They helped us every step of the way and are always there to quickly answer any questions that we may have. We had an initial call where the App Samurai team listened to what we needed and we were so confident about the team and the platform that we started working with them shortly thereafter. Afterwards we had follow up calls which translated into more insights and a stronger working relationship. Not only did they deliver on their promise right away to get us downloads and real users that translated to real revenue, they continually help us everyday by optimizing the campaigns based on real world KPIs. We have worked with other companies in the past but I can truly say that finding App Samurai was like finding a gold mine. Pros Very easy to use interface with a quick learning curve allowed us to manage our mobile app campaigns very easily. The App Samurai team was also there to help guide and support us as well as optimize our campaigns every step of the way. Cons Two things come to mind. One I wished they had a way to download invoices in PDF format and the other thing is that I wish they allowed us to add multiple users to this account as now our marketing team, the CEO and the finance team all need to use the same access credentials. Pros First of all, they have ​exceptional customer service! Secondly, App Samurai become our second largest marketing channel which is profitable. Cons The statistics page doesn't work well on the phone.
