with a ring central phone that wouldn't connect to the wifi and the company sent a replacement.

Overall: Being able to stay in constant communication with clients. Texting allows for more instantaneous responses and clients love it!

Pros: It has a bunch of different uses and the mobility of the phone system now that it is in the cloud has proven to be extremely useful.

Cons: Mostly do not like that you need to pay extra for the transcribed voicemail feature since other platforms include it free.

The ability to have a central office number for all communication and texting is great!

Cons: To create a new user you can pretty much pay and get it immediately (if not a foreign phone number), but to cancel and stop paying per month per user you have to contact your account manager (whenever he is available) and wait for him to cancel it (can take a couple of weeks, that of course you're paying for).

Pros: I use this for making calls. I know it can do more but that's what I use it for. the service is never down. when you log in, it's not very difficult to setup call groups, and all the fancy stuff.

Cons: I seriously have no complaints except that the navigation of the admin UI is kinda hard . For example if you want to mess with the adv settings like change company hours or something it can be kinda hard to find what you need but that's something we only do once or twice a year.

Overall: make calls

Expensive, but worth it if you abuse the system.

Pros: RingCentral allows a far-flung Internet-based company to act like a local company in terms of having a local number to call (and call from), while allowing you to quickly and flawlessly transfer callers between extensions even if those extensions are on opposite sides of the planet. It also records all of your texts and calls, allowing you to download and save them for future needs, which is vital in any litigation-sensitive business like property management.

On the level of an individual worker, the ability to mix and match a SoftPhone (on your PC), the RingCentral app (on your mobile device), plus seamlessly forward calls from your landline *and* make a VoiP call that then forwards *your end* of that call to your landline and allows you to have the conversation over the phone like normal.

Cons: Really, the only problem with RingCentral is the price. The price per person per month is steep enough that a smaller company has to really be careful with who they give extensions to, and the limitation to two SoftPhone installs per extension means you can't really use an extension for a whole department or team. Right now, for example, my Marketing team has 3 full-time and 1 part-time worker, but the company can only afford one extension for all of the marketing, so I can't even install a SoftPhone on my desktop and my laptop, because the other one of our SoftPhones is installed on a computer in the Philippines so that we have multiple people who can answer the phone in case one is busy.

Oh, and I have had occasional problems where texting a RingCentral number from a service like Google Voice will flat-out not work, and we can't figure out why. But that's a really minor complaint, all things considered. :)

Overall: We are able to easily communicate (and keep track of our communications) in voice and text from opposite sides of the world without anyone calling in having any indication that we're not all in the same time zone.

Comments: This worked out great for me because I'm usually not in the office (I'm a one-man show), and this allows me to record conversations in case I miss any details while multi-tasking. It adds a professional element to any small business especially when you purchase a custom greeting recorded by a voice talent.

Pros: Professional custom greetings for all incoming calls, call recording/monitoring, mobile and computer apps for a seamless experience.

Cons: A little pricey for what it does, and every now and then you'll experience poor call quality. More a la carte options needed because it gets pricey when choosing higher tiers that bring unnecessary features for small businesses.

Pros: There is never any down time or connectivity issues. Theres not a lot of steps, very easy to use and no lag.

Cons: The price is a draw back, but its better than Jive. It does feel a tad overwhelming at first, because of all the option and features available.

Overall: Can make calls from anywhere, and still appears as though I'm in the office.

Pros: RingCentral is a great phone system option, especially when having multiple office employees who need their own line or just need a basic phone set-up.

Pros: Call clarity is really good if plugged into my company's network, I like that I can be on the phone and jump into a screen-share call within a few minutes without having to hangup the call.

Cons: Call clarity is very poor if using the app anywhere other than my main company network. Probably because I am on Wifi, but still a headache if I try to work from home or am out of the main office for the day. Occasionally, the calls that are sent to my team do not always connect to every team member despite everyone being available for the call. Can be frustrating because a few team members are forced to always take the call then instead of spreading the work load as expected.

Cannot recommend due to incredibly poor service, clunky feature set.

