Thanks for the review. We appreciate all the comments we get. We have considered a free option, however at this time it is not in our future plans as the platform is geared towards industries who are not apt to use a free version because of high email traffic needs.

Cons

It feels a little more dated than some of the competitors, but like they say: if it isn't broke, don't try to fix it.

Cost effective, easy to use and great metric tracking.

Pros

Easy to set up and customize templates. Great metric tracking for all email campaigns.

Cons

Sometime our emails went to SPAM and mobile optimization did not always workout as we expected. I believe this is a common issue with any email platform.

The tool is straightforward and the Email workflow is very helpful. Very user-friendly and intuitive UI.

Cons

Being able to integrate to other software such as HubSpot or other CRM would be beneficial. Improvements on the response time because it is sometimes laggy.

Designs that are simple for setting up and to modify. All email campaigns may be tracked with great metrics.

Cons

Even though we haven't used the questionnaires yet—we've only looked at the interface—they may still be more functional. Despite the limited number of templates, they are useful as a foundation to build upon, though we also like to use different programming language.
