Pros The best feature I like the most of this software is that I can install on all of my devices and sync with each other. Organizing the content on Evernote is very easy. It backs up all of your content and restores back whenever needed. Cons Software is very expensive and needs an Internet connection to access your content on the cloud. Sometimes the sync between the devices is very slow. I've not found a better note taking application that is so easily searched and organized. Evernote is great for taking random notes throughout my day when they pop up. Pros Very fast and easy to use on mobile. Cons You need to have an organization structure in mind and actually follow through with it or you'll end up with dozens or hundreds of notes scattered across the application. I have both a personal and a work account and I use it to take notes on everything from meetings to recipes. I use tags to organize all my notes and it's so much easier than trying to organize everything in folders. I love that I can access my notes on any computer and my phone. I also love the ability to save items directly into Evernote using the Clip to Evernote browser add-on. You can also email notes directly into Evernote. Very versatile! Cons Sometimes the search isn't completely accurate and you have to try a couple different terms to find what you want. April 28, 2019 5.0 Pros I started using this software few months ago after my colleague suggested it, we started using it to share ntes on the project we were working on but it soon became much more than a medium to share notes and documents. I use it almost everyday to store all my notes and I have access to them anywhere even when I'm not online. Cons At the beginning you would get easily disencourage as it is hard to use. Might require watching tutorials to get used to this software. It's too complex for what should be a simple software. I use this every day to keep my inbox fresh and organized and backed up just in case of a shut down Cons Sometimes it seems like there may be too many features available, making it a little difficult to find certain capabilities that you need regularly. I like how Evernote is simple to use, and that you can easily collaborate with other people on a project. The web UI is very attractive, and I like using it. I had the Android app, but since I don't use Evernote that often for my personal use, I prefer to just use the web application. The one thing really missing from Evernote in my opinion is a more rich editing experience. At the free tier, however, this product is an amazing value for it's price. Cons Generally, it's very good and I wouldn't have a single complaint about it, but I think the user interface is a bit sophisticated and there's also a big difference when using it in the desktop app compared to the web app, just that, but at the moment I think it's very good. Concepts, business ideas, to do lists, documents, receipts, drawings, photos of my notebook pages in case my note book gets lost. The key to making Evernote effective is to ALWAYS use it so that you know in the future if it is saved anywhere, it is definitely in Evernote so you aren't scrambling around looking for that darn tax return 3 years later.