Pros: RingCentral allows you to make calls consistently. In the 2+ years of use, I cannot recall a time where we experienced any downtime. RingCentral also allows you to easily and quickly purchase vanity phone numbers.

Cons: Customer support is incredibly poor and challenging to obtain. Technical support was never able to assist, and alway deferred to my account executive, who would consistently take a full 5 business days to respond to any inquiry.

RingCentral's IVR system is basic at best. Reporting and metrics are nearly impossible to obtain. Stay far, far away if you're looking for even basic reporting.

Overall: None. I have advised my company to find a new provider before RingCentral sneakily attempt to auto renew our contract for another year.

Comments: Would not necessarily recommend... cumbersome to use. Works for the very basics.

Pros: RingCentral works fairly well for setting up meetings, easy scheduling. Camera usually works and meetings start up promptly.

Cons: Not that intuitive: the scheduled meeting-info (what you copy) is a jumbled mess (should be clearer, more succinct, meeting-URL should be more customizable), reminder-email for when meeting starts is a bit annoying (not sure if you can turn it off). In-meetings: annoying default for camera to be on, screen options (screen-sharing, managing participants, chat, etc.) is not intuitive, have to search a lot to find what you're looking to do.

Pros: They probably bought licensing rights for Zoom and just reskinned it with the RingCentral logo, the application is exactly the same. if you like Zoom, you'll like RingCentral Meetings

Cons: Feels a bit cheap and out dated, like a videoconference app from 2008. Interface is clunky, too many windows and options

Pros: Ringcentral has been dependable with quality lines. We have calls coming and going all over the world and the calls sound very clear no matter what the weather at anyone's location.

Cons: I really like everything except I think it is pricey. I like professional and quality products so I am willing to pay extra for the best. I use the fax feature a lot so I need the best product. I did have a few dropped calls but nothing to stop my productivity.

Pros: In the last year many new features have been added. It is finally comparable to the larger competitors such as WebEx and GoToMeeting. Pricing is relatively competitive for a business product. Offering integration with cloud storage provider meetings can be held from anywhere as if you were right next to them.

Cons: Support was a little slow. Complaints about choppy video but that could have been due to my connection.

Overall: Available tool and price make this a good purchase.

Pros: The ability to add new employees to our directory, even our remote employees, plus great customer service!

Cons: Given the nature of voice over IP, your phone system is dependent on a good internet connection, but assuming you have a good internet plan, this software is the phone system you want.

Comments: Definitely worth it.

Pros: One can transfer calls to another employee even though the other employee may be on the other side of the country. The flow of the calls coming in can be changed as needed. It is affordable and convenient software that allows us to answer calls from our computers and mobile devices, set up an answering service and directory, and communicate easily within our business

Cons: When a user transfers a call, the transferring extension shows up instead of the original Caller ID. Some features cannot be locked down from the user. The desktop version can at times be slow.

Comments: I personally don't use it for all my calls due to not having my line setup properly and lack of good internet, and not wanting every call recorded. However all my employees are required to use it, and it works well for them.

Pros: Admin has many options to ensure it's working smoothly. Record all calls, keeps track of them easily. Works well on Mac and iPhone. Very easy to add more lines. It is a very comprehensive ViOP service.

Cons: If you don't have a great internet connection, you'll have trouble with VoIP. Ensure you have someone well versed in IT to make sure it works properly. Can't delete extra lines you sign up for. Hardwire phones and computers when possible to ensure best connection.

This is a reliable system as long as you are not a call center requiring reports and monitoring of leads.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to set up new lines. The software seems reliable as well. Voicemail set up is easy and reliable.

Cons: Sales and customer service are not able to easily navigate the sight, import leads, utilize training software, login from other devices and software without ringcentral phones.

Pros: I never worry anymore about what if i gets deleted or I have to step out of the office but need my fax that i really need. Great dependable software always there and very easy to use.

Cons: Really nothing that i have bad to say however i do admit their customer service is sometimes a hassle meaning not easy to get a hold of someone quick and a few long hold times.

Pros: I like being able to have multiple phone numbers for different purposes. It helps me determine where calls are coming from, which is helpful from a sales perspective.

