Among all of the contract management programs I researched, Contract Hound is BY FAR the cheapest. Because we already have established contracting templates, we didn't have a need for AI generated contracts like some programs promote. Not only that, but Contract Hound's customer service is brag worthy, and I enjoy that they are consistently making changes to fit users' needs. Sure, I have run into a few glitchy moments here and there, but any issues I've faced have always been fixed quickly and efficiently. Pros The customer service is, by far, the most commendable aspect of Contract Hound. If ever there's a small glitch or any trouble, I usually receive both a reply and resolution the very same day. Cons I haven't been able to find the note section in Contract Hound since the update, and I wish I could add multiple reminders at once. I also wish that it would show me what users I've attempted to add, as it only shows users who have responded to the email. This makes it a bit difficult to remember if I had already sent an invite or not. Reasons for choosing Contract Hound Not only is Contract Hound the cheapest product I've found thus far, but it is also simple to use and doesn't have the fancy AI technology that we don't have a use for. I also knew right away that Contract Hound has excellent customer service from even the first email that I sent them; I received a response within half an hour and was blown away. This should alleviate the difficulty in remembering whom you've already reached out to. That just went live in the product today. We are also in active development on a notes feature and based on your feedback above we are going to prioritize some work around reminder creation to make it a lot easier to create multiple reminders.
