Pros: The ability to accept data from multiple sources and in multiple formats and they aggregate all errors for remediation at one time vs. piecemeal.

Cons: It is a bit complex and is primarily suited for the larger employer.

Overall: ACA Track team members are extremely responsive so they make working together very easy.

Pros: The only pro was they filed the 1094/105 C for the company

Cons: We paid for Conceirge service and had to do all the work. it was the most time consuming and completely unfriendly service from start to finish.

We had no other alternative as we did not have another option and used ACA, but we had to enter all the data month by month, do all the filings and spend at least 10 hours of omonth reconciling. We paid for "concierge" which meant nothing. No service was getting in the name.

Overall: When we renewed in 2018 for one year, they auto renewed us when we specifically told them we only needed it for 1 year as we were merging with another company.

4 months into 2019, my tool access was terminated and i receive a bill for 2019. I advise them we will not use their service for this year and we are now given early termiantion fees as they auto renewed me on December 31st with no notice.

We are now responsible fo this bill and they have provided 0 services for this year and no customer service what so ever.