Cons: Call quality isn't great. Calls are frequently dropped and the app went down several times. The mobile experience isn't great. When calling with multiple owned numbers, the flow from finding your contact to choosing what number to call from is annoying. Customer support was fairly incompetent as well. We had lots of issues and they weren't very helpful

Overall: It allowed our calls to be sync'ed up with Salesforce for activity tracking purposes. Call recording was helpful. Multiple phone numbers was also a must for us.

Pros: The best attribute by far is the ability to Fax to your phone number... With E-FAX it prints right to my printer, and alerts me on my monitor!

Cons: If you don't log in when your computer turns on, you can miss a fax. Many times, I didn't realize that I did not login and faxes get backed up.

Pros: I think the ability to log this program into other programs has been very easy to be able to track this information. I also like that we are able to utilize this information with faxes, texts, voicemails, and other information. It has been incredibly easy to use this program.

Cons: I have found that leaving my computer turned off of a night that my RingCentral information gets logged out too. I have also found that there is confusion of which number I am calling clients with.

Pros: I think what I most like about Ring Central is the fax capabilities. Just sending a simple email and it turns it to a fax.

Pros: RingCentral is easy to use and understand! Great customer support! I like their standalone applications and monitoring is easy!

Cons: When it crashes, it takes a while and you have to reboot the phones in the office. I wish they had an easy feature to turn on and off monitoring from remote locations!

Pros: It is very easy to use and is a great tool to be in contact with our clients and caregivers. I love using the texting feature on the computer.

Cons: There really isnt anything that I dont like. I would have to say though that the faxing feature could be upgraded just a little, making cover pages can be a little confusing.

Overall: Easy communication with our caregivers and clients. Use of the software on cellphones. Faxing capabilities. Call conferencing.

Pros: Ring Central is extremely easy to use and set up. Reliability is second to none and it has allowed me to seamlessly integrate our corporate phone system across three offices spread out around the country. The online and desktop experience is superb and well-liked by all employees. The app for smartphone makes it very easy to use your mobile device just like the desk phone and you can call all internal and external contacts on the go just as if you are at your desk. The cost is much lower than we were paying before and the best thing about Ring Central is that it involves no hardware (except for the phone) so no risk of server issues or need to ever pay anything for these. Their support is excellent and whatever very minor issues that have come up were quickly resolved via online chatting. Switching our corporate phone system to Ring Central has been one of the best things our company has ever done.

Overall: Seamless phone integration across multiple offices, a greatly reduced cost, and higher reliability and redundancy.

Pros: This tool is great for any company. Our call center gets everything it needs with Ring Central. Many reports available and calls are recorded automatically which is great.

Cons: Even the automated recording is fine, sometimes you need to securely pause the recording to avoid saving sensitive information. I do not see that option available

Pros: I love the ability to customize everything within the phone system. This software provides a small to large company the ability to be very agile with their phone systems.

Cons: Difficult to learn the software at first. It is a cumbersome software, that can take some time to set up correctly but once you have it set up it is worth every minute and dime spent doing so.

Overall: We now have the ability to customize our entire phone system at the click of a button.

Pros: I think this is a simple and consistent software. With screen sharing, I want to there to be consistency with our clients. We don't want them to have a bad experience when we are going over items in a screen share. I can't remember having any issues with this software. You can also share a specific program rather than your whole screen which is great.

Cons: It could be nice to have all of ring central's solutions in one app. I realize they have reason for having them separate, but it would be nice to have them combined so I'm not jumping from one app to another.

Pros: The features are easy to use, they are easy to customize and you can do a lot of changes remotely and through mobile app which is definitely a plus.

Cons: Ringcentral is quite pricey. There are limited phones as well and support is quite hard to reach and can be difficult addressing and resolving an issue.

Pros: I'm using Ring Central as part of a large organization. I'm on a Mac and it works great! The way it's setup I can easily find all contacts in the directory with just a few clicks. I recently made the app the default for phone calls, and now a simple click on any phone number it launches the app and voila, connection right away. I like also how I can configure it so that when I get called to my Ring Central number it also calls my mobile. If I don't pick up, and the caller leaves a message I get an easy indicator to playback the message and I even get an email delivered with the attached wav file. Just awesome.

