Excellent customer service. We use it for reservations, accounting, departure control and flight operations. Very well rounded system.

Pros

Users love the ease of use of the browser-based software and many features that are intuitive to younger demographics.

Cons

Since it is browser based, it took a little time to work alongside some older systems, however, we are successfully in sync.