Cons: Not sure if there's one. I've been using it for 3 months on a daily basis and I have no complaints. I had an issue early on with the initial setup and an error I was getting. Support was not the best and after trying to get help from them I ended up fixing it on my own with some research and trial and error.

Pros: The ability to have a central office number for all communication and texting is great! It is so helpful to have the app not tied to a single phone, so depending on who is working, they can log in and monitor the office remotely.

Cons: I would love to be able to mark a text message as unread through the app on the computer. You can do it through the app on a phone, but not if you are using the site or the desktop app. It also be great if you could make notations on messages.

Pros: You can make calls from your browser, mobile phone, PC application, MAC, etc. You can purchase phone numbers in many countries around the world (as long as you have a proof of address). Some interesting new reports. Frequent updates to desktop app. Good admin portal with many features.

Cons: Very expensive. Configurations are quite confusing - not because of the service itself, but because admin interface has bad UX and terminology used is not intuitive. Even billing is so complicated I gave up trying to understand what minutes are included or not. As an Admin, I receive constant complaints about call issues - my users normally dislike it. In some countries, they just gave up and prefer to use their personal phones and pay from own pocket. To create a new user you can pretty much pay and get it immediately (if not a foreign phone number), but to cancel and stop paying 50 those dollars per month per user you have to contact your account manager (whenever he is available) and wait for him to cancel it (can take a couple of weeks, that of course you're paying for). It's better than the previous solution we used, but definitely it became a necessary evil unless we find something better.

Pros: I'm not sure how much more robust the software could possibly be. We use RingCentral in-house as well as resell it and if it isn't top tier UCaaS, I don't know what is.

Cons: There is a wide dearth between the mobile or desktop apps and the browser application in terms of functionality. This isn't necessarily a bad thing as for most users, the lion's share of their interaction with RingCentral would likely either be via a desktop phone or on a computer screen; but I don't often have need to launch the app in the browser and do most of my work from my mobile device anyway. So as an admin, my ability to oversee the account is limited in those contexts.

Overall: We can't imagine a better solution for our unified communication needs. We use RC Meetings for each team's weekly updates and strategy sessions, Glip to message back and forth and share files in the interim, and use the desktop and mobile apps for RingCentral on a daily basis.

Pros: Ring Central provides a great, web based hub for receiving/sending calls not only within our office, but also with the field. Customer calls to stores can route to our office should they not be answered. Online interface is great for reviewing messages, missed calls, setting up voice recording and connecting with others on the network. The greatest feature is that when a voicemail occurs the system sends an email to the extension with a digital copy of the voicemail along with a transcription of the message; extremely handy for sending along information to the correct departments.

Cons: The Polycom handset we utilize for each desk is not the most intuitive to navigate, but it has the features that are needed and gets the job done; I mostly utilize the web based software as it is far more user friendly.

Pros: We have had RingCentral for a while now and it was a very rocky start (not going to lie). However, they have come a long way and improved significantly. Amongst some of the improvements, the most important and positive are their call quality, their customer service, and call processing. Some of the features (e.g. call notifications) were very inconsistent and calls were not being received. I'm proud to say that this has improved SIGNIFICANTLY :)

Cons: The most disappointing feature of RingCentral is still the inability to download my call records for more than a few months at a time. That seems really unusual, not to mention inconvenient!! This is not conducive to being able to do reporting on call volume and such.

Pros: I love that we can have a desktop version or have it ring to our cell phones. I also enjoy how easy it is to record personalized messages. Another feature that is great is the fax feature. Being able to send and receives faxes without a fax machine is fantastic.

Cons: I don't like how sometimes it changes the routing of the phone calls without us having changed anything. Currently my line rings straight to my cell phone instead of first going to my desktop and I didn't do anything to make that happen. I wish it didn't do that.

Pros: - Good call quality. Since it's VoIP, I was worried about call quality and dropped calls - but we've had RingCentral almost 2 years and I've never had an issue. It's all dependent on your internet connection, so if your internet is not great, then RingCentral probably isn't the best option for you. - Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to manage accounts and set up new users. - Great if you don't have a receptionist, or if most of your employees work remotely. You can have physical phones, as well as and app so that employees can use their cell phones. - Much cheaper than most standard phone carriers. - Fax option is great, you don't have to have a real fax machine - just a scanner.

Cons: - Implementation wasn't hard, but their administrative account is not the most user friendly. There are a ton of settings options, and if you don't use the phone system exactly how RingCentral assumes you will, it can take a while to configure your way and get around certain defaults. - Customer service is about what you'd expect - only a call center with agents that are hard to understand. Luckily we only needed customer service during implementation, we haven't had any issues since. - Employees will need to be trained, you can't just hand them the phone and account and tell them to run with it. One older employee had an extremely hard time with faxing - couldn't get over the fact that there wasn't a real fax machine.

Pros: The features that are available are great. Setting the system up and new users wasn't nearly as difficult as expected. The app (both on mobile and desktop) is great and fully functional. The ability to text is a bonus!

Cons: The call quality is usually very good, but there can be delays when speaking on the phone. Some of the Customer Center call queue configurations aren't as fully functioned as what our old system had, but we are adjusting.

Overall: It allows us to make calls and manage our call queues with ease. So far, our team has been very pleased with the call quality and feature set available (although, we are excited about more possibilities).

Pros: The voip quality, especially with the HD voice, is amazing! You need to be sure that you have a good mic and headset to take advantage of it, otherwise you wouldn't see too much improvement. The bandwidth requirements are minimal and I rarely have issues with calls/faxes/messages.
Being able to call, fax, and message to/from DIDs is really handy and makes this service even more valuable to have.

Cons: Support has historically been hit or miss at times, but overall has been very helpful and productive to work with.

Pros: Our company switched over to RingCentral earlier this year and we are extremely pleased. The implementation process went really well. The customer service department is probably the best of all of the CS depts we have to work with regularly. They're incredibly helpful and kind. Everything seems to work well as is planned to. I can't think of anything that has been a big issue that has been the fault of RingCentral. Most issues we've had have been network or phone related and not specific to RC services. We are very pleased. Just wish it were cheaper.

Cons: There is little i can complain about. We are quite happy with our service with RingCentral. Just wish it were a little cheaper.

Pros: The best part about this software is the phone App. You can control everything from your phone, including calling from your business number from anywhere. Conferencing and Meetings are especially easy from your phone, so missing a meeting due to being stuck in traffic is no longer an excuse! I love Glip, the new messaging ability as well.

Pros: Functionality is decent, and covers most of what my business wanted in terms of flexibility and convenience.

Cons: The support is absolutely unacceptable. Transitioning was a major pain, and involved the RC team not adhering to the schedule we agreed on, resulting in my business losing phone coverage and having to scramble. The sales people are competent, but once they have your money you get shoveled through to people who are difficult to communicate with and aren't very interested in anything other than getting you off the phone as quickly as possible. Don't expect any follow-through at all once you're no longer physically on the phone with them, and get ready to be transferred and put on hold without notice. If you go with these guys anyway, make sure to record the name of everyone you speak with, so you can at least call out who's responsible for your bad service when you send through your inevitable complaints.

Overall: Increased functionality relative to our old provider, Jive.

Pros: Never had any downtime with RingCentral, which is a big deal to compensate for the fact that we all work remotely. It's important to feel that we can JUST call.

We had the occasional weird softrware incompatibility issues withe some USB headsets with the Softphones, but besides that, it felt like it just worked.

We have always been able to set up any menu tree, any re-routing option, any special hours of operation we wanted to, in order to suit our occasional business quirks.

They have also been quite flexible with our contract, with the occasional downgrade, even when they did not have to.

RingCentral also helps us comply with HIPAA standard, which allows us to have health-realted video calls with our clients on a secure platform. The video calls are really quite good, with little to no lag. RingCentral Meetings seems to be another one of their services that seems to just work.

The admin portal seems to get better and better, and easier and easier to use. Even though it has a very extensive list of features and options, we seem to be able to manage each individual line ourselves almost all the time and do everything we need to without calling tech support for help.

Cons: The only cons I can think of are the price (although not as high as 8x8) and the occasional (quite rare, really) long wait time to call support.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of all the options and features, but once the initial setup is done, it should be fine.

Overall: It's really quite something to have a portable phone system that you can use on any device that can access the internet.

Pros: I love being able to take my office phone calls on my cell while away from the office. The fax feature from my phone is invaluable, and I love the GLIP app which allows me to have "facetime" meetings with my team.

Pros: We use this application for all of our meetings with remote employees. It is really easy to set up and easy to use!

Cons: There could be a few more instructions on the initial page, for those people who might be using it for the first time.

Pros: The support staff provided individualized attention to assist with onboarding of the software's many features and resolving concerns.

Cons: I had to find out about the contact centre services myself. My own account manager who was my first point of contact provided little assistance to me after I signed the contract. However, once I connected with the contact centre, I really felt like the team "has my back"

Overall: The multi-level IVR enhances and connection music elevates the image of my law firm.

Pros: The RingCentral app is very straight forward, and simple to use! It does exactly what you need it to do. Which is make calls and send texts.

Cons: The cons for this app is the integration issues. It doesn't appear to integrate with the apps we primary use. It also had quite a few dropped calls, or just random errors.

Pros: NONE. Quality issues on a large network that they cant resolve, we confirmed Ive done everything on my side that is possible. The other issue is that half the time I call there customer support department I have to tell them how to do there job... very frustrating.

Cons: Our company purchase Ring Central thinking it would save us money by consolidating the phones and webinar. The lines are horrible. When you call someone, there's a delay then you hear your own voice in the background as you are speaking and you are talking over your caller too!

Overall: As a smaller company, ringcentral worked okay for us. But as we grew the call quality we received continued to get worse. We would try to work with the support to figure out what was going on but we could never fully resolve the issues.

Pros: Did a lot of homework for an affordable solution for one issue. I needed to route my business calls through my cell phone without giving away my cell phone number. This software allows that via an easy to use app.

Cons: The only issue you'll have is trying to stay up to date on all the new services they are always providing. I get emails monthly on a new service that is available to me, or an upgrade of some kind, and though I don't need it, I appreciate their effort to stay best in class.

Overall: All I cared about was the ability to route call to my cell (and return calls as needed) without giving my personal cell number out. This service allowed for that, and made it easy. It was a very specific reason for me choosing them. Couldn't be happier!

Pros: I like that I can get my work phone calls anywhere - my cell or home! I like that it emails me my faxes and my voicemails.

Cons: It takes a long time to get set up and to transfer the phone numbers from our previous carrier. But after that, I think it will be smooth sailing!

Overall: More accessibility to my phone calls, faxes, and texts.

Pros: I like this product a lot! I love that I can use my computer for everything and not need to have a landline phone. I can fax from my phone and receive faxes. I can review everything and save it without ever needing to print it and wasting paper!

Cons: I do not like that if I log into one computer with my extension information, I cannot then go to another computer and log in. I have to deauthorize the computer I was using, and authorize the new computer. This makes it difficult when switching between a desktop and a laptop. I do have unlimited sign ins with smart phones and tablets though.

Ring Central is far from my first choice for VOIP

Pros: I do like the voicemail feature and how it is sent to my email. It makes it easy to keep track of missed calls.

Cons: It drops connection far too often. It frequently will say it's "reconnecting". It also rarely gives me the ability to transfer calls to my coworkers when necessary. Overall, it's just inconsistent.

Overall: I did like being able to give my clients a direct number rather than an extension, but that didn't outweigh the issues I had with the product.

Pros: Easy to use, instant notifications of incoming calls, all pertinent information included with message, good customer service

Cons: The ability to call customers back from the app has a delay and poor sound quality, so I typically have to write down the number and call them back from a normal line. When I'm away from my desk and only have my personal cell phone, I prefer not to use it because I don't want tenants having my personal information, so this is the only main con.

Overall: Great way for tenants to call in and inquire about rental properties or report maintenance issues.

Pros: It works. Cloud based setup that doesn't require hardware. Nice looking application. Easy to use.

Cons: No method of tracking calls or metrics It just doesn't do much outside of answering phones for you. Customer service was lacking when I used it.

This makes managing quality control for our scheduling department a breeze!

Pros: I like how well organized and easily accessible the audio recordings are plus the recording quality is incredibly clear, which has helped tremendously in making sure processes and protocol are being implemented and executed properly.

Overall: It has helped the training in our scheduling department tremendously!
I have no complaints with this software; it has worked exactly as described and done exactly what I need it to do.

RingCentral recording has been a great tool for my business and very easy to use.

Pros: many many functions to do a lot of things - a lot of extras - getting calls forwarded to cell phones; sending email notifications that contain the message

Cons: it is a voint venture between at&t and ring central and every time we call no one knows if we should be speaking with the ring central reps or the att reps - very confusing

Pros: Easily transfer calls to any number all online. I love the ability to review all messages in the application allowing me to be anywhere (away from my phone). Being able to send and receive fax messages through the system is huge as well!

We mainly use for faxing. It is easy to use/navigate; I really haven't had any issues.

Pros: Simple to add contacts. You have the ability to have multiple extensions if needed. It is easy to tell where/who the faxes came from and you can respond simply by clicking on the number or contact it came from. You are able to create a cover sheet when uploading the needed file(s). You can easily tell if the full fax was received because it will show the number of pages that are supposed to have come through.

Cons: A couple businesses have had issues sending faxes to us; but the problem is more than likely on their end and not related to RingCentral. Everything else about the software has worked smoothly.

Overall: Easily send and receive faxes without having to worry about the confidentiality of the information included in the faxes.

Pros: The help that is available with this product is out of this world. They are so friendly and wiling to help in a speedy manner, its great!

Cons: Getting use to using this takes more time that I would have liked. Figuring out the notifications and emails took to long until I got help from customer service.

Pros: Integrates across desktop and mobile apps along with desk phone. Handles both inbound and outbound fax and calls with the same line. Call quality is good and connections are reliable.

Cons: They really REALLY want you to use their Glip service and for a while the iOS app was asking you to rate their app multiple times a week. There's some quirks such as missed calls don't want to sync between the desk phone and the app.

Overall: Business phone and fax with on demand call recording.

Pros: Use this software for our e-fax. It's worked well for us so far. We get our faxes right to our email and it makes the fax process a lot easier and definitely faster.

Cons: Experience delays sometimes. Sometimes faxes won't be received from us and we will have to resend a few times.

If you like it, then you should put a RingCentral on it!

Pros: I have just in the past couple weeks started using RingCentral for our office and the difference is night and day! We had been using an old Rolodex with business cards. That was copied onto an excel sheet. Everything had to be updated all the time and when it was updated, the entire staff would not always get the memo. With RingCentral, everyone's business contacts are updated simultaneously. We no longer have nearly the headaches we used to. If you have an office ten people or more, I would highly recommend looking into RingCentral!

Cons: The only negative thing about RingCentral is that if you are not around wifi, it can run up your data charges with your carrier if you are not careful. I think you can fix that in settings though.

RingCentral is our office phone system, it's been good!

Pros: My favorite thing about this software is that if you don't answer a call to your office phone, it will automatically transfer to your mobile phone. Very useful!

Cons: On your desktop it is not the most reliable application and ever since I've downloaded RingCentral, I've been getting occasional spam phone calls.

Pros: RingCentral does just what the name implies, offers a central place to manage everything about your phone system. Great user experience and ability to fax, make a call, take a call, and look up business contacts.

Cons: The system is great, overall. There are some features that would be nice that are present in Gotomeeting, but I realize RC isn't trying to be a replacement to GTM.

Pros: This software gives employees the opportunity to no have to use their personal numbers but to be able to fax and receive calls from their work number straight to their cell phone. You can also FAX straight from the software.

Cons: Sometime there is a lag, sometimes calls drop, but over all its a very useful software/app. The fax option is very useful for an alternative to a fax machine!
